Everyone loved the houseand the big yard

Clean, great location and family friendly.

Such a great place to call home for a few days. All of the grown children and their children were there. This home was great to accommodate everyone. The great room was large enough to prepare food and everyone had a place to eat because of the convenient deck. The backyard and firepit helped with the fun. Perhaps the only drawback was crossing the busy road to get to the private beach. Angela quickly responded to any and all questions. She was helpful and kind.

The backyard, splash pad, and pickle ball court were my grandchildren’s favorite part of this house. It had rooms for each of my grown children and their children. Besides not knowing where all the bath towels were hidden and the smoke alarm letting us know that it needed a new battery at 5:00 in the morning, it was a wonderful place to stay.

This property was perfect for our large family of 34. The host was very responsive answering questions. The location was amazing. The yard and outdoor amenities were wonderful. The following are just suggestions and would not stop us from renting this home again. It really is a wonderful home. One of the bedroom smoke alarms was missing, with wires exposed. Some of the showers could use a little extra attention. Several shower curtains need to be changed, as they are very orange along the bottom section. Just a note : Basic soaps listed in the amenities include a soap bottle for each sink. No soaps or other toiletries are provided for the showers/ bathtubs. The binder at the house also shows that there are some beach towels available, although not one for every person. We could not find any beach towels, which was okay for us as we had brought our own. We were also short on bath towels. With two sets of washers and dryers, we were able to make do. The kitchen pantry is amazing. It was a little difficult to have only one oven. A double oven would have been nice, but we may do. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We loved the home, yard, access to the beach and pool. The deck was awesome along with the layout of the home. It is a definite "stay again" home.

We enjoyed our stay. Right in town. We had access to legacy beach and bike trails. Big back yard where we set up our volleyball net. Only wishing we had one more bathroom downstairs to accommodate everyone just a little bit more. 😊

This property is in a great location and had plenty of room for our family. A close walk to the lake and near other amenities as well. The owner was great to work with and replied quickly to concerns.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

This house had everything we needed for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We had over 30 people and room enough for everyone, including spaces to go for naps and quiet/private space. The huge pantry had plenty of room for food storage and we had all the appliances and cookware necessary. On top of that, we were just minutes from Bridgerland Adventure park and the marina for boating. We really enjoyed using the grill and fire pit and the kids liked walking to the park and pool.

This property was perfect for our family size. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the back yard was perfect for a fun family game of kickball.

We had a family reunion with several of my siblings and their children and grandchildren. There was something for everyone to do and space for everyone. Some played in the pool. Some went mountain biking and some did road bike rides around the lake. The kitchen was stocked with everything including a large electric roasting pans and 2 electric griddles which was helpful for cooking for the crowd. There is an extra small refrigerator/freezer in the garage for food and we brought coolers to store extra food which worked well. It was such a beautiful place, would love to come back.

We had our family reunion here. It was a perfect house for us. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen and back deck had plenty of seating. The well stocked kitchen had everything needed. The pool and lake are just across the road and are amazing. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Very nice, clean and comfortable house.

We had a wonderful time, the home was comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay! We did have a hard time getting through the gate to get to the pool, the password didn’t work., so we just walked around the gate. Would love to plan another trip with my family to go again!

The amount of bedrooms and accommodations for large family gatherings like ours was great. The house had plenty of space for us and most everything we needed. There were a few small things that could use some attention like the grill, but nothing big enough to even give us pause. Thank you for letting us rent your amazing home!

This was the perfect place to host our work retreat. Plenty of space for all 20 of us and we were able to get a lot done.

This home was a great fit for our extended family getaway! Having seven bedrooms was a big deal for us as we had lots of different families gathering. Loved having bedrooms away from the main living area so we could put kids to bed and adults could stay up playing games, etc. Kiddos were a little sad that the hot tub was not open year round but other than that we loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time at the Gathering place! We gathered together with family to sled and snowmobile in the area during Christmas break. It was perfect! House was nice and clean, minus the food, the cupboards in the kitchens were supplied with everything we needed to prepare food. This was our favorite part- we could gather as a big group, but if it was too busy or loud, there were plenty of rooms or areas to find some peace and quiet. The house had a great variety of areas and rooms. We enjoyed using the extra large Hot Tub across the street at the resort, perfect way to end the night! Great location, close to everything. Angela was a delight to work with! We would love to visit again!

Absolutely a Great Gathering Place for family! There was plenty of room to accommodate a large group, but still an area that felt secluded if someone needed a little privacy. Also, it was nice to have plenty of parking. We loved staying here!

Beautiful place !

Overall great property. The only thing I would change are some of the pictures need to be updated. The lake is low and it's pretty far from the property. 10 to 15 minute walk. Also you have to cross the main road to get to the club house and beach. But the home itself was very nice and we had a great vacation.

A great property for a family gathering with access to Legacy Beach facilities. As with most popular Vrbo properties it lacks some general maintenance but otherwise a nice place.

This is a great place to have a large family gathering. Plenty of beds and space for everyone to spread out. Great backyard with more grassy common area bordering it for kids to play. Splash pad right behind house has nice warm water for kids to enjoy. Very busy road to cross to get to pool and beach, but great pool to enjoy once there. Kitchen is well stocked. Extra chairs and table in garage were helpful for our outdoor fun. Great communication from host. Will definitely stay here again.

Close to town with easy beach and pool access! The kids loved the splash pad and basketball court. Plenty of room for our volleyball net in the backyard. House could have been a cleaner when we arrived. The house was a great size and location for our family reunion.

We loved the house and all the amenities at Bear Lake! The house is large and very comfortable. There was so much room to accommodate our family of 25 people. We would definitely stay here again! Absolutely loved the house, yard and being close enough to walk to the lake and pool. Thank you for everything!

There were 23 of us and there were beds for all. It's a nice large property with a huge grassy area to play. The splash pad wasn't working and we weren't able to access the workout room in the club house, but we were able to reach out to the owners to get the code. Lastly, we were under the impression that we would slightly closer to the beach. That said, it wasn't a long walk and we made it work. Love the private beach! It's a great home for a large gathering!

Walking into this home was beyond expectations! Everything was just perfection. The yard was huge with a pickle ball court, basketball court and splash pad right out the back door. The swimming pool was a hit for young and old! It was a short walk across a busy road, which had me a bit nervous with 8 grandkids in tow. It’s so sad how low the lake is though because I could just picture how beautiful it was when the water would have been right next to the pool. It’s receded so much that it’s quite a walk to the water now. No complaints here, this was a great property and would definitely come back!

We all had a great time staying at Garden City. The house was great for a large group. The beach was awesome and very close! Would definitely stay here again!
