Me and 3 friends went. The Condo was nicer than even the pictures could show, and offered all you could ask for from washer and dryer to a fully supplied kitchen. It was clean, it was much larger than expected, and the location was phenomenal. Collin was in constant communication from the start, and during our stay he was available 24 hours a day. His stellar communication and the quality of the property guarantees we will back!

We loved staying at this property and will definitely be staying here again. The condo was MUCH larger than I expected and the location was perfect - close enough to the center of town, without being in the middle of the busyness. The access to the beach was right next to the building, which made getting to the beach easy! Overall, we loved our stay and would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone going to Port A.

We loved being so close to the water with having a 3yo and 1yo. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Comfortable beds and linens. If I were to pick apart anything it would be to have darkening shades or curtains in the rooms. We were able to darken with some blankets in the smaller room for the kids. We would love to come back and stay again.

this location was over the top perfect. we love going to Port Aransas and this property is a little secluded from the masses of visitors and feels more private than other locations. you can walk to the beach from the apartment in less than three minutes. the apartment was very clean and up to date. the beds and couches were very comfortable. the decorations were nice. I will definitely try to stay here again at the end of the season if it is not already booked.

This was a great property to enjoy a beach view as well as all the things to do at Port Aransas. The property was a described. Very spacious for my friends and me. The remodel is very nice. Waking up to have coffee in the balcony and listening to the ocean and the birds was fantastic! Collin was very helpful in his welcome packet and during the check in process!

My daughter and her friend wanted to spend Spring Break in Port Aransas. We stayed 3 nights and the weather was not the best. Colin's place definitely made up for the poor weather. Updated throughout with an amazing beachfront view. Very clean and pleasantly decorated....beds were comfortable.....easy parking. Check in was easy....Colin texted the next morning to make sure everything was ok. Location was perfect...very close to center of town. I definitely will book again and highly recommend to anyone searching for a Port Aransas beach location.

I really liked our condo. It was very clean and the location was excellent. Right on a quieter part of the beach and walking distance to Coffee Waves coffee shop. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the ocean which was great when it was too cold to actually go to the beach. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. There was a smart TVs so we could watch all our favorite things. There are two pools, one is heated which came in handy on the chillier days. I do wish the pool got a bit warmer or that there was a hot tub too. All in all this is a great place to stay and we will definitely come again!

Staying in Collin’s condo was wonderful. It is beautiful, well appointed, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The view of the ocean and dunes from the back porch is sublime. It is an easy walk to the beach using the boardwalk next to the building. Highly recommend. We’ll be back.

We did a short trip to see family. This was centrally located, so a great meeting spot. Collin was extremely helpful and informative. Our little one had a blast. We plan on staying again.

This place was amazing! Newly remodeled and perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the mornings and adult beverages in the evenings. When we cooked, the kitchen had everything we needed. Collin was excellent to work with. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed here for a long weekend. Location couldn't be better. Right off the beach (only dunes in the way), quiet, but convenient to everything.
Condo was clean and well appointed. All appliances worked. Balcony was wonderful for an afternoon glass of wine. Private access to the beach just steps away. Beach at this location is clean and not too crowded.
Owner communicated well and accurately. Price was appropriate for the quality received.
We'll definitely stay here again.

Very close to beach, which made it very convenient. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. Condo very roomy, clean, and in good condition! The beds are super comfortable. We definitely recommend this place.

My family and I overall had a great stay at the property. The location was perfect to get to the beach with the path next to the building and seeing/hearing the ocean from the living room/patio was great! The beds were comfortable, the 2 bathrooms and W&D made it an easy stay, and the kitchen was well stocked for prepping easy meals. The only negative was that it seems the previous occupants smoked cigarettes during their stay and the smell lingered. Collin was responsive to my inquiries.

We had a great stay at the beach. This property was set apart from others because of all the updates and upgrades inside. You can tell there is fresh paint on walls, new flooring and updated fixtures in kitchen and bath.
The 2 beds and 2 baths were great for our family with added washer & dryer.
Pay attention to check-in emails as you will get multiple door codes and use the wrong one if you don't read (like me).

Paradise by the Gulf!
What can we say except everything exceeded our expectations! From the beginning, to the end of our stay, was wonderful. Collin was the perfect host. The pictures don't do this condo justice! The view from the patio looking out at the Gulf was breath taken. There was plenty of room for the four of us which included our 5 year old grandson. It was very clean and everything was provided except for spices, etc. The grounds were kept up, and the pool was clean and a big hit. The beach was about a 2 minute walk and that was taking our time and carrying things. After 15 years of going to Corpus Christi and/or Port A, we've found our home-away-from home! Don't let this little paradise by the Gulf pass you up, you won't be disappointed!! We'll be back! Thank-you, Collin!!!

Amazing condo!
This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The beach is a short walk which is so convenient if you need to run back inside. The best part is the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s truly beautiful. We will stay here again.

Fantastic View
From making the reservation to checking out, our stay at Coral Cay went very smoothly. Renting a 2nd floor condo allowed for peaceful time on the balcony looking at the ocean. The best part is being a short walk to the beach. I was not ready to leave! We’ve spent many vacations at the Coral Cay, but this last stay was the best. We’ll go back!!
