With easy access to downtown, Bethany College and Coronado Heights, guests can access all the best that Little Sweden, USA has to offer in a clean, safe, non-smoking environment on an acre that makes you feel like you're in the country, though you are actually in town. Detached from our Lavendel House, our little cottage is ideal for solo travelers, couples and young families with one or two smaller kids. The full-sized bunk bed over mom and dad's queen bed makes for a fun overnight!

We stayed at Lavendel Cottage on a 0 degree night. The owners supplied a space heater to support the installed heater… and plenty of blankets to keep us cozy. The bed was comfortable… shower was great. We loved our time.

Everything was just as advertised. Almost perfect. The bed, while comfortable enough, was kinda funky. We would definitely recommend this place, and stay here again.

My stay was for business @ BC and I really appreciate Mark & Nancy, the cottage, and the location. The little space was perfect for just me and my thoughts. The bath leaves some to be desired for space to prepare & shower. Cute, quaint, and well kept are words to describe my stay.

I had a most enjoyable stay at Lavendel Cottage. It was clean and well appointed, and the owners made all the details simple and painless. The only detractors were the front door, which can be tricky to lock, and the tiny bathroom with a weird tub. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay there again.

Great location with a spacious private property. Very nice neighborhood! Cottage itself is clean and well equipped but very small. Bathroom is especially cramped with a goofy shower/tub.

My stay at the cottage was a perfect stop for my road trip. I felt super comfortable in the house and was able to get food and see a local attraction down the road. I also felt safe in the neighborhood and would definitely stay there again.

This little cottage is tucked back from the street in a quiet part of town. You can see the farm fields from the front porch. Cute and cozy. Lots of clever tricks to make use of the space. We had everything we needed for an overnight stay while enjoying the town. Great place to walk around with nice parks and interesting shops and diners downtown.

This was exactly what we needed as we travel to CO and UT to visit adult children. Everything was just as pictured. Check-in was simple and we were able to watch some of the NCAA tournament as we wound down from 12 hours on the road. We would stay again!

We initially rented the cottage however the cottage was having some heating issues. The owners graciously offered us to stay in their home instead. Their house was like having all the comforts from home! The beds and pillows were comfortable, breakfast muffins provided along with water bottles in the refrigerator and flavored teas. The neighborhood was very quiet since it was close to some farming fields. Our kids enjoyed discovering all the nooks and crannies that the house provided. We enjoyed meeting Snuggles the cat, who welcomed us when we arrived. The hot tub out back and the massage chair relaxed our muscles after a long drive! I would definitely love to come back to stay longer!

We adored the little cottage so clean and well stocked. They added many things to do hot tub and yard games. Their cat Snuggles is the house welcoming crew and he will grab your heart quickly. They fixed a slow draining tub right away that day. We would definitely stay here again! Lovely!
