This Condo is located on the ground floor of Royal Mansions in Cape Canaveral. Less then one mile to Port Canaveral and less then 2 to Cocoa Beach Pier. Enjoy the day on the private beach in sunny Florida by just stepping out you door every morning. This amazing updated one Bedroom condo sleeps 6 with a murphy in the living room and a pull out sofa in the bonus room. The bathroom has been updated with a beautiful walk-in shower and a sink was added in the bathroom to allow someone to be getting ready in the bathroom while someone can get ready for the beautiful sunny day in the vanity room which also contains a sink and a large vanity counter. Full size kitchen with a sit up bar for 2 and a dinning room for 4. A spacious patio to sit and enjoy the sounds of he waves while you enjoy coffee or your evening beverage. This Condo will without a doubt make your vacation dreams come true. You will not be disappointed. My sister, teenage daughter and myself drove down from Massachusetts for an over needed vacation. We arrived to the listing exactly as it was described. The condo is steps from the beautiful beach. Pool was warm even on a 60 degree day. We saw two space shuttle launches. We had an amazing time!

We enjoyed the spacious suite. It was handy to get to Kennedy Space Center and Epcot. Nice restaurants in the area. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool/hot tub or the beach, unfortunately, but did see a bit of cruise ship traffic.
What we missed in condo: a bottle of shampoo in the shower (bought a bottle but had to leave it behind as we can’t take that much liquid on a plane). We also couldn’t find any Kleenex tissue or tea bags. Otherwise, everything was great.

We had things planned in Coco and Canaveral which had us perfectly located for both. The condo was very cute and clean and i loved all beach vibe decor, it had everything we could have wanted. My only disappointment which has nothing to do with the condo itself, was that the hot tub was out of service and the pool looked unkept with several dead lizards, frogs, lots of sand on the bottom so the filter was likely broken. My husband is not a beach person so my only honest negative thing to share..however if you are a beach goer Wendi has thoughtfully provided everything you could need from coolers, tumblers, towels and beach chairs. I would happily stay there again.

Highly recommend this place. Clean, easy in and out. We had the best time staying here. Ocean, pool, room in the condo to cook, sleep and enjoy ourselves. I would do it again.

There are so many things to see at this location! It is very calm, very quiet we had an overall remarkable time making memories the two of us! Huge thanks to Wendy!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The condo was very inviting and we felt right at home. It's just a short walk to the beach and ocean and also to the condo pool. We definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future!!

We had an amazing time at this condo. Everything we needed was there or a short drive to the local Publix away. The beach was clean and right by the entrance to our building. There were plenty of awesome restaurants and everything worked out great for us and our two boys. The condo itself was clean and just the right size for us. None of us wanted to leave when it was time to go.

For the second year we chose this condo and we stayed 2 weeks this visit. The owners are wonderful to work with. The location is perfect for us. We are so relaxed after staying here and are already talking about next year’s trip!

We loved how close the beach was-2 min walk! Also that is was a private beach and not busy! Kids loved all the seashells they found! Condo was clean and just perfect for our family of four!!!

This condo, located on beautiful Cocoa Beach is so wonderful! Very clean, comfortable, spacious and well supplied with everything you need, might want and more. Wendy has definitely made this a happy place! The grounds, pool, etc. are very well maintained, friendly people and quiet prevails in the evenings. Added bonuses are rocket launches, cruise ship departures, two nearby grocery stores and numerous restaurants and shops. We are already booked with Wendy for March 2024.

The purpose of our trip was to go to the Kennedy Space Center. It was a short drive away. Also, we were lucky enough to see a launch from the beach!

It was the perfect location- downfall- the bedding wasnt washed had what looked like feces and some blood on blankets that were folded in closet- other than that everything was good! Probably a housekeeping oversight

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had two friends come up for one evening and they liked it as well. Unfortunately, the weather was not as we had hoped and we ended up getting sick with chest cold, so didn’t get to do as much as we had hoped for. We liked the access to the beach and would enjoy it if we ever came over during good weather. The only thing that was lacking were ice cube trays, but we bought a bag of ice and it lasted throughout the stay. I wish the development had more handicapped parking because parking was definitely maxed out during Christmas. All in all, we would recommend this condo.

My husband and son stayed here so they could watch the space launch of a good friend to the space station. I had to change their reservations because of hurricane Ian. Wendy was very accommodating. They both reported it was perfect and loved the location. They didn’t know where to find the laundry facility. But that could have been user error!

I recommend this beautiful seaside condominium. The location is fabulous and you are steps away from the beach via a private boardwalk. The community is quiet and clean.
Wendy is a wonderful host and was available via phone or text at all times. I had traveled home because my elderly father was in hospice and passed peacefully on 9/21/2022. Wendy was aware of my circumstances and kind in every way.
The condo is cheerful and inviting and the attention to the small details was uplifting during a difficult time.
Thank you Wendy for your kindness and for allowing me to enjoy your piece of paradise. I will be home soon and will book with this owner again.

My kids and I had a great time here. Easy beach access, and a nice pool we’re their favorites. We loved watching the cruise ships leave from the pool each day. The manager was very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay again some time.

We really loved the location of this property. My daughters loved seeing the cruise ships go out and the beach wasn't very crowded. The pool was great, the girls made new friends that they played with throughout our stay. I loved the hot tub! Very convenient walking out the door onto the walkway to the beach. It's also very central to pop out and go to the store, dining, ice cream, etc. We actually went and did an obstacle course! I usually get to the beach and stay on the sand the entire time. This property definitely got us out of the usual routine to enjoy a variety of activities. Look forward to coming back!

This place was perfect for a little R & R for a few days at the beach. Good location close to Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. Condo was clean. Wendy was extremely responsive, every time I sent a message it was responded to immediately. I would definitely return.

Ground floor? Yes! And even with people above, the condo construction is great. Never heard anyone. Felt like a little house. Nicely updated bathroom and everything you need for a long or short stay. We cruise often out of the Cape and will stay again.

I brought my two youngest sons for a short and laidback getaway and that’s just what we had. The location is gorgeous and the logistics were super easy. Wendy was very responsive and did great at communicating what to expect at check-in and check-out.

Dreams really do come true! Our stay was absolutely perfect. Beautiful neighborhood, clean condo, fully furnished just as advertised, and just a few steps from the beach boardwalk. We had great neighbors, and it was kid friendly, yet quiet after 10pm which we appreciated. We spent our days at the beach and pool, easily returning to the condo to prepare meals. I would stay here again without hesitation, and will be recommending it to everyone we know. Wendy was fabulous to work with, and responded quickly to all questions. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable vacation.
