We welcome special groups, Proms, weddings, church and corporate retreats, "Special rates and rules will apply". Please seek owner's approval before booking. Special holidays such as Memorial day, 4th of July, labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas... Etc have minimum nights required and special holiday rates. Beautiful new Handicapped Ramp for easy access. BBQ Pit. House sleeps 16 people in beds. What an absolutely perfect location, No streets to cross, no traffic going back and forth, no pedestrians walking around and no sound other than the blue waves crashing the beautiful sandy shore line, truly a piece of Heaven on Earth. This amazing beautiful and spacious home is located right on the beach with no other homes in front of it to restrict your views of the vast Gulf of Mexico, the jetties or the ship channel. Built in 2013 a two story home featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a great open concept living room big enough to accommodate all your friends and family and give them the majestic endless panoramic views of the Ocean. Two Master suites each with it's private bathroom and access to the 2nd floor balcony to enjoy those beautiful sunrises and sunsets while sipping on your favorite drink. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all your favorite cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, plates, Coffee maker, toaster, can opener and the list goes on and on and on.... Your bedding is the best the market has to offer, clean and comfortable with plenty of sheets, pillows and comforters. The living room has a large sectional sofa for extra comfortable seating or sleeping. The main level features two bedrooms and one bathroom, laundry room and lots and lots of closet space. Pets are considered providing additional pet fee is charged for each and every pet that you may bring to the house whether they are inside the house or outside the house. Location is excellent. But advertising fine linens when the Linens were more garage sale. No chairs on the deck. We bought some and left them there. Ramp dangerously steep. Kitchen appliances were in disrepair. Floor was sandy. We had to sanitize the kitchen before using anything in it.

This property slept 10 adults easily. Location is spot on, with nothing in front of the house but sand and water! House is beautiful and well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, and bed linens were provided as well. Excellent stay for our week vacation-I highly recommend!!

Enjoyed family in this spacious home. Having televisions in the rooms would of helped with the little ones during down time, but other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

Furniture and fixtures have endured alot of wear and tear throughout the years. TENANTS...be mindful, and alert..if these things break or get worse on your time, you will be held responsible. They don't mind replacing these items with your deposit.

We love the location of this house. We stayed here 2 yrs ago, and were not impressed with the house itself, but liked the location. I actually accidentally booked this house, this year but saw that they had updated the kitchen and decided to try it again. They describe in VRBO that it sleeps 16, and on the sign outside the house it says it sleeps 20!! but there are 6 forks!! the refrigerator is small, and you cannot even use the door of the frig, because all of the shelf rails are gone! Not sure how they expect 16 people worth of food to fit in there!! VRBO also says they have 4 bathrooms, but in fact, there are 3!! The 2 doors that walk out onto the balcony upstairs do not Close!! There is a broken rail on the main deck, which was worrisome with a 2-1/2 yr old and 9 month old. The upstairs did not cool very well, I think because the doors would not shut all the way!!
We were also not happy when we got to the house to find people parked under the house and using the picnic table. My husband asked them to move, and they did, but they parked next to the house the whole weekend. While we were on the beach, someone was using the swing right under the house!! On a positive note, I could not get the dishwasher to run, and the property manager was right on it when I called.
They want you to do general cleaning, but leave you nothing to do it with. Not even a decent broom. We will not be back to this house....but still managed to have a great time at the beach.

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect the accommodations amazing. 3 days went by like 3 mins! Next time we need to stay longer so we can venture out because we felt so comfortable we didn’t want to leave 🥰

Surfside
Great view of tankers going through the canal. Fun to watch surfers riding some good waves. Jetties offer great fishing. House is comfortable and cool. Would go back again

Family beach trip
To start with, we were supposed to call to get the code to get into the house. It was going to voicemail, and no one was calling me back, and then it said the mailbox was full! I finally checked my email to find I had another number to call. When I called no one answered, but then she did call me back. That was very frustrating to start with. The trash cans were full when we got there and we were told they would come to put them out for trash day… But they did not. When I called them, They did come out and empty the trash cans for us.
There were sand and hairs in one of the beds when we first got there, and we had to wash the sheets
We had to re-wash all of the dishes and silverware that we took out of the cabinets
The main floor was coming up in several parts tripping people and trapping much sand!
My son actually cut his foot on the floor that was sticking up.
AC did not cool upstairs well at all
Pulled a towel out of the upstairs bathroom cabinet and was full of sand!!
Several towels were pretty ratty… And there were no washcloths
I went to Walmart to buy pillows because the upstairs bed pillows were awful I also purchased wine glasses from Walmart because there was one wine glass in the house that is supposed to sleep 20 people!
The most I have ever paid with VRBO for a cleaning fee! And yet we were supposed to clean the house before we left!

Loved and not so much love
20 people capacity - There was no dinning room table, which was a big problem. There is only one air conditioning unit for the whole house, The upstairs rooms didn't cool down until late in the night.. The living room floor panels were loose and coming up, causing trips and cuts for the children. The refrigerator door shelves were missing. Loved the location and the ramp. Loved the large capacity washer and dryer. The hand held shower heads in the showers were nice. Overall the house was very nice and we enjoyed the stau

Full trash that never got picked up. It was totally disgusting and overflowing. This is a big deal for a house this size when multiple families are staying. Other than this it really is close to the beach. Easy for kids to walk back and forth by themselves. Would rent again!

Beachfront
Booking was a breeze, it was clean, check in was easy, location was great. The pictures online made it seem bigger than it was. Some of the basics like towels, pots/pans needed to be replaced. Overall we had a good time staying there and made lots of memories with family.

Amazing stay with our church youth group
This house was perfect for my church's beach retreat with our middle school and high school students. We used the living room for our group discussions, and the rooms were big enough for all of our guys and girls. The view and proximity to the beach were amazing!
The view is even better than it looks in the pictures. In the pictures, it looks like there is a property to the front on the left and the right, but there is not a property on the front right - only the beach view!
The home worked well for our group, and Zuhair was prompt in responding and working with us. We definitely hope to come back next year.

Heaven
This beach house was in the perfect location with the most beautiful views and direct access to the beach. It's in A Cul De Sac which gives it's own private area of the beach. The host was great to deal with and very responsive in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location right on the beach
We were a party of 18 (5 families) and a pet dog. It did get a bit too cozy for that many of us and especially since given the weather, we were unable to utilize the patio. I think if the weather permits full day time usage of the large patio, it would accommodate 18 more comfortably. We had no problems in the access to the property and everything was as communicated. The host did come by to check on us and help address any concerns. All the appliances worked well. The only surprise was the tap water quality which was bad but I believe that is a town water quality issue. Had read about the same in other reviews and hence were prepared carrying our own water but the tap water quality still took us by surprise. The views of the sea from the home were fantastic and it seems a surfer's paradise. The restaurant options were plenty within a 2 mile radius and if one is wiling to drive 15 minutes, you have access to practically every restaurant chain and then some. All in all a great experience and the property was just as described.

The property and house are beautiful but not worth the price and extra fees.
The property and house are beautiful and the location was perfect but not worth the price and extra fees. We got to the house after 4pm on Friday and the fridge was not cold at all. I spoke with the owner that night and was told a maintenance man would be by in the morning. No one showed up and my texts were not returned until Sunday morning when we were to leave. No discount or refund given. We had food for 20 people which had to be kept in coolers. We rented this house for our Father's 5 year cancer free celebration or wouldn't have spent as much as we did for 2 nights. The way over priced cleaning fee does not include stripping the sheets or sweeping which we had to do before we left. For the amount of money we spent I expect a working fridge and to not have to do housekeeping, and a much better working outside shower that isn't rusted.
