This FOUR bedroom, THREE bath cabin, sleeps TWELVE+, is perfectly placed within Bridges Bay Resort, close to the Boji Splash waterpark and swim up bar, The Waterfront and Bracco’s restaurants. The home offer SIX daily waterpark passes to the Boji Splash Waterpark. Your home away from home offers full sized kitchen appliances, dish soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, small appliances such as a crockpot, electric skillet, ninja blender, toaster and coffee maker and Keurig one cup coffee maker (K-cups and coffee not provided). Spacious kitchen island seats four, with granite countertops, open floor plan to living room and dining area. Supplied with steak knives, pots, pans, silverware, place settings and prep bowls are all furnished. Dining table seats six and provides direct access to your covered patio with gas grill, outdoor table and six chairs. Living room offers high speed internet, flat screen TV, leather couch and loveseat, flows out to your covered deck. Main level offers Master bedroom providing a king-sized bed and master bath, with shower, dual vanity, walk in closet, all towels, hand soap and toilet paper provided. Main floor washer and dryer with detergent is located in the mud room for your stay if needed. Lower Level offer an oversized Family Room with large sectional, single day bed with single trundle, Bedroom (2) provides a Queen bed, Bedroom (3) offers a full over full bunk bed, and Bedroom (4) offers a Queen bed. Full size bathroom with shower/tub combo, hand soap, toilet paper and all towels furnished. Extra items that you may use during your stay are two strollers, extra fold out chairs and extra propane tanks in the garage. With your booking you secure six passes to the waterpark daily, if you need more waterpark passes, they can be purchased at the waterpark front desk. Adult games such as cornhole and poker chips, extra lawn chairs in the garage, a pack n play and a highchair that straps to a kitchen chair is available for your use as well. Just into town you will hit Broadway Street in Arnolds Park offering tons of Restaurants, Bars, Live Entertainment, Orbitz Mini Donuts, Tropical Snow Cones, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, the Iconic Nutty Bar Stand, Shopping at the Emporium, and so much More! Within a few miles you will find grocery stores and Convivence stores to stock up for your stay. Bridges Bay Resort offers an updated outdoor swimming pool, indoor water park, zipline, Bracco Restaurant and The Waterfront Bar and Grille. Multiple swimming pools are placed throughout the resort, a gym and family arcade are just some of the activities you can enjoy during your stay. Reminder this is a non-smoking unit, and no pets are allowed. You will find boat parking across the street from the basketball courts. The property was very clean, kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and plenty fun lakeside restaurants nearby.

The house was a nice size and location was great (close to Bridges Bay Resort). We were disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of the house. I did contact the owner to let her know about a couple of things that were damaged when we arrived.

This is the second d year we stayed at this location! We had a good time and fit our needs of 8 little ones and 3 adults. It’s a nice house with a basement ( good for young kids) . Just a little chilly in basement. Very nice overall.

It is a nice clean, quiet, family friendly location.

Great family Option
The house in the layout was a great option for our family of 12. Two pools nearby and the resort helped to mix up the activities during the week. Restaurants, golf in Arnolds Park are very close by. Are looking at coming back next year!

Family vacation
We had a very nice time. Location was good water park was so much fun as we brought the grandkids and kids with. I would definitely recommend this location. My only complaints is that we were only given 3 garbage bags , and no dish soap.. we paid almost 200 for cleaning fees and I don’t feel they did a very good job of cleaning before we got there. Overall the vacation was exactly what hoped it would be!!

Winter games
A group of friends stated here for winter games and it worked great! We all had our own bedrooms and it was close to get on the lake with plenty of parking for our side by sides.

Though the home was primarily clean, there were withered grapes at the base of the kitchen faucet and the oven was desperately in need of cleaning. Additionally, there was an inadequate supply of toilet paper.
My group appreciated the passes to the water park.
Overall, quite enjoyable.

Lovely property…would stay here again.
This was a surprise as to how much room there was. There were only 8 of us due to illness a couple couldn’t come. BUT it was most comfortable and felt like it home. Every convenience one could want and ample towels and cookware ( in very good condition). We were in a good location but pool outside our area was not open…a bit disappointing but did use water park passes. Would definitely stay again. Maybe add a couple of blankets…?. We did bring a couple of our own though. This beautifully kept property made us feel like it was our own and we treated it as such.

Great Family Getaway
Definitely one of the most well equipped homes we have ever rented!! Other than not having a crockpot, I don't think there's anything missing that you would have at home. We brought our electric griddle but they had one or two!! Three pack & plays, two table top high chairs, extra fans. There was one baby gate. Could have used a second one for the deck, if you have two toddlers like we did. We did wash towels a couple times but we were a family of 14 and you can't expect to have an unlimited number. The house had a great bank yard. Even had a baby swing under the deck. Community pools within a block, either way. Not far from small pond for fishing or to the water park and restaurants. Only negatives for us were not being able to eat together, which was not a huge deal. Just know deck is quite small but we got 8 around table. Kitchen/dining table holds six, with four stools at island. The three bedrooms in basement are small, so there isn't really room for air mattress in bedroom but the teens slept on the couch recliners in the downstairs family room and were perfectly happy with the arrangement. All in all, this is an excellent rental!! It was very clean, open and fairly new construction. Highly recommend!!!!

Doors without access beware!
Nice new property with a lot of amenities. We enjoyed stay; but had a few issues with no access to garage combination to get in without walking around, and having 2 doors locked without access in house is a bit disturbing. Please add a sink drainer for dishes , for I.E. Sterilite Large Sink Set, 2 Piece, Most people will not bring something to put washed dishes in and not everyone uses the dishwasher. Overall enjoyed our stay . No shower soap was an issue but not bad, but should be listed to bring your own. Nothing like washing with hand soap. We will be back again just wanted to list the issues we seen . Thanks, and have a great year
