The other side is a kid-friendly bedroom comfortably sleeping four in a sturdy twin-over-full bunk bed with pull out twin trundle and access to the en-suite full bath. This room also has a bookshelf stocked with movies, books and games for family fun along with two bean bag chairs for extra seating. The main hallway opens to the spacious kitchen with plenty of counter tops, new stainless steel appliances and all of the tools you'd expect in your own home. The dining table comfortably seats six (and eight when expanded) while the breakfast bar has additional seating to cover all your needs. Continuing through the open-concept home, the living room features a comfortable sofa, loveseat with ottoman, and an armchair to enjoy a large new smart TV with a Blu-ray player and a Bluetooth-enabled sound bar – perfect for a movie night or listening to music. Or better yet, slide the patio door open to enjoy the best part of this great home – the sights and sounds of the ocean. Enjoy stunning ocean views and sounds from the extra-large private patio that features a large table with plenty of seating for outdoor dining or watching the kids play on the beach and the surfers catch a wave.
