Nestled in Asheville, this charming cottage for $125 per night is a great choice for your next break. Beautiful spacious cottage attached to 100 year old charming home, less than one mile from the heart of downtown. Large bedroom with New Cal King Tuft & Needle bed, living room, claw foot bath tub in bathroom- great neighborhood! Only a mile to the Grove Park Inn. Pet friendly! Free WIFI! Safe and quite neiborhood and great friendly hosts to assist you with your stay in our loving city of Asheville. Ask any questions you wish! Always dog friendly and we offer pet sitting at an additional cost just ask! The spiral staircase is for decoration only. Everything is on first floor so don’t worry about having to climb stairs! Fire pit in front yard for your use. Microwave, medium fridge, coffee maker and toaster provided. Outdoor fire pit! Duraflame logs available for purchase at $5.00 each We are licensed and inspected by the City of Asheville! Beware of listing that are not licensed! We follow all CDC recommended cleaning protocols! Carbon neutral: Your stay with us with be carbon neutral as we purchase carbon offsets for our energy needs! Our above & beyond promise... If you are past the refund period and need to cancel, we will allow you to rebook your trip for future dates with us for equal or lesser value of your reservation up to one year after the date of your original reservation as long as we can rebook your original dates.

The owners thought of everything we would need, but more importantly, they created a cozy and welcoming space! The pet basket and bowls were a nice touch too. We were there for the first snow of 2024, and they thoughtfully salted the walkway. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying at The Cottage. It is in a fantastic location and we were able to conveniently navigate to & from the house & into Asheville. The place was very clean, well kept, & tidy. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Asheville.

The cottage was perfect for our outdoor vacation in Asheville. It was located near a park to walk the dog in the morning and about 1.5 mile to the downtown restaurants and fun. We loved that it was a homey environment for our dog to rest in after a big day of hikes and adventures. It had everything that we needed and was perfect for our stay. Would recommend.

Like staying in the country even though just up the road from downtown. Quiet and welcoming. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Very welcoming to dogs. The bottle of wine and coffee selection were greatly appreciated.

This place was perfect! My husband, dog and I came up for a weekend away for our 8th wedding anniversary and everything was absolutely wonderful. Mike and Tom were exceptional hosts - from great restaurant recommendations to simply making us feel at home. We loved our stay here and hope to be back again, thanks for everything!

My fiancé and I booked a trip to Asheville last minute. We loved the VRBO and location! We were in close proximity to Downtown and in a safe neighborhood where we could walk the dog. We brought our dog with us (dogs stay free)! Mike was a great host! Mike is friendly and provided great amenities, including a complimentary bottle of wine upon our arrival and a nice coffee bar. We will definitely be back to stay!

Quiet, cozy and eclectic, this cottage is a gem. The hosts' attention to detail, such as the super soft bedsheets, stocked Keurig coffee bar and homemade bark box for dog necessities, were appreciated. The fun yard art and boldly painted house made us happy. We had an awesome first visit to Asheville! 5 stars +

This lovely cottage was cozy, clean and comfortable, located in a nice neighborhood convenient to downtown Asheville. Mike was a very hospitable host, to us and our pooch (Asheville is very dog friendly) and we were completely happy with our stay. Bonus was a great mattress that I might try to buy for our own house! Would totally recommend the cottage to couples visiting Asheville.

The guest house was adorable and clean. I enjoyed the bathtub and the bed is comfy. Only one tv and it’s in the living room… but I slept great in spite of no tv in the bedroom. Host was super nice and helpful. I would recommend this rental to anyone I know, especially those with dogs! It was very pet friendly

I rented this cottage with my pup as a destination getaway from city life. Mike and Tom we’re so welcoming and made my stay so comfortable. Roux (the Cavapoo) felt at home immediately. If I’m every back in Asheville I would definitely stay here again!

After spending a few days in downtown Asheville the cottage was a perfect antidote to the chaos of the city. The cottage was cozy and spacious and located in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood. Mike and Tom's cottage is very nicely set up with everything you need for a stay in Asheville. It also has some thoughtful touches like some basic pet supplies including food and water bowls, and wireless chargers on each bedside table. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is convenient to everything - 1 mile to downtown, and 10-15 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We had zero complaints and will probably be back in the future.

A cozy cottage perfect for two adults and a golden retriever. The cottage is conveniently located near downtown with easy access to all Asheville has to offer. Mike was a great host. We took advantage of a number of his recommendations for restaurants and were very pleased. He also watched our dog during our afternoon at the Biltmore. Thanks Mike!

We chose this property because it was pet - friendly but ended up leaving our pooch at home. Worked out great for us- very cozy, loved the gas fireplace, comfy bed, close to downtown Asheville, Black Mountain, love the area. Only downside ( for my husband) Sling TV streaming service and he couldn't watch the Super Bowl in real time!

The property was quaint and quirky! We loved it! A beautiful 1800’s log home with a private cottage with easy access to come and go….very close to downtown and many great restaurants. Tom and Mike were very gracious hosts! We highly recommend this special place!

This property was so well appointed and beautifully decorated. Also very clean. The hosts were right next door and so responsive with assisting when needed (operation of fireplace). The bed was awesome, plenty of surfaces tables, desk, suitcase rack for all of our stuff. It was a 1 mile walk to downtown and the neighborhood was lovely. They are very dog friendly! We didn't want to leave...

We visited with our English Setter and had a great time. This property is great for a mostly urban setting, with restaurants, groceries and shopping within minutes. The hosts were accommodating and everything was exactly as promised. We will plan to stay here again when we visit Asheville.
