Use the shuttle service provided by the local outfitters and go kayaking with the sit-on-tops kayaks they provide for rent. Go fishing in the river or hike along the river. Or just sit on the large screened porch, swings by the river, lower porch, and listen to the beautiful sounds of the river rapids while reading, playing family games, or watching television. We have recently installed video cameras outside the house monitoring our property. One points at the base of driveway so we can see who comes on our property.
