It was a beautiful home to stay because of the charm. Also location to town was great.

This house was perfect, short walk into town, such a cute cosy place to stay and literally had everything you could possibly want, a little gem ❤️

Updated historic home was comfortable and it fit our needs. With a 6 year old and 73 year old we felt it was too far to walk to the historic area of St Augustine but we were always able to find parking. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook a big meal. We would recommend this home to others.

We were in StAugustine for my son’s destination wedding! The wedding venue was 30min away but most of the weekend was in the historic district . The house was so large and made for a fun gathering for friends and family stopping by. The sitting area on the front porch was so inviting and accommodating to our guests . The fire pit out back was a nice wind down from the weekend activities. Unfortunately only utilized the last night. The kitchen is full of all the amenities you could want from home . The kids loved all of the window seats in the kitchen and the upstairs bed room. The house was very spacious for my husband and myself and for my daughter and her 3kids. The down stairs fit her family perfectly . Overall a very nice experience. We would definitely recommend this place. I would only state if you have a kerig coffee maker bring your pods with you because there is a Kerig coffee maker in the fridge door. Very fancy feature. I’m not a coffee drinker but my kids are . Of course there are local coffee shops near by within walking distance if you prefer that novelty. Because this is a historical home there is a lot of history there another interesting feature.

This property was such a cool find! It is a little off the beaten path from downtown St Augustine which was nice because the neighborhood was quiet at night. It was about a 20 minute walk to the heart of downtown which was very doable. The house itself was beautiful. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Crystal, our contact, could not have been more accommodating and kind with our visit. We would definitely stay again and would 100% recommend to others.

What a beautiful home!!! It was beautiful, well stocked, clean and just perfect…. Even down to the hummingbirds that fluttered in the backyard. We hope to come back.

Driving to our location felt like home where a spirit of love and care permeated everywhere, from the large front porch perfect for breakfast, games or porch drinking to the inviting kitchen where families could jointly prepare meals to the comfy cozy bedrooms.
I do hope we can make it an annual experience. The house is filled with a rich history.

I can’t say enough about this property. There were 4 of us, all in our late 60’s . We love history so this historic house was perfect. I love old houses because they have lots of character. They speak to you.
I have used VRBO many times. This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The beds , pillows and linens were very comfortable. That is very important.
The kitchen was well stocked. We loved all the exposed brick. The location was close to so many things. The horse and buggies would come down our street each night for the drivers to put the horses in the stable. The clip, clop was so wonderful to hear.
Oh , and the back yard with the fire pit was so awesome. We spent several hours a day on the front porch. It was so welcoming.
I loved it all .

I double down on all of the accolades given by guests who have stayed before me -- the house was amazing in all ways. Location, decor, cleanliness, layout, amenities, etc. One amenity I didn't expect but that was a HUGE plus for me was that the upstairs 'suite' (bedroom with desk area & window seat, dressing area, and fantastic and bright bathroom) had it's own A/C zone -- I had worried a bit that it may be warm since it was upstairs, but nope --- it was as comfortable as I chose it to be! Though my two sisters and I enjoyed St. Augustine and all it has to offer, what we enjoyed just as much was walking around Lincolnville and surrounding communities -- so much charm and history. And we were always surprised that we ended up in the heart of St. Augustine historic district while walking -- it's that close. Many thanks to Crystal for the hospitality, and also to the lady who keeps the place sparkling clean, as she stopped by to say hello and check on us. FANTASTIC STAY!

We had a fantastic weekend away. This house was exactly right for us. So beautifully decorated and convenient to get around St. Augustine. The historic attributes are a cool bonus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous home. The gourmet kitchen is great and included pretty much anything you could need or want. The property very clean and the perfect size for two couples, though with the third bedroom could easily accommodate another couple or some kids.
The location is great and we were very interested to learn the historical significance of the home and out building. The communication with the owner was easy and the responses were timely. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again.

I’m glad we picked this home for our Christmas in St Augustine week. Perfect size for 2 couples, each having their own suite: 1 downstairs, 1 upstairs. The 3rd bedroom with twin beds we used as a place to put together a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle. The house is well appointed, with plush towels and bath salts for the claw foot tub, as well as a refrigerator that can make hot water for tea or a cup of coffee with the Keurig K-cup attachment. Check-in was interesting, as the housekeeper was very surprised to see us, believing we were to arrive the following day. Evidently the owner had given her the wrong arrival date. Had the housekeeper waited until the following morning to clean, this would’ve been a disaster. But, she allowed us to bring in our bags while she finished cleaning, and she was very nice about it.

This house was obviously redone with thought and care. It is beautiful and decorated for enjoyment. It is equipped with everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. The house is situated not far from major attractions in St. Augustine. The neighborhood looks as though it is going through a revival. Enjoyed the house and our vist to St. Augustine very much!!!!

This home was amazing and looked far better in person than the photos online — fantastically decorated, restored with beautiful finishes, spotlessly clean— our stay was exceptional! Less than a mile from the historic district so it’s a bit of a walk to restaurants and shops but you can easily drive, too. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee and the spacious kitchen is great for happy hour wine and snacks. Highly recommend!

Stayed w friends for a long weekend. Home clean and wonderfully decorated; lots of space to visit and relax. Loved the porch!

My husband and I met in St. Augustine for a quick weekend visit with friends from Georgia. This house is better than perfect! It is lovely and has every amenity you could ever need. The location is ideal - close enough to get everywhere easily, but distanced enough to feel calm and quiet. At the suggestion of the host, we ate a lunch and breakfast at the nearby Blue Hen Cafe, and it was delicious! It is an easy walk from the house. Perhaps my favorite part of our stay was learning about the Lincolnville neighborhood's history. The host has a book in the living room that tells the history of the area and details about many of the homes. Please make sure you read this book! I loved learning the story of the garage at this home and appreciate the care that has been taken of this home. It is updated and modern without sacrificing any of the historical integrity. Thank you for sharing this home with us!

It was excellent… the house was lovely, clean and extremely well stocked with kitchen equipment! We had a wonderful time… love the neighborhood. We had a minor issue with the refrigerator and were able to communicate immediately with the owner. The entire experience was excellent!

Two of my friends and I were coming to St Augustine for a concert. The owner was very accommodating and the home was way more beautiful in person that it was in the photos. We didn’t want to leave! We actually called and got an extra day! It was so relaxing and spa like. Even though it was August in Florida, sitting out on the porch was still nice. The fans made the temperature comfortable. Cooking was a breeze as there was everything we needed. Full spice cabinet! I would highly recommend and plan to go back next time we are in the area!

Fantastic property in amazing location
Had a wonderful time in this superb home. As with all other reviews, there is nothing this stunning home isnt equipped with which made our stay even more wonderful. Its hard to describe how great and ambient the property is ...
Easy 20 minute walk to town with other attractions in even less time.
Would recommend this property wholeheartedly to others.
A couple of points of note - we missed that there was no main room TV when booking and in the second and third room the TVs were very small so worth keeping in mind. Albeit we were so busy having fun in St Augustine this had minimal impact.
We didn't receive check in instructions until very late the evening before which did cause me some concerns in the run up. On reading the reviews it was clear the process works for renters but worth noting. Communication with the host was always super prompt and to the point.

A true neighborhood experience!
Our favorite area of this beautiful home was the front porch! We were surrounded by the biggest trees I've ever seen in a residential area.
The interior was done with no expense spared. The Master Suite on 2nd floor is especially inviting!
