Nestled in Pigeon Forge, this charming condo for $342 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. "Spacious" "Convenient" "Elegant" "Fantastic" "Quality" "Awesome" "Outstanding" "Quiet". These are words that have been used by some of my previous guests to describe this condo. Located near some of the most popular attractions such as the walking distance of the Dolly Parton's Stampede, 2 miles from the Ripken baseball park, and 2.5 miles from Dollywood. I am the owner of this unit and it is the only condo I own in Pigeon Forge so it gets my personal attention to see that it is always cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. I have an excellent cleaning staff and maintenance staff on call in the unlikely event that something should go wrong. So if you appreciate luxury, convenience, and lots of fun things to do combined with affordability, then you owe it to yourself to book your next vacation or weekend getaway at our luxury 4-bedroom condo at the magnificent River Stone Resort in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. You will enjoy luxury and convenience from the moment you enter the Resort, as you experience the magnificently landscaped and maintained grounds. For your convenience, use your pre-assigned access code to avoid the check-in hassle and can go straight to the nicest accommodation available in Pigeon Forge. Being one of only three 4-bedroom condos on the Resort that are located on the top (6th) floor, you will have the best vantage point for the spectacular views of the Gatlinburg Golf Course and the stunning surrounding mountains. Inside the condo, you will enjoy the tall cathedral ceilings, which add to the feeling of spaciousness and are only available on the top floor. Located on Dollywood Lane, only a short distance from the world-famous Dollywood Theme Park, this condo can be easily accessed from I-40 via the Pigeon Forge by-pass so you can avoid the traffic. Once inside the Resort, you will have access to the many available amenities without ever leaving the resort. You can swim in the indoor heated pool 365 days a year 24 hours a day or you can sunbathe and swim in the outdoor Lazy River. Enjoy a relaxing walk on the walking trail along the Pigeon River that runs parallel to the Resort, or try your luck at fishing. (Don't forget to get your fishing license). There is a game room, fitness center, arcade, and outdoor playground for the children. If you like being pampered you can also book a spa treatment at a world-class Spa that is also located on the grounds. You will be located conveniently to the local attractions, and shopping, and only 7 miles from Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains. After a day filled with shopping at the local shops or outlet malls, activities on the grounds, or the many local attractions, you can dine at one of the many great restaurants or you might want to prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. Enjoy your meal in the separate dining area, which has seating for up to 8 people. When it's time to relax, kick back in the living area and enjoy the decorated interior complete with designer furniture throughout the condo. If it's cold outside warm up by the gas fireplace and enjoy a favorite TV show or a movie on the 75" flat-screen TV that is located over the gas fireplace. There are sliding glass doors from the living area that lead to a private balcony where you can enjoy the views and the fresh air. If you prefer you can also retire to one of the four bedrooms each with its own TV. Three of the bedrooms have king beds and one has two twins. Each has its own private bath complete with granite vanity tops and closets. The Master Suite has a multitude of features to help you relax, including a garden tub in addition to the large glass-enclosed walk-in shower. There is also access to the private balcony from the Master Suite. Considering this spacious condo can accommodate a large family or group at one low price, it makes it one of the most affordable ways to enjoy a great vacation in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. Amazing family vacation. We rode horses at Jayell Farm and spent the day at Dollywood! Had so much fun! And great food too! The condo was clean and had all the comforts of being at home!

Enjoyed our stay in this spacious, lovely condo. Our family of 8 had plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together. Parking in the garage was a plus as it was rainy and cold most of the weekend. My granddaughter loved the indoor pool. Wonderful communication with owner. Highly recommend!

Loved everything about our stay here. Living room and bedroom have very comfortable furnishings which is important to us. Everything about the condo and resort was top notch! Our kids loved lazy river and indoor pool. Secluded, yet very close to strip. Owners were extremely thorough with updates about our stay and getting our check in info to us beforehand so we didn’t have to deal with office for anything. They went above and beyond and I’m confident if we’d had any issues, they would have responded immediately. Thank you so much Gary and Vickie for everything!

The only thing I would suggest is it would have been nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Two bathrooms didn’t have full rolls in them so we had to go right out and buy a few rolls!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. The only complaint is the mattresses in the master bedroom and twin bedroom probably need to be replaced.

Absolutely wonderful condo! Picture’s don’t do it justice. The unit gives families the opportunity to spread out. Riverstone Resort is close to everything - most drives were 5-10 minutes to places like Rocky top coaster, the Island and Ripken.

First, the photos do not do it justice. We had stayed in another unit and thought this one would be slightly older feeling, but that was inacuratte. This feels super new and clean. We LOVED this unit. Everything about it was awesome, from check in, to layout, to amenities. We go to Tennessee annually and would not hesitate to stay here again, or recommend this place. This is one of my most fave VRBO's ever!

This is a beautiful property. It is exactly as advertised. This was our first experience at a Pigeon Forge condo. We are very satisfied with the property, the owner and resort. It's easy to see the owner has put a lot of thought and work into the property. We will use Vrbo again and hopefully be able to rent the same property next year.

This condo was perfect for our family trip to the Smoky Mountains/Dollywood. Plenty of room for the six of us. Four comfortable bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and flat screen TV's. Very clean, nice furniture, well stocked kitchen. Perfect place to return to after our busy days, where we could relax and watch the Bruins and Celtics playoff games. Added bonus was the lazy river was open and we enjoyed that as well. Would definitely recommend this condo. Great location. We packed a lot into the five nights with Dollywood, Anakeesta and Gaitlinburg, Zorbing, Stampede Show (quick walk from condo), and the Island. Thank you Gary for the use of your condo.

We visit the Smokey Mountains frequently and have stayed a lot of places over the past 32 years from hotels to cabins. However, this condo was absolutely the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The layout is perfect and accommodated out party of 7 perfectly. Gary was an excellent host and responded to any questions we had very quickly. The only improvement we could possibly think of is perhaps considering softer mattresses. Thanks so much Gary for a wonderful stay!!

The pictures don't do it justice. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean. The only note that I would make is that the ceiling fans in a couple of the rooms aren't in the best condition so we didn't use them.

We really enjoyed staying at Gary’s place. Beautiful and SPACIOUS. We had a party of 7 and had plenty of room. Everything was well kept and excellent. We had a little hiccup during check-in but Gary was on it and took great care of everything. We hope to stay again soon!

Easy rental process. Clean Condo that worked great for three couples. About a thirty second drive to 441 main road after turning left out of complex. Close to so many things to do and places to eat. Definitely want a return trip. Only downer is we couldn’t stay longer.

The property was precisely as advertised: beautiful, comfortable, well-maintained and in a perfect location for a visit to the Smokies. Often properties don't quite match the image and are somewhat shabbier and disappointing in person, but this condo is absolutely the real deal. The owners are also very responsive and personable. It was a pleasure in every respect.
