We have properties both big and small that are sure to make your vacation a success! One of our comfortable Tybee vacation homes is the Cupp's Castle property. Located on Lewis Avenue, this property can sleep a total of 12 people. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two spacious living rooms with large flatscreen TV's, and two well-equipped kitchens. It's a great choice for a big group or two families vacationing together. The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed in a spacious room that overlooks the marsh. A second Queen-Size master suite includes a private bath. Bedroom 3 also boasts a comfy Queen-size bed and flatscreen TV. A loft with 2 queen beds makes the fourth bedroom, and a queen sofa bed is located in the smaller living room. A great feature of this home is that it is wheelchair accessible, including a roll-in shower located off of the larger living room. There are two sets of washers and dryers, plus flat-screen TVs in every room. Outdoor seating is also available with stunning views to go with it. The main room has a vaulted ceiling and plenty of windows to let in the sun. A roomy dining room pairs a rustic wood table with seating for eight, and a nearby kitchen island has seating for 5 more. The two kitchens in the home are fully equipped and have plenty of counter space. The grounds are gorgeous and perfect for walking or just relaxing in the outdoors. It's easy to spend time simply relaxing in your vacation rentals Tybee but you also won't be far from the popular Tybee attractions. This particular property is only a short distance from the Tybee Island Light Station and Museum as well as Fort Screven. Visiting the lighthouse is one of the top things to do on Tybee Island. You can even climb 154 feet to the top and enjoy an amazing panoramic view of the island. The Fort Screven historic area is another interesting attraction especially for history buffs. This was a defensive structure built in 1875 but now visitors can simply explore the private residences and take in the ocean views from the walls. Another fort on the island is Fort Pulaski. This one has guided tours and demonstrations of historic firepower such as muskets and cannons. Experience Tybee's diverse wildlife by taking a dolphin charter in the nearby waters, or visit the Tybee Marine Science Center. If you want a more hands-on experience, consider the Tybee Beach Ecology Trips, which are two hour beach excursions for beach combing and conducted by marine biologist Dr. Joe Richardson. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times. March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday. ⁃Day Before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day and the Day after Thanksgiving ⁃Day Before Christmas, Christmas Day and The Day After Christmas ⁃Day Before New Years, New Years Day, and the Day after New Years ⁃Day Before MLK Day, MLK Day and the Day After MLK Day Guests with Pets If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. We choose the property simply because it was handicapped accessible, the 4 rating only reflective of the “whole” house was not. It is extremely difficult to find handicap accessible, so we were grateful and appreciative! If was very clean, it he lights flickered frequently, manager aside due to wind, lol, still kind of scary to us, we turned the lights off! Had an AC issue, which was handled expeditiously. Would definitely rent again!

Had a great stay at the Cupp Castle. All things were as advertised and the weather was great too. The home was conformable and relaxing, my only recommendation would be to add some outdoor patio furniture so we could all enjoy time together outside in the evenings or mornings.

This home was perfect for my senior Girl Scouts final trip. The girls wanted to see dolphins and spend time on the beach; and the leaders wanted them to visit the Girl Scout house in Savannah; so this house was the perfect inbetween. Nice and quiet neighborhood, an easy drive to the beach, and a short drive to Savannah. Home was clean, and had ample space for all of us.

The home was very clean and comfortable. The layout was a bit eclectic and interesting, but nothing that presented any issues. The really winner of the entire property is the beautiful back yard overlooking the marsh. There's a large amazing oak tree in the backyard that we were able to use as a backdrop for family photos. Quick 5 minute drive to the beaches and dining on the southern end of Tybee. Great stay! Thanks!

We had a group of 12 who fit very comfortably in this property! The beach was about a 7-10 minute or a 2-minute drive away. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Would highly recommend it!!

We had 2 families staying here, including a toddler and the house worked very well for all of us! We were able to set up the toddler in the extra living room at bedtimes so he wasn't bothered and could sleep with ease. There's a great little surf shop down the street and only a couple minutes drive to the beaches, which was perfect!

Great open space for a large group!
Great communication with property manager! The space was perfect for a large crowd! The only sad thing was the pool was always crowded when we tried to go but the beach was in walking distance!

Good, clean stay - unique and difficult layout
Overall, this property was clean, spacious and beautiful. The beds were comfortable, there was ample space in the common areas, things were clean and in good shape. The management company communicated well to make sure we had the repairs that were needed promptly. However, there were a few things I wish I'd know before we stayed. This property shares a yard and dock with another rental. This was not a problem, but surprising to have someone on the backyard swing looking into the main house windows while we were inside. Also, the second living area and kitchen are only accessible from the outside or through bedrooms inside the home. This made things tricky once people had gone to bed or rooms were in use. We had napping kids and so to access the other side of the house, we had to go outside. Again, not a problem, but certainly a unique layout to know about in advance. I did like that the laundry room was large enough for our twin's pack and plays - very helpful to know about in advance.
Suggestion for management - make a designed front entry. We had a maintenance crew enter one side of the home while I was on the other and unaware. This was very scary to me as there were all of a sudden three men in the other living room while I was there alone with my three young kids napping and elderly grandfather. If they had knocked on the main door, I would have been alerted to their arrival. Also, we had a new staff member come into the rental while my uncle was napping which was very unsettling. She was confused and at the wrong property and I've discussed with the supervisor, but a nametag or marked vehicle would have helped.

This was our first time to Tybee Island. We liked it. The house was great. It was laid out a little weird because you had to walk through a bedroom to get to the other kitchen and den. But it was still nice. No bathroom in the master, but the bathroom just around the corner was great. Loved the beach it was definitely a decent walk though. We just loaded all our stuff in the truck each day and dropped it off. The one negative at the beach is that there is no bathroom…anywhere…unless you make the long haul to the pier. I heard that from other people on the beach as well. But…we’d go back. And the house was great, so we’d stay there again.

This was our first time to Tybee Island. We liked it. The house was great. It was laid out a little weird because you had to walk through a bedroom to get to the other kitchen and den. But it was still nice. No bathroom in the master, but the bathroom just around the corner was great. Loved the beach it was definitely a decent walk though. We just loaded all our stuff in the truck each day and dropped it off. The one negative at the beach is that there is no bathroom…anywhere…unless you make the long haul to the pier. I heard that from other people on the beach as well. But…we’d go back. And the house was great, so we’d stay there again.

We loved this beautiful home! It is so well appointed - fluffy thick towels, excellent bedding, well stocked kitchen. There was plenty of space for us to sprawl out and the view out of the back window was stunning. Tybee Beach was as much fun as our time in downtown Savannah.

Very spacious and clean- great for groups!
We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It was exactly as described and very comfortably fit 12 adults. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. There weren't any spices, oil, etc so definitely plan to bring your own if you'll be cooking (not a huge deal at all- just a heads up for future bookers!). Location was great, about a 5-7 minute walk from the beach. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Bring your bug spray for the evenings. Bugs are easily managed on the water with that. Also bring extra kitchen towels and paper towels. Make sure to pack any cleaning supplies you may need (Clorox wipes, etc.)
The location was ideal for us. It was easy to get in and out of Tybee with very little traffic. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to come back!

Birthday celebration
We enjoyed the property, its amenities, as well as the location. There was a problem with the AC, but when reported, the issue was immediately checked and resolved. The technician was efficient and professional. It was an overall excellent experience.

off the beach but close
The house was really nice with two kitchens. Our teens enjoyed the loft and the master bed and bath were great. Nice dock but water is only there at high tide. If you are staying with another family, it is extremely nice to go to the other side of the house for some privacy. Internet / TV worked well. Beach is only minutes away. Breathtaking sunrise on beach on Easter morning. Can see top of lighthouse from backyard.
