Nestled in Pennsylvania, this lovely bed and breakfast for $259 per night is a great option for your next break. Buena Hill Homestead is a newly renovated private apartment located 15 miles east of the heart of Lancaster County. Centered in the middle of rich farm land, this is a beautiful place to get away and relax. We are located on a 4th generation, 100 acre farm, surrounded by grazing cattle and a few of our family pets. The guesthouse house consists (on the main floor)- a spacious kitchen with appliances, a powder room, a master bedroom with a full bathroom attached, and a laundry room. Main floor is wheel chair assessable. Upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms both with a full bathrooms, and a small kitchenette. We would love to get to meet you and have you stay awhile

Buena Hill Homestead is a perfect place to stay if your looking to rest. The farm is quiet and peaceful. The guest house is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. There was also a lovely treat of delicious homemade granola and yogurt waiting for us. Ruthy is the perfect host! We felt very blessed to be able to share their property for a few days.

The guesthouse was sparkling clean and perfectly set up for our family. We stayed for 6 nights and wished we could have stayed longer! We planned day trips to the steam train in Strasburg, Longwood Gardens and to Hershey Park, but we were always happy to get back to the guesthouse. Our favorite part was sitting on the front porch at sunset and watching the fireflies appear.

Ruthy's home is stunning inside but the views that are surrounding it are breathtaking. We so enjoyed our stay as a family getting away from the pressures of everyday life and wandering around the local countryside. Ruthy was a wonderful host with lots of personal touches and not one detail was overlooked.

Our stay at Brian Hill Homestead was wonderful. The house was perfect for our group. The house was clean and welcoming. The property was so beautiful; with beautiful sunsets and quiet atmosphere. We will definitely visit again. And would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway with friends and/or family. The Petersheim’s are wonderful hosts; they make you feel right at home!

We booked the house because of the location and because each bedroom had its own bathroom. We could not have asked for a more perfect home. It was so clean, Ruthy and Christian made us feel welcome but gave us privacy. They house is absolutely beautiful and the views were amazing.

The forever memories we made here with our kids and close family friend will last us all a lifetime! The farm and the location are even better in person and the hosts of this property are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. Tons of special touches including handwritten notes and treats left for us when we arrived made it clear that we were welcome there. The property is modern, clean and homey - nothing was left undone here. Top notch! Letting the kids play on the farm and feed the goats and chickens were a highlight for all of us and we can't wait to return again to make more memories with our loved ones! What an amazing gem nestled into the countryside, but within reach of amenities as desired. Ruthy was terrific at communication and did everything possible to make the stay enjoyable. Three master suites gave each couple the opportunity to feel pampered. The homemade granola, hand written notes, gorgeous pergola, and high end finishings from sheets/towels and furnishings were the cherry on the top! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated with plenty of space and the sheets on the bed were fantastic. We loved the animals, my son enjoyed feeding the goats and collecting eggs from the chickens.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was very clean and the owners were lovely people. It's very peaceful and relaxing. My son enjoyed interacting with and feeding the goats. We enjoyed sitting by the firepit and watching the beautiful sunsets. Ruthy was very friendly. She made us some homemade sour dough bread. Ny the time we left it felt like we had been long time friends. We look forward to staying there again hopefully sooner than later.

This is our third visit to Ruthy and Christian’s beautiful home. They are gracious hosts and the house is fantastic. It’s convenient to everything in the area, and after a day of activities, we look forward to relaxing in the quiet farmland. We will be back for the fourth time.

Perfect in so many ways....
There are so many reasons why this property is so highly rated on here by guests. The property is stunningly beautiful. You can drive all around Lancaster County and I’m not sure that you can find a more beautiful location for your stay. At night you’ll have perfect sunset views of farmland with horses grazing in the pastures. The inside of the house was immaculate and extremely comfortable. If I tried to find a negative thing to say, I wouldn’t be able to. There is literally not one negative thing about this property. And to top it all off, Ruthy, who I unfortunately didn’t have the pleasure to meet, was so kind in all of our communications. She is like the icing on top of the cake. If you are thinking of booking this property, do not hesitate!

Absolute gem!
We had such a great time here! The place is brand new and so well designed, beds are very comfy and the bedrooms are spacious. But the real gem here is the outdoors - it's surounded by acres of beautiful farm land and the patio and backyard are so fun to sit in and enjoy the view. The kids also had a great time with so much outdoor space , the animals to feed and the fire pit. finally the hosts were really approachable and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

Buena Vista Bliss
This is our second time staying at this property. Ruthie and Christian are amazing hosts. They have an impeccable house. We love being able to interact with the goats, chickens and their dogs. We love that the dogs will hang out with you as you enjoy the fire pit at night. The scenery is so beautiful and relaxing. We look forward to staying here again.
