This large home was perfect for our family gathering of adult kids and spouses. Everyone had their own bathroom and lots of game playing spaces.
The only issue we had was with the fireplaces not working and Vacasa staff was very responsive in trying to get them fixed. Recommend!

Home was a great size for our friends and family for the weekend. Plenty of space with the 2 living areas and multiple bathrooms. Great entertainment options and great view right off the golf course.
Only issue was the hot tub didn't appear to be cleaned. Seemed like it needed a chlorine shock and some scum cleaned off the top of the water.
Otherwise fantastic and we will keep this location in mind for our next trip.

This is our second year staying at this home and it works really well for two families with kids. The layout and rooms are great and the large living spaces are fun. However the house needs some maintenance-the grill is pretty bad and the stove burners don't work all that well. Minor inconveniences only though. We would certainly stay again!

Spacious home, beautiful site, lots of bikes and dishes etc. Hot tub wasn’t working and a few other minor things like dimmer switches, but we had a fabulous time after switching from a undesirable place we had booked. Thanks for accommodating our needs. We paid more for this and it was worth it.

Great house!
We loved that there was a bedroom for each of our married children and their own bathroom as well. The house was so massive that baby grandchildren could nap and not be disturbed. The only negative thing is the refrigerator and freezer did not work, but Vacasa brought over a backup frig that was put in the garage. Not very convenient but at least our food was cold.

Nice but improvements needed
We had a blast! The nice place, the bike rides, and beautiful scenery was completely satisfying. There were some complications, however, that we’d like to pass on to help promote future 100% visitor satisfaction. When arriving we used hydrogen peroxide to clean the door handles, switches, etc., and found that the front door was difficult to open by our teenagers and had a thick coating of greasy dirt on it. Usually we would not be this particular, but due to grandpa being with us and COVID-19 a higher level of discretion was being applied. Immediately, when attempting to use the fridge for rehydration found the icemaker a complete solid block of ice. We had to melt the block in the sun over a day’s period time, then confirmed it worked fine. The morning after arrival, when using the primary bathroom shower, we found the drain was completely blocked. I used the toilet plunger to remove a 3x3 block of hair, and muck, that then allowed the water to go down the drain. Truly disgusting, but unfortunately necessary. Halfway thru the visit the internet service stopped functioning. Due to need and background, I received approval from residential tech support to call in on their behalf to provide tier one support which determined that the outdated hardware had failed and that a replacement ARRIS modem/WiFi router was needed. After an expedite from administrative services, the next day the service was back up – shifting from 4/2 Mbps to 50/5 Mbps. Quite a service upgrade, which shows how outdated the 10-year-old modem needing replacement was! The gas stove spark-lighting function only worked with one burner, requiring use of matches to ignite the other three. Inconvenience that probably with unit maintenance/cleaning could be resolved. Along with the original COVID-19 cancelation, and rescheduling to a rental that was canceled for availability four hours before check-in due to an apparent deck collapse, led to complications ( loss of sauna availability in the previous chosen rental home) and additional taxes/administrative costs that exceeded what we originally were expecting for this vacation. We know that without purchasing insurance that could not be avoided, but that it be good to note in this feedback report. In general, we recommend that Vacasa consider incorporating an annual general long-term maintenance service of which evaluates functionality of facility, i.e., internet, utilities, etc., to help mitigate risk of the above complication occurring with residents. All in all we enjoyed ourselves, though I felt, as a visitor, I had to take on excessive emergency maintenance that would best be provided by facility owners or management services.

Been coming to Sunriver for 20 years. Certainly one of the better properties we’ve ever stay at. Not happy about the taxes fees and other charges that double the cost of the house but we’d come back.

Great value and amenities
This house exceeded our expectations, as it was more spacious than I realized it would be. The hot tub was great to have, and the fact there were two separate living rooms to enjoy different activities in was a bonus. Having many bikes available was a huge benefit as well, since it's the best way to get around Sunriver. I would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Could be a great place.....but
The carpet was very dirty. There was mold in the master bath shower so it was not used. The faucets in the master and bath off the kitchen need to be repaired. There was a dirty pillowcase with lipstick on it on the bed. There was some kind of frozen red goo on the shelf in the freezer. The bottom drawer in the refrigerator is broken and falls out when it is opened. Many of these issues were mentioned in a previous review but I assumed they would have been addressed. The deck is great. The space is good. It could be a great place if it was properly cleaned and maintained. The bathrooms could use an upgrade.

Beautiful home, great location
We used the house for our annual family Sunriver vacation. The Grand kids loved the house especially the downstairs entertainment center and the Sharc paases were a definatehit. We are lookingforward toreturning next year.

The house was just what 6 guys on a golfing trip were looking for. It's roomy, quiet, in good condition, well appointed, and with a good kitchen. We'll be back.

Well equipped home with a great view
We loved our stay in this home and the kids didn’t want to leave. We had six adults and three kids (aged 3 and under) and this home worked great for our needs. We had plenty of space and liked the open feel. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used the outdoor grill also. We loved taking the kids on bike rides and to the SHARC. Great view from the deck. The home is a bit outdated, but was clean and functional. We would return.
One note for manager/owner: the sliding glass door off the dining room would not lock.

Beautiful Home with Everything you Need!
This home is absolutely gorgeous, with 2 master suites, plenty of room for kids, huge bonus room, and plenty of TV's! Great home for 2 families to share, with plenty of private space!

We had a Golf Tourney with 4 Men staying lots of room great location lots of room Could use a larger TV in living room but that is for the Sports nuts like us a 5 star rating from all of us Thanks Mike Gowins

Great house, poor maintenance.
Broken lamp in living room. Reading lights in MB didn't work. Overhead light in MB flickered indicating possible short, Fan in MBath made a screeching sound. Mold in MBath shower. Deadbolt on patio door missing. Deadbolt on patio door in lower level kept falling out. Pillows on bunkbeds smelled like urine. All the windows were dirty. Faucets in MBath installed backwards. Drawer in refrigerator was broken and kept faling out. Boards on deck and railing are rotting. Downstairs bath does not drain. Hole in deck that chair kept slipping into. BBQ grill had to be dismantled to light (electric lighter did not work).

Beautiful house and view.
Four couples so each couple had a bedroom and a full bath. One of the two upstairs bedrooms had a detached but adjacent bath, the other three were all attached. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, especially nice since we ate all our meals there. There were 10 bikes, one of which was in need of a tire repair, otherwise all were in good riding condition and a tire pump was in the garage. The ping pong table is located in the RV garage, the paddles are well worn but usable. We brought our own ping pong balls and we're glad we did because there was only one good one.
Very minor complaints were no screens on doors to the lanai' so we swatted flies with a broom since we could not find a fly swatter. We went to play tennis but court entry had a slide card lock. Fortunately , a friendly couple opened the locked gate for us so we could play. There was nothing in the house instruction book concerning this situation, perhaps the SHARK cards are good for the courts.
Dealing with Vacasa was via e mail and one phone call and worked out very well. The front door has an electronic remote so there is no need to drive somewhere and pick up a key and then return it.
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this house to others.

Respectable location for multiple families
Although the location was removed from store, sharc, etc and the home was a bit dated it served our needs well. The home was clean. We liked that the living area, dining and kitchen were connected. Really need to replace the indirect heat BBQ with a real BBQ.

We think we found OUR HOUSE on our first ANNUAL trip!!!
This house was amazing! We had three families with a large range of ages for children and there was somewhere for everybody to sleep except for two of the youngest boys. They got the floor;) There was so much silverware and dishes it was just perfect for all of us. The living room is huge and we all hung out together there. So so much fun! so many memories made and we can't wait to do it every year now! Extremely clean and such an awesome size house! Two empty garages you could park in and another large RV garage! Plus a longer driveway, so plenty of parking! We absolutely love this house and feel like we will end up staying at the same house each year even though it would be convenient to have one closer in to the village, or at least the sharc center, if we decide to use that. We were so busy out in the snow this year we didn't even end up going there :-) we definitely would have used the tubing hill near the sharc center if it would have been open Thursday and Friday. It is only open Saturday and Sunday, which was a bummer, because we checked out on Saturday so wouldn't have had the free passes that come with the house to use there. We did love ice skating the second night we were in town though!

Beautiful spacious house with ample room for 6 adults, 3 kids and 2 babies. 4 full bathrooms a plus!
We loved watching the NFL playoffs in the downstairs living room on the big screen. Snow was abundant and we stayed warm and cozy with the 2 fireplaces and superb hot tub. We will be back!
