Built in 2017, this light and airy property offers a large great room with high ceilings and plenty of windows, as well as a fireplace and smart TV. An enormous window box functions as a cozy reading nook or a comfy space for a game night. The adjacent, fully stocked kitchen with induction stove supports everything from quick breakfasts to full holiday meals for an extended family with a kitchen island/bar area that seats eight. A gas grill is also available on the deck just outside the kitchen. The master suite has a king bed, fireplace and hot tub access and an en suite bathroom. The room also features a desk and office chair. Motorized blinds provide access to Teton views from the room. The second bedroom features a queen bed and an in-room sink, plus a flexible closet area which can transition to a second desk space. The bunk room has 6 XL twins and partitioning for extra privacy (it can be configured as one large bunk room with 6 XL twins, or one room with 2 bunks (4 twins) and a separate room with a single bunk bed with 2 twins). The bunks are thoughtfully appointed with reading lights, outlets and shelves to hold books and devices. The large loft with sleeper sofa and TV provides a second living area as well as additional sleeping space. The second bath is designed to accommodate a lot of activity, with separate doors for wet room with shower and changing area, commode, and a trough sink with multiple spickets.
