River Bend on the Weeki Wachee is directly on a beautiful bend on the Weeki Wachee River. It's an exceptional location on the river! NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO PARTIES. NO MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE (guests who are staying overnight + any visitors you may have) AT ANY TIME. NO MULTI-HOUSE GROUP RENTALS. River Bend is a ground level ranch home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms have a view of the Weeki Wachee River. The backyard has stairs into the cool clear water to swim or launch kayaks. 6 kayaks are included for your use. The open floor plan Living Room has seating for 6 and a 60" TV to enjoy. Bedrooms have queen beds and two have TVs. All TVs use Chromecast with Google TV and share a subscription to YouTube TV, Netflix, and HBOMax. You can also access YouTube, Amazon Prime, and other subscription services using your login. A nice kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals with seating for 6. You'll also be just minutes away from several restaurants. River Bend also has a Florida room, a patio, and a porch to play games or just relax and watch the river flow by. There's an indoor laundry room for your convenience. A gas grill is provided for outdoor cooking. River Bend is offered for a MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE AT ALL TIMES - not just overnight. Children of all ages are included in the total number of guests. Gatherings of any kind with more than 6 are not allowed. To avoid any confusion, if you have 6 people on your reservation, you may not have any guests or visitors at any time since that would be more than 6. We will ask you to confirm this house rule when we accept your reservation and remind you of this again just prior to checking in. River Bend is not offered to groups who are renting multiple houses for their stay. River Been offers parking for 2 cars. There is a small grassy overflow area shared by the neighborhood where you may park an additional car or small trailer. Please be aware that the space is first-come first-served which means it may not be available for your use. There is no on-street parking. River Bend has two outdoor security cameras in use at all times for the protection and safety of our guests and property. One monitors the parking area and the other monitors the front door. Please review the Rental Agreement carefully before accepting.

Had a good time with our family. The only real complaint would be having to navigate the construction debris in the garage getting the kayaks out.

Cozy house on the river. Only a minute from the manatees in hospital hole, a bit of an upstream paddle to get to the pretty part of the river. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, kayaks and a grill, kitchen with everything you might need, laundry, everything you’ll need. The river is awesome!

Location, location! Pictures don't do it justice. It is so nice and clean. This home has everything you need in the home and everything you need for the river. You can swim right in front of the house. Manatees, turtles, a dolphin, crabs, fish, otters and beautiful birds. The host is awesome, very responsive.

Our fourth year staying at River Bend. Very comfortable home for 6 people to spend a week as a family. Plenty of kayaks for guest use. Convenient sandbar during low tide for kids to play out of the traffic flow of the main stream.

Amazing house 5th time staying there always clean and kept up. Love seeing manatees and even dolphins in the back yard. Owner has always been helpful with any questions about the house. We can’t wait to come back next year.

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay for my brother's retirement celebration. The house was Very clean and well stocked. Good quality cookware. The host was very accommodating and great communication. I look forward to staying there again.

Very clean. We’ll equipped. Owner was very responsive. The AC stayed nice and cool inside. Kayaks we’re provided and in good condition. The location was by far the best part of this place. The steps leading to the river made it easy to access the river. We stood in the water for several hours and relaxed and talked to pretty much everyone that went by. When we were ready to get out we sat outside under the sun shades in the zero gravity chairs that are provided and continued talking to everyone. We saw several manatees even an aggregation of 13 at one point. We also saw 2 dolphins and a ton of fish. I would recommend taking water shoes for getting in/out of the river. No one was cut by the rocks or anything, but personally I think it would have been more comfortable to have on water shoes due to the rocks in the river and also the last step getting into the water was slippery since it’s in the water a lot of the time. Also note that in order for you to get to the Florida Room you have to go through a bedroom, which isn’t a deal breaker bc you can easily access it from the front door and walk around, but it is easier to access it through the room. So if you have 3 couples, one couple will have the other guests walking through their room. Also there are no bathrooms attached to a room and the “master bathroom” is very tiny. The master bathroom shower is quite possibly the smallest shower I’ve ever seen outside of an RV shower. Again, not a deal breaker, but good to know.

Raymond was great, very responsive and check in was easy. The home was the perfect size for us, it had everything we needed. The backyard was breathtaking, from the stairs into the crystal-clear water. We saw manatee as soon as we arrived and throughout our whole stay. Our visit was to celebrate my husband's birthday and father's day and on that day he caught a 5lb largemouth bass, what a great birthday surprise! We also saw otters and at times loads of people. All truly unexpected and amazing!

Very clean and cute. Nice linens. Everything you need for cooking in. Perfect location on the water. Saw manatees and fish everyday. Great sandbar for kiddos to swim just 50 ft. From stairway. We did not want to leave. Everyone had an amazing time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has more than everything you need for cooking and BBQ. The house is clean. The spot on the water is great and you can swim and walk on the river from the house. Plenty of kayaks. And there are small solar lights around the house and sidewalks at night to help you see when walking to or from the river. Very peaceful spot. No homes or buildings across the river which adds to the serenity.

Perfect location on the Weeki Wachee River. A lot of the listings in the area are on a canal, or have another house right across from them. This home is on the main body of water for the best water clarity. We saw manatees, dolphins, sheepshead, gar, mullet, bass, and more. There is a small sandbar maybe 75 yards upriver you can swim or kayak to. The house was clean, well furnished, and had all the amenities you would expect. Overall 5 stars, can’t recommend enough.

We stayed in Weeki Wachee a few days prior to Thanksgiving. The host was extremely helpful and responsive with check-in and all communication matters. The house is located directly on the springs and has steps that lead down to the water in the backyard, which is very clear in this location. We saw groups of manatees passing by daily. About 1/4 mile downstream is Hospital Hole. A key spot for checking out manatees via kayak. Another 1/4 mile downstream leads you to Upperdeck restaurant which we paddled to for lunch. 1.5 miles upstream leads you to a beautiful park. We had the area to ourselves and our kids loved checking out the birds and exploring. This house serves as a beautiful location to explore Weeki Wachee. We can’t wait to go back!

The location and comfort of this house on the Weeki Wachee were above our expectations. We spent a lot of time in the Florida Room enjoying the people watching on the river and relaxing with a book. The house itself is very well appointed. Everything we needed was there. The Owner was very responsive to the one issue we had with the internet access and he resolved it quickly.
We will most certainly be booking another visit.

We loved out stay at the river bend house . The location was great for morning coffee watching wildlife and afternoons filled with boats and kayaks . everyone on the river was very friendly. Sorry we had to leave a day early because of the storm . The recycling was a little confusing only one large blue trash can was afraid to leave garbage out for 2 days. Hope to see you next year would absolutely stay again.

Everything was great . The only inconvenience was the smell of mildew when the air conditioner turn on . Not sure if the house was close for too long .. Alonso my husband is 6foot 4 the Ceiling where to low .. but over all was great location .

MY FAMILY OWNED A CABIN ON EAST RICHARD WHEN I WAS YOUNG.
IT WAS LOCATED ON THE CLOSEST CANAL TO THE RIVER.
RIVERBEND, BEING ON THE RIVER WAS AN ADDED BONUS.

We Loved EVERYTHING about this property. It was the perfect setup for the 5 of us. Perfect spot on the river. Raymond, the host, was more than accommodating and SO easy to work and communicate with. The house provided exactly what we needed and wanted.

We had such a great stay at Riverbend. The house was was well equipped and well thought out. We never needed to leave the property and brought items with us that were already in the house. You can step right outside for a close view of several types of birds and fish. We also saw several manatees going up and down the river from the back sitting area.

Loved River Bend!
The owner is awesome! He wants each renter to enjoy their stay! The house was just perfect. Very comfy beds and pillows! Extremely well equipped kitchen! Clean as a whistle! The river area was amazing Our granddaughters swam and played on the sandbar. The water is crystal clear at the house. Enjoyed seeing fish and manatees! We never had to leave tho since we were able to have food and groceries delivered! There's enough kayaks provided so we all kayaked upstream and floated back. We saw several manatees wish was amazing being so close! They came right up to the stairs to eat the grass around the edge of the retaining wall. After I posted my pics online I had 5 friends reach out asking me for the link! We hope to make this an annual vacation! Don't overthink it, book THIS property! I saw some options I had considered while down there and I'm super happy we went with this one. Not that the others weren't great, but the access into the water with this property cant be beat!

Riverbend is just magical. The view of the River from every bedroom is gorgeous, and the home is cozy, comfortable, and well equipped. The ease of access to the river is so awesome for swimming, kayaking, and people watching.The manatee loved munching right along the sea wall, and this trip we even watched a river otter hunting for breakfast while we sipped coffee on the steps by the water.
