I ma not satisfied with the cleanliness and the customer service I got from the Property manager.

We arrived at the property fifteen minutes before 3 o'clock, only to find that the house had not been cleaned yet. The check-in time requested was 4:30 pm, which was 30 minutes later than agreed upon due to the cleaner's delayed arrival to begin cleaning. It appeared the cleaner rushed through the task, resulting in a lack of cleanliness. Despite the property's appeal and suitability for a getaway, cleanliness became a significant concern. The bed sheets remained unchanged, with visible hairs indicating prior use. Despite spare sheets being available in the closet, the cleaner neglected to use them, prompting us to wash all the sheets ourselves. Dust was noticeable on windowsills, beneath beds, and there were even crumbs on the bedding. Given the unsatisfactory condition, I requested a refund for the cleaning fee. However, they countered by claiming damage to their property—mentioning beds, chairs, and walls. To safeguard ourselves against such claims, we had taken preemptive pictures before departing to ensure the house was left in pristine condition. Despite these challenges, I cannot recommend this place to friends and family. Additionally, the property manager inaccurately stated that four cars had stayed, when only two had arrived. Furthermore, despite the listing advertising accommodation for 10 people, he is claiming that we exceeded the maximum occupancy when we were only seven. It's worth noting that we didn't even use one of the bedrooms as depicted in the pictures.

It was a complete rip-off and not worth the value that it was put at.

the pool was close.

It wasn’t worth the cost that we paid for 2 nights. There was never an actual address we received in the email of where it is we spent 3 hours on the phone and driving around blue mountain getting sent to wrong location after wrong location. There was Zero privacy in the back yard. The bbq was beyond disgusting when we first opened it.

beautiful townhouse

16 minute walk to the village, lots of parking, kitchen has everything you need for a big group. lots of comfortable beds and couches.

could use a bedside table in the one bedroom, and maybe a light in the living room so you don’t have to put on the ceiling lights all the time. otherwise absolutely wonderful!

Quiet and nice

Walking distance to Blue Mountain village. Kitchen very well equipped. Comfortable beds for all guests.

Nothing related to the property. Looking forward to coming back once all amenities in the area are open post lockdown.

Owners fantastic. Neighbours horrible. Not recommended for families.

The neighbour was unbearable. As soon as we arrived she was yelling at us thru the screen door in the back. We were trying to make our way to the path but with the evergreens it was difficult and she started to yell. She was glaring at our 11 year old daughter when she took our dog outside. However her dog or her sons was allowed to roam unleashed across all units while she sat there. She then make a complaint with the owner about our dog barking so we had to end our day early at wasaga. We will not book this place in future nor recommend to friends as this was extremely stressful.

It was a wonderful experience staying in this apartment.

The location was perfect for relaxation and hangout with friends and family. I enjoyed every moment spent on this property, it was exactly as described on the website.
