The VRBO experience was outstanding. We have nothing to compare but I have a hunch that the standard we experienced was fairly high up the scale and will ensure the quality of our 2nd VRBO!

We have stayed in many VRBO places, but none was as well stocked and spotless as this little gem. The place is newly remodeled,beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The location is within in walking distance to many eateries and shops . The beaches are a short ride away. We will definitely be back soon.

Not only is this the absolute best location to walk to all of Safety Harbor’s restaurants, shops, and events… this is also the most pretty and thoughtfully provisioned place we’ve ever been to! We especially like the customized code to enter. No more wondering if we had the key, we had our own code to go in and out If we left or arrived at different times. The place is absolutely beautiful, with wonderful decor and a terrific and large back porch. We loved it.

My daughters and I stayed here while we were in town scouting colleges and enjoying a trip to the beach. I cannot say enough good things about this house. 1) cute as a button!!! I could not get over the back porch!!!! And my teenage daughter was in heaven with the spiral staircase and the upstairs shower. She often took 2 showers a day not bc she needed it but bc she just loved the shower. Lol. 2) everything was so neat and organized. All the little extras Christine had were just cherry on the top. 3) Location! Neighborhood is quiet and safe. And walking distance to the downtown district full of great places to eat. House is within 3 minutes of the pier so we were able to sneak in a morning view of sunrise on Tampa Bay. Only 20 minutes to the beach! Did I mention the extras.... anything u could dream of to take on your beach trip she supplied. Thank you Christine for being such a wonderful host! If I get the opportunity to come back to town I will definitely stay here again.

I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. Out stay was amazing and nothing was overlooked right down to the USB ports everywhere. Thank you to Christine❤️❤️❤️

Everything about this place is spot on from the pics and description. Upon arrival it exceeded expectations to the Jimmy Buffet Radio playing on Alexa to the bottle of wine on the table and overall immediate home comforts. The place is so well appointed and stocked that you do not need to bring anything. We had a couple of "around town" questions that were answered right away! The back porch is such a cool place to hang out with your favorite music and beverage. (Front patio as well!) The neighborhood and neighbors are wonderful! The food around town is outstanding! Short walk to most places. We really didn't want to leave! Check off all of Christine's suggestions from her website. Book now for a nice "long" stay!

This Key West Villa, surpassed any expectations I could of hoped for. The home is decorated to perfection. The level of care and cleanliness was far superior to any other vbro I have ever stayed in. The check in and out process was seamless. The host was incredible, she was so friendly and very responsive. If you are staying in this area I highly recommend this villa.

5 stars aren’t enough to rate Christine’s Key West Villa! From the moment we walked in the door we felt right at home and everything was impeccable. First and foremost, the cleanliness was beyond what I ever could have imagined. It truly felt like we were the first guests that have ever stayed here. The furnishings are top notch and the villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need. One minor detail that made a big impact was the quality of the beach towels that were provided. This isn’t something you would normally think twice about but they were the heaviest and thickest beach towels I’ve ever seen and the pattens were cute too! Christine was quick to reply to any questions that we had and we appreciated that she was close by and that we were able to meet her during our stay. Safety Harbor is a hidden gem and and we enjoyed exploring the town, renting a surrey bike from the Safety Harbor Resort & Spa and we also went to Indian Rocks beach which was in a residential area and less crowded than Clearwater. The only thing we would have done differently was stayed longer. This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in and we already have reservations to come back!

Had a few questions for the owner before we got there and her quick response was a good indication on how are week would be. Check in was flawless, she actually texted us that we could get in early, the place is beautiful and very clean. The back patio with its gorgeous view was a great place for morning coffee, book reading and late night cocktails. The downtown is only a couple blocks away and we walked there for , breakfast , shopping, strolling or listening to the live music that most of the places had . We had a lot of great meals but our favorite was the Detroit style pizza at Nonas. Would definitely stay here again

We are so happy with our Key West villa stay in Safety Harbor. It was a perfectly wonderful! Everything we could’ve possibly needed was in this beautifully furnished and cozy home. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well! Quiet yet walkable to the waterfront and so many fun restaurants. The dining scene in this town is extraordinary and the people who live and work here are about the nicest we’ve met anywhere. Christine and Dave have created a gem here in Safety Harbor and we feel lucky to have discovered it. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return.

This property has it all- The location couldn’t be better, just a block of Main Street where you can stroll eat and shop. The Kitchen was incredibly well equipped and the furnishings were lovely- and my husband loved the huge tv. Totally spotless and everything appears brand new! It is even prettier than the photos on the website portray. Top of the line in every way, and incredibly charming. And a large porch with a beautiful view which was our favorite part. Safety Harbor is one of the most picturesque Florida towns - great food just a short stroll away at Karma (healthy and super delicious) , terrific sushi at Happy Sslmon, and live music at another place just up the street from us! Any vacation I will be very happy here.

Outdoor space is superior, first floor layout is open and welcoming, 2nd floor bedroom is cozy and nicely separated from the first floor. There's a cool spiral staircase leading to the upstairs space. The location of this unit is walkable to all the nightlife on Main Street and the Bay. It's far enough away from Main Street so you don't hear any street noise or traffic. It's quiet and peaceful, just the way we wanted it. Christine and Dave know exactly how to treat guests. We're treated like family and they respond immediately to requests. Highly recommended.

What a treat it was to stay at Villas Key West! Easily within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Downtown Safety Harbor, Villa Key West was adorable. Brand new as of two years ago, this place has it all! It has one bedroom on the main and one up the spiral staircase. Perfect for two couples!

Great job Christine! The place is lovely. No detail was spared. And don't get me started about the location - love that spot! I think we found our annual besties' weekend spot!

I don't want to say it was clean. I don't want to say it was renovated to perfection. I don't want to say it was in the perfect location. I don't want to say a lot of nice things, BUT I HAVE TOO !! If I say it was one of the most pleasant surprises of my VRBO history, everyone will start staying there and it will be hard to book. This place is "the bomb," to use an outdated cliche. Perfect if your going to Ruth Eckerd for a concert, perfect if your wanting to go to festivals in the area, perfect if all you want to do is nothing, just relax. We loved this place !

Once again, a great stay at one of Christine’s properties. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We will be back. 😊�

The owners did a great job of setting this gem up along with the one next door. I don't think there is a thing that they didn't think of, from beach chairs and toys to off spray for mosquitos at night. Beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. We've stayed several times in both units and they are always perfect!! Owners are always close by if you need anything.
