This spacious one bedroom apt has it all. Super Clean! Cozy living room with fireplace (okay, its faux but still offers warmth and ambiance) Cable TV/DVD. Wi- Fi. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven and stove, microwave, pots pans and dishes for most all meals prep needs. Bedroom has hotel quality mattress and super comfortable bedding. Ample closet storage. Bathroom has a full tub/shower and plenty of storage for toiletries. Hair dryer. Grill on patio . Enclosed small but private yard with fence. Pet Friendly see rates below* 4 minutes to the Parkway 12 minutes downtown 10 minutes to Old Mill and River Trail 3 minutes to Back Nine Golf course and informal dog run area 7 minutes to Alpenglow Park off leash dog park 35 minutes to Mt Bachelor 12 minutes to St Charles Hospital 5 minutes to High Desert Museum 15 minutes to Sunriver * Pet Fee: $ 25 per pet on weekend $ 50 for more than one pet or 3 or more days $ 100 for more than 28 days Cleaning: For stays longer than 28 days, cleaning fee increases to $ 100. Laundry service ( sheets and towels only) is provided mid stay for stays over 30 days. There is no laundry on premises for personal items. Laundromat/grocery store is a 5 minute drive.

This location was perfect to be near a family reunion but not walkable to stores, so well stocked with coffee/teas for morning. Very comfortable but take earplugs for noisy A/C.

I stayed at Guest Haven for two months. It was a wonderful stay! The apartment is comfortable and well stocked for a longer stay. Guest Haven is very clean and is located in an upscale Bend neighborhood. The patio is lovely and has lawn furniture for relaxing after a busy day, Gail is wonderful to work with. She is responsive and communicates well with her guests!

Extended Stay at Guest Haven
I stayed at Guest Haven for two months. It was a wonderful stay! The apartment is comfortable and well stocked for a longer stay. Guest Haven is very clean and is located in an upscale Bend neighborhood. The patio is lovely and has lawn furniture for relaxing after a busy day, Gail is wonderful to work with. She is responsive and communicates well with her guests!

We love our this place. Gail was very welcoming and friendly. The place allows dogs but it was very clean like our own home. We stayed here 4 nights for our mt bachelor ski trip. The unit has everything we need, board games, Netflix, extra pet blankets and towels, cooking supplies. The little yard area was nice for our little fluffies to run around. Enjoyed our stay sooo much! Thank you Gail!

Bend family visit
Comfortable, cozy and well stocked property. We were greeted by the owner who pleasantly explained the features. The kitchen had all the various appliances you could possibly need. The linens were well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The outside patio was inviting for morning coffee. We preferred the air conditioned interior for the afternoon and evenings with the 92 degree temperatures. Location was within minutes of the city center. Would definitely return for future visits to Bend.

Relax
Guest Haven was the perfect place for us to wind down and recover from the demands of work and home. Gail is a doll and gave us suggestions for local happenings. My husband and I definitely plan to return.

What a great place to stay in a Bend! Quick, easy access to all that Bend offers, but far enough away from the main part of town to be super quiet. Great neighborhood to walk in. The unit is tastefully done, with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Gail, the owner, was great to work with!

Great location
Location makes travel South / North on 97 easy. Bend is very close for activities & shopping. Gail is friendly, engaging, respects the privacy of the guest. The patio offers great relaxation. The apartment is well stocked for lengthy stays, quality appliances, clean, up scale amenities, very comfortable.

Quiet, peaceful, and comfortable
The property is on the south end of Bend in a higher class neighborhood. Access to major roads and the main highway is very easy from the property. The owner is friendly, quiet, and accommodating and keeps to herself – we interacted with her only once to exchange introductions and paperwork. It appears she takes pride in her rental which is very clean, tidy, and well organized – more so than most. The overall space is small, but it does not feel cramped; the furniture is above average and was selected to allow easy movement. There is no dishwasher nor washer/dryer, so be aware if you plan to cook in frequently or travel light. The property is shaded and cool throughout the day. We stayed during one of the hottest weeks of the year and only ran the portable A/C unit in the evenings. The property has a private patio that is quite comfortable and peaceful. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. When we return to Bend, we will almost certainly stay here again as the property is above average for VRBO.

Wonderfully cozy apartment with just the right warmth of home.
My daughter and I stayed here for the last week of June. We live in the Colorado mountains, but wanted to explore the mountains and coastline of Oregon. The only thing I regret was not trying to spend more time at the apartment instead of exploring. It's a tough battle with me. I could have used an evening or two of barbecuing out on the patio and relaxing. This home had everything needed and the weather was perfect for our stay. Gail was a delight as well...even though she was actually leaving the next day for her own vacation...lol. Thanks again, Gail, for sharing your cozy apartment.

This property was a small apartment space attached to a beautiful house in the heart of Bend, Oregon. The property featured a well equipped kitchen plus any extra essentials provided. The property also featured information about Bend and things to do in the area. We only had two people staying, but one more person could definitely fit. The space was very clean when we arrived and everything was ready for us. The only thing that could be improved upon is the WiFi connection and the TV in the bedroom which goes in and out. Bottom line: this place was clean, comfortable and the owner was very kind, organized and ready to make our stay great.

Cozy and nicely decorated little guest house in a quiet neighborhood a short drive to downtown Bend and 20 mins from Mt Bachelor. Everything was in good working order and very clean. Host Gail was very responsive and gracious.

The apartment was just what we were looking for. Very clean, had everything we needed for our stay and Gail was great to work with. We can't wait to visit again, hoping for better weather next time, but would definitely stay here again. We tried to check out as many of "Gail's Favorites" in Bend....all were beautiful!

Just stayed for a couple nights back in august. Went down to Bend for a work class, the house was close and covienant to places, as well as clean and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood too. Great place!
