Jeff often travels to the North Carolina coast where he is renovating two historic homes. He enjoys spending time in the mountains with his family while continuing to build in this community. Jeff purchased this house in the 90's, completed the initial renovation at the turn of the century and completed the massive artistic renovation in February 2019. Jeff was originally drawn to Asheville from the west coast by the relaxed lifestyle and ample access to beautiful mountains and rushing waters. He fell in love with this house and this part of Asheville over 30 years ago. Since then, he has worked to renovate the space into a mountain dream house. It is both private and close to town---the best of both worlds. This is such a wonderful place and he wanted to share it with others as they traveled to the mountains of Western North Carolina.
