Our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo looks out over the Laguna Madre Bay. Instant boat access to the Intercoastal waterway and Packery Channel which leads into Laguna Madre and the Gulf of Mexico. We have the best sunset view on the whole island. Washer dryer in the unit, full kitchen, free wifi, three flat screen TVs, cable and did I mention the view.... There is a swimming pool at the clubhouse and a boat dock at the bottom of our stairs. You can fish right off the dock. Our condo has 3 separate balconies and small outdoor grills are located around the property for your use. The condo has been recently remodeled with tile and slate style flooring and all new appliances. Master bedroom has a brand new King bed. Guest bedroom has a Queen and a Twin bed. The condo sleeps 5. We have boogie boards, sand toys, swimming floats for the pool and life jackets for small children. For Winter Texans discount rate we prefer a 2 month rental period (Jan - Feb) and there is no tax charged for long term rentals over 30 days.
