Cozy but modern cottage designed for your comfort in Downtown Flagstaff. This is a pet-free and smoking-free property. This is the perfect home for a vacation rental or for traveling professionals! Lovely 2BR/1BA separate cottage in Downtown Flagstaff. It is the "mother-in-law" unit with its own parking, walkway, outdoor seating, and entrance into the cottage. Lovely yard with BBQ is shared with host who lives in the main, front house. The home is fully furnished and equipped including Wifi, all utilities, W/D, linens, soaps, and paper products. Located 1.1 miles from Flagstaff Medical Center and just north of Northern Arizona University. It is close to downtown--about an 8 block walk--but far enough away to be in a quiet residential neighborhood. Perfect 4-season base for exploring northern Arizona including Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Walnut Canyon, Sedona, and more. Urban trail system is two blocks away, and is great for hiking, running, and biking. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. This home has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. Comfy mattresses and bed linens are all top-quality. Please note there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal. All utilities are included. Wifi and Roku TV included, but no cable or satellite. Contact host with any questions.

We’ve stayed at this rental in the past & had another enjoyable trip. The location is great, the house was clean & Connie was wonderful! There were so many different things to do within walking distance (park, restaurants, neighborhood outdoor market). We’ll be back next summer for sure!

This cozy cottage is just off of historical downtown Flagstaff. It's a perfect location - close to the action, but not too close! It had a well equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, and the like. Plus, it had a wonderful outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sun and birds.

We loved the location of this property…perfect to walk downtown and Thorpe park is close by. We did not realize the cottage is behind the owners house so while the yard was very nice it was not totally private. Also my husband worked from the cottage since we were there 10 days or so and he would’ve liked a little more room but if we go back to Flagstaff for a weekend or shorter amount of time we would stay here again.

We used our stay in Flagstaff as the center point of our Northern AZ family vacation. We were able to tour Embry Riddle (Prescott), Sedona, NAU, ASU, the Grand Canyon, and even spent 2 days in Vegas. The cottage was perfectly situated close to town and our two teenage sons were able to bike and skate to town. Connie was very responsive and had great recommendations. Being able to do laundry prior to packing for our return home was fantastic!

Family Weekend in Flagstaff
We enjoyed staying in this cottage; very well stocked, comfortable, great location. Bonus was the beautiful weather and taking advantage of the quaint backyard patio. Would definitely consider staying here again!

This is a very well thought out cottage with everything needed for a visit to Flagstaff. The owner is very helpful, but not imposing. The location is ideal for a short walk to shops, restaurants and bars in downtown Flagstaff.

Just as described! My biggest appreciation was the super comfortable bed! In fact, it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in away from home. And the house is super cute and has everything for a home away from home!

Also the water pressure in the shower is low so it took a bit more time to wash out my hair. Overall, we enjoyed staying at the Cottage.

Flagstaff Getaway
Connie's property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the location, near downtown, near parks for our children and a nice quiet neighborhood. She was full of recommendations and willing to work with us as able on check in and out needs. The accommodations were more than adequate, beds and living room furniture comfortable and a nice outdoor shared area weather permitting. We are happy to have found a nice "cabin" feel place to visit in Flagstaff and hope to visit again. Thank you for everything!
