About this condo rental
Saturday to Saturday rental during peak season. Located in Beach Palms Condominiums which is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Indian Shores, FL. Beach Palms is beautifully maintained and boasts a large gulf-side heated pool. Two new Weber grills are located at the pool and are available for guests use. The master bedroom has a gulf view as well as an en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as flat screen TVs. The family room has a 55” flat screen HD TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped. A full size washer/dryer is available inside the unit. Also, free wireless Internet is available in the unit. The condo is stocked with many extras including a Keurig machine, beach chairs, beach toys, and a cooler. Additionally, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach on a daily or weekly basis. Two elevators are located inside the building; thus, no stairs are required to access this second floor condo. There is one assigned, covered parking space. Guest parking for one additional car is available on a first-come basis Come stay in our updated, clean beach home and experience a vacation you will never forget! Perfect accommodations, delicious local seafood, great attractions, and magnificent sunsets.

This condo was clean, comfortable and very updated. We’ve stayed in several in the area and we liked this one the most. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the whole place was updated. Pool was really warm (we had a few cooler days and the kids were still able to enjoy the pool). Would definitely stay again!

we enjoyed our time at this condo. The only thing we didn't like was the keys. We had to have a key for the elevator and to get to the pool and beach. I understand its for safety. But was a hassle if we all didn't go at the same time. I will have to say this wouldn't keep me from coming back to this condo. The condo and grounds was very nice.Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

This property was clean, roomy and had everything needed for a week on the beach. The owner was great to work with and communication was excellent. The pool was clean and never felt crowded and it was a short walk from the pool to the beach. We would definitely look into this property again if visiting the area.

This was a wonderful property and we will absolutely consider staying again when we are in the area. The unit itself was in great shape, very clean and modern. All of the basics were provided along with many extras - kitchen equipment was well stocked, towels and linens, beach supplies (chairs, toys, towels, etc). We loved the location and the proximity to the beach.

This condominium was perfect for our family. Very specious and beautiful. The beach toys, umbrellas and chairs all provided was a nice treat. We will come back for sure.

We had an incredible stay in Gulf Shores! This condo is immaculate and well stocked. I was very impressed with the communication from the owner. When we arrived, the refrigerator wasn't working. She immediately had a service technician come to fix the fridge, and a new refrigerator was delivered the next day. I can't say enough wonderful things about this property!

Condo was perfect! Pool and beach were awesome. A few more bath towels would make for less laundry and plastic dishes for kids would be great. No complaints, everything was great!

We decided to stay in this condo for our annual family beach vacation and we were very satisfied! It met our needs perfectly, and I even appreciated the extras this host and hostess keep in the room. From garbage bags to aluminum foil to storage bags to coffee and the list could go on and on. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone! And we LOVED the view and the simplicity of the condo. Not a lot of cluttered decor!

The condo is beautiful! Well maintained and clean. Communication with the owner is excellent. Parking spot very convenient to pool and elevator. The pictures online show the neighboring condo's pool from the balcony, which I thought was our pool, but it wasn't really that big of a deal. The condo is located right at the pier of the neighboring building where "hundreds" of bad mouth, drinking teens hung out on July 3 and 4. The local beach police did nothing. 2 kids got beat up, 1 kid fell off pier and broke a leg, and many fireworks were ignited carelessly. The condo security did their best to watch for kids on premises, but they all climbed over the fence or walked in with other vacationers thru the gate to gain access to the street out front. Teens took our chairs and umbrellas that we paid for on the beach . We had to ask them to leave , but they were so close to us near the pier, they pretty much took over the section of the beach in front of this condo. This is in no way any fault of the owners and we would definitely stay here again, just not on July 4 th holiday. Thank you Jaimie and Trevor for a beautiful condo.

Everything about this property and the owner was amazing! It was very clean and had everything that we needed! It was right on the beach, which was so nice, especially with kiddos. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay again :)

The condo was wonderful. They had everything we needed to enjoy the beach from towels to chairs to umbrellas. If we ever head back to Indian Shores, we will surely try to rent this property again!

Great location , view of the Gulf.
Condo very clean and comfortable , well equipped. No issues parking our two vehicles.

Everything was fine but view is of neighboring condo’s pool. Also, you can’t see the sunset from the balcony.

Our experience was great with this property. Everything was as expected in reviews and property description. Condo was spacious for our family(4 people total). Location to everything was directly in the middle of everything so you could go right or left on gulf blvd and find restaurants or things to do. Property owner was very quick to respond to anything before and during trip. Everything that you could need is in the condo for preparing food. Only thing that we couldn’t find was a can opener and we emprovised with a bottle opener no problem. Beds were a little firm. Everything was clean and well appointed!

Fantastic beachfront condo
I highly recommend this wonderful condo! Condo is very well maintained and has anything you could possibly need. Furnishings are very nice and beds comfortable. Beach and pool area are beautiful, as well! We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay!!
We love the St. Pete/Clearwater area and have stayed at several locations. This is by far our favorite!! The unit was stocked well and it was very clean. We can't wait to go back!!

Very, very nice hosts. This is a security key condo; you need a key to engage the elevator and a key to get into the pool area. Next there is a gate that is heavy and remains closed to the actual beach. The unit issues two keys. The unit has two parking passes, but only one numbered space. Our second car used a guest space, so when anyone left we had to move cars around to secure the guest spot. We can deal with parking, and we really did like the condo, but will probably investigate condos or hotels without security keys. Great visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The only downfall was that our balcony was adjacent to a pool/hot tub with a large deck area that we did not have access to. So our kids got to watch other kids swim and we got to listen to the noise but not enjoy that pool area. Our pool area was nice, but was located on the other side of the building for our unit.
