This was our second year staying at Twin Oaks to celebrate our extended family Christmas and we again were very happy with our stay. With fifteen adults staying, we had plenty of room. No air mattresses needed at Twin Oaks. We would love to stay another time when we can use the fire pit!

We have come to this house 4 years in a row around this time and have been very pleased with the location. It's quiet, big enough for all of us to have our own rooms and for littles to run around. New improvements over the years with the basement finished and outdoor paving have been great! Communication with Jamie is excellent, and we appreciate not having much to do to checkout. Looking forward to coming back again!

We had so much fun as a family in this beautiful house,a lovely setting! The men loved the pool table and the ladies loved the little room in the back with huge windows overlooking a beautiful backyard with lovely maple trees! 10 out of 10 would HIGHLY recommend! And Jami was a awesome person to work with,everything was so smooth,booking and all!

we were 9 guys, lots of beds, rooms and space to hang out inside or out. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need, +.. Would highly recommend the place.

Great property & location only complaints are the light switches were goofy, exhaust in bathrooms dont work and it said seating for the dining room is for 16 people which there is only 6 chairs but there is folding table and chairs in the closet that we used and it was fine. Media room and pool table was awesome. house beautifully decorated

The house was amazing with plenty of space for our extended family. Kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking needs. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all.

Everything was wonderful with the house. We encountered ticks in the grassy areas on the first day so we stayed close to the gravel lane thereafter. However, we don't fault the property for the tick problem as that is common in Ohio this time of year.

Our large extended family needed a location with several bedrooms to sleep adult children with spouses....not bunkbed rooms....and this home was perfect. There are plenty of bathrooms so no waiting to get ready for the day. The kitchen with breakfast nook and living room is a great gathering place for food prep and conversation. The basement movie theater and pool table were a hit. Many wonderful memories were made here with 4 generations relaxing and getting to know each other better. Jamie was great to work with. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Twin Oaks! We had a large group for a week and this house was perfect. Not having families share bathrooms, lots of separate living spaces to spend time together (or take a break from each other), and the wonderful outdoor space made this house a perfect fit. Everything was clean and well stocked and it was very nice having laundry available while traveling with young kids. There was plenty of storage space for all of our belongings and food items. Jamie was very helpful and accommodating while we were planning the trip and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything our group needed. We appreciated the extra care to make yard games available and ensure we had enough outdoor seating for meals. Salt Fork State park was very close and we enjoyed a few trips there to hike, fish, and swim. Even without the State Park there would have been plenty of space, inside and out, and things to do at Twin Oaks

Close to Salt Fork State Park and marina. BIG house with lots of amenities. Awesome home theatre on lower level. Would definitely stay again.
