Amenities include large deck w/furniture, screened porch, fish cleaning table, charcoal grill, hot/cold outside shower, washer/dryer and WiFi/cable TV and DVD. Close to marinas, restaurants and shopping. Enjoy!!

This is a lovely cottage close to the beach. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is very clean. The beach decor adds to the charm.

My wife and I stayed here 3 nights and really enjoyed it! The cottage was really clean and had everything we needed, also just a short walk to the beach. The host was very friendly and communication was great. If we are back in the area we definitely will stay here again!

Perfect for my wife and I to get out of town. Home is nice and just feet from the beach access. Great restaurants in Hatteras and plenty to do. Nice quiet beach when we were there after Labor Day.

We loved the cottage by the ocean! It was our first time and we were not disappointed! The house was clean, close to the beach and very comfortable! The host was very responsive when the toilet handle broke! My only suggestion would be is to bring your own beach umbrella! But a wonderful stay- we will be back!!

What an adorable cottage!!! Really well appointed and just steps to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, no traffic. One of the best rentals weve had in Hatteras Village.

It was our first time down in OBX, and Hatteras is the place to be if you love the calm and quiet enjoyment of a small fishing town. Awesome restaurants, shopping and the ferry to Ocracoke are all walking distance from the house. Most importantly, you can walk to the beach. There is a beautiful natural pathway to the beach. Just know that if you struggle with walking, the hill down to the beach might be difficult to navigate since there are no stairs.
The house is the perfect size and very clean. There is a shower outside; along with two inside. There is also a closet outside filled with some sand toys, a boogie and skim board and a few other beach essentials. They also have a charcoal grill.
We are excited to stay at this wonderful gem next year!

Cottage was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Our vacation was cut short due to a death in the family and our host was so very gracious and kind when we had to leave early. We were refunded the days we couldn't stay. That was such a kind gesture! We would definitely stay again.

By far one of the best properties we've stayed in on the Outer Banks from Carova to Ocracoke. So clean and the kitchen actually does have everything to cook or bake something. And the queen bed most comfy bed even better than hotels! Would highly recommend to anyone! Really enjoyed our long weekend and will keep this place in mind for another visit south. Thank you so much for a great stay!

One house away from beach access, which made it very convenient. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, lots of books, games. Awesome deck with a screened in area. My daughter used the outdoor shower daily. Would definitely stay here again!

It is a very nice house located right in front of the private beach access for that street. We forgot our beach chairs but luckily the house had several different chairs, boogie boards, floats, skim boards, and more. The kitchen was very well equipped as well. Overall, we were extremely pleased and would absolutely stay here again.

We were only scheduled to stay for 3 nights but finding this lovely cottage so nice and located near some of the best restaurants on the Island made it the place to come back to visit. The place is clean as home right after the maid service. The screened in porch is just delightful to enjoy your morning coffee. We will return.

It's a very homey house and the proximity to the beach is great! Just a short walk up the road. There were a few little "bumps in the road", but were taking care of quickly! Great communication with the owner and quick responses. Nice weekend!
