Spruce Drive SW is just a short drive from Downtown Knoxville, UT Campus, Topside Road, McGee Tyson Airport, Cumberland Avenue, the Convention Center or head West to West Town Mall, Turkey Creek and Farragut. HOUSE DESCRIPTION ______________________________________ Get that much needed sleep with the privacy of your own bedroom along with ALL the comforts of home. 1st bedroom - Queen bed; 2nd bedroom - Bunk bed - Queen bed down & Single/Twin bed up; 3rd bedroom - Bunk Bed – Queen bed down & Single/Twin bed up then 2nd Single/Twin bed. Sleeps 9. The kitchen has a full size stove, refrigerator w/freezer and microwave. The kitchen is furnished down to the dishes, pots and pans. Coffee makers, traditional & Keurig, pots and pans, silverware and all the usual kitchen items are also present in the cabinets. If you find that you need something more in the kitchen, be certain to ask me, as I keep all kinds of ‘kitchen things’ available for guests convenience. WIFI is always included. TV’s are digital antenna. Bedrooms are fully furnished with dressers and a full size closet. Bathroom is spacious and private. The full size gathering room is furnished with a couch, chair, dining table, and TV. We originally booked a microtel but realized it didn’t have enough room for 5 of us. Found this place and it had more than enough space and even saved us money!

The property was in shambles. Trashed, dirty with the stench of cigarette smoke so thick it made breathing very labored. I was there for less than 30 minutes taking pictures for documentation of the place and my eyes became bloodshot and throat sore. There was feces in and all over the toilet, pools of blood coagulated and dried all in the refrigerator. Glasses of beverages half drunk all over the place. This was an absolute tragic misrepresentation of the property and unhealthy unclean scenario. The owner was absolutely a pain and is now refusing to refund my money for this trip I was unable to stay in. I had to seek other lodging for my own personal health but most importantly for my 73 year old mother.

Clean and comfortable property near UTK/downtown Knoxville - but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.
Pretty quick response to a small problem by the owner and a VERY friendly maintenance man.
Great communication leading up to our visit. We have severe pet allergies and there was no trace of pet dander in this house - which was GREAT. Definitely recommend.

This was priced about what a hotel room would cost. For a family of five to have three bedrooms, a modest living room and kitchen was far superior to a hotel room. Would certainly use for this purpose again.

Very pleased with our stay. It was very clean and welcoming. The only complaint I have is the beds are not very comfortable and very squeaky also the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work but we compromised and just got ready in the living room since there was mirrors in there. I would definitely stay again for the price. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Overall pretty good. We were booked for a 10 night stay. Only issue was some ants. They were attracted to something on the wall. Once I cleaned that all was good.

The property was as described. Lots of sleeping space available. The beds were comfortable. The bunk beds were metal frames so there was some squeaking when rolling over but certainly not unbearable. The house was clean and the necessary equipment was there for family living. One thing to know is the driveway is steep so be prepared. The host was easy to contact and she was very helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this property.

Our stay was relaxing and eventful. We were vacationing and was able to get to spend some time in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Anything we needed the owner was prompt in her response and ensured that we had everything to enjoy our stay in Knoxville. Overall, the trip was a fun experience and great time.

Area seems a but shady but the duplex was VERY well lit at night.
