No elevator. * Regular Coffee Pot (bring filters/coffee/sugar/cream if needed) * We provide two beach chairs. If you need more, South shore Watersports Rents Chairs and Umbrellas for $5 (all day use). * There are two Marina's onsite for a boat slip and more information contact Little Harbor Marina in Ruskin and/or Antigua Cove in Little Harbor in Ruskin. search them up online. * You can park your trailer and boat in carport, usually fits. If it does not fit you would need to park in the marina or right outside the community. Ask for details. * You can rent Fishing Poles/Bucket and buy bait at the Marinas as well. * How do I check in? I will contact you for your check in process and will give you the updated door code the day of your arrival.
