Great place to stay with kids. They had a blast overall in Orlando and to top it off return to a wonderful home with a clean pool. The kids would just continue their fun. The place was clean with that homie feel. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice property, very nice pool. As stated in some other reviews, this isn't the newest house. However, everything needed is here and in working order. There are a few older home issues but nothing that takes away from the experience. We stayed for 11 days with 3 adults. Used it as a base to explore the sites of the area. Greatly enjoyed the private pool. House is on a dead end so no traffic outside the door. Sometimes planes fly overhead, but not really heard inside the house. AC works very well, furniture is in good condition. Mattresses are a bit firmer than we prefer, but we still got a good nights sleep. We did bring extra towels & washcloths. There is a supermarket, convenience stores and food very close to the house. Down the road is a Walmart grocery store. The house is about a 30-40 minute drive to most of the main attractions in the area. Neighbors are very quiet, a sheriff lives across the street. The TV is a Roku TV, so you can get lots of streaming programming. Also DirecTV. Wi-Fi works well. Excellent Verizon reception. We cleaned up after ourselves and enjoyed our visit. We would return to this house if we ever came back to Orlando.

The house was clean and check in was easy, the pool was nice. The living room and kitchen/dining area are well laid out and more modern. The bathrooms are in need of some repairs but mainly cosmetics I would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a safe neighborhood and appears to have a police officer on the block. The pool was nice. The home needs repairs, some of the plaster on the walls is falling off, etc. The home is not fully equipped like the listing states. There were only about 5 bathroom wash rags and towels and no hand towels and no wash rags or towels in the kitchen. The kitchen has dishes, pots/pans, etc but basic items are missing like a drain rack, hot pads, pizza cutter & pan, measuring spoons, etc. We had to purchase several basic items (wash rags, towels, measuring spoons, etc). There are pool toys but they are garbage. The property manager is unresponsive. We tried twice to reach her, once by email and once by phone and never received a response to either message. After the first night my son woke up with spider bites all over his back. We washed the bed sheets and never had another issue. Master bedroom has a security light right outside the window so the room can be bright at night. There are blinds but no curtains so it also gets very bright very early. We also noticed mold and cobwebs in the home and the pool was dirty.

The place was nice but the door lock was extremely hard to open. A few things could have been better. The bottom of the pool was dirty. Would liked to have a broom .

Great backyard, pool, screened porch, grill. Use of garage, not car. Enjoyed the location. Older home, worked well for us.

Pros -good location in a neighborhood -Furniture was nice overall (new couches) -washer/dryer -nice backyard with seats and screened in porch Cons -there is a spotlight that shines directly into the master bedroom window that turns on at sunset and stays on for the whole night. The host was reportedly unable to turn it off in any way. We tried to cover the window with a blanket per the host’s suggestion and there is no way to do it so we didn’t sleep super well. -communication with host was really bad. We messaged the host on VRBO and didn’t get a response for over 18 hours. When we called and texted each number that they listed as a contact (there were 3 different names) we finally heard back from one of them but his response was confusing and not helpful so we just dropped it. -24 hour ring camera watching the entire back yard so you are constantly being recorded. -can hear airplanes flying over the house constantly -weird old smokey smell covered up by LOTS of air fresheners -pool not heated or clean -you have to have permission to have guests over (this didn’t bother us but was definitely a stricter rule than most places) -Not the most kid friendly place. There was a cabinet with tons of chemicals and uncovered bleach directly in the kitchen at eye level for children, lots of glass/breakable items, no drain stopper for the bathtub. -toilet paper was such low ply it felt like I was wiping with my hand, but they do include a dirty bidet to make up for it 🤣 Overall: Not the worst, but definitely not worth the price they are charging.

Not gonna get into all of it. The owner knows how i feel. The house was very nice. Other than that worst booking ever had with VRBO and i book all vaca with them.

We were pleased with the house and the accommodations. It was a bit too cold to really enjoy the pool.

Dirty bathrooms and kitchen. Had to go to the store and get Clorox spray to get rid of vomit around the toilet in the hallway. Apparently, the vomit got around the base of the toilet and the cleaning person missed it. The smell of roaches was overwhelming. I never saw a roach, but the smell was there. Nasty appliances. The smell of roaches was terrible when the toaster was used. It kind of got better after I cleaned though out with disinfectant, but it didn't disappear. I could just keep going and going but I would just say that the property needs a good cleaning and also fixing. Master bedroom toilet seat was broken, pool is nasty (stained and dirty) and over all condition of the property is poor.

I would have liked to give an better review, but I have to be honest. This property has lots of potential if the owners will take it off the market for a month and invest in total renovation. We stayed for 6 nights over the New Years Eve and the overall experience was OK. The property is located in a very quiet and conveniently located neighborhood and, with the exception of New Years fireworks and parties, it was extremely quiet and safe. Kitchen and the master bathroom seemed to be recently renovated. Nice, comfy furniture and beds are used all over the property. High speed internet and TV channel selection was acceptable. Now comes the not so great details. 1. Cleanness can be greatly improved. Upon our arrival bedding sheets were full of hair of different lengths and colors, giving the impression they were not changed/properly cleaned after the previous renters. While flooring and counter top were clean, if you look at the fans and lighting fixtures, you could see old dust accumulating on them. Painting on several doors shows the age and the overusage. 2. Second bathroom, really needs professional work to fix water damage in one wall. Bathtub and shower head need to be replaced. 3. Main entry door needs to be replaced as it is old and presents lots of challenges to lock or unlock. 4. The closet doors in third bedroom need to be fixed/replaced. 5. Flooring in third bedroom seems to have had some water damage (several discolored spots all over). Not surprising considering the water damage in the wall it shares with the second bathroom (see comment above). 6. Kitchen - Pans and pots are scratched or deformed beyond safe usage. Only one small, really cheap paper towel roll provided for 6 days of rental. Had to purchase our own. There is a condiments tower but they are so old, they are unusable. Knives need sharpening. 7. Pool. It will need draining and overall cleaning of the walls and bottom. New waterproof painting might need to be applied. Bring a pro to advise. The bottom line is that the property has a lot of potential but as it is, it is not worth the amount we paid for 6 days . Definitely not worth the $150 cleaning fee. We did not spend a lot of time at the property, so for us it was easy to ignore all the downfalls listed above, and not contact the owner. But if you plan to stay there a good portion of your day, you might want to look elsewhere until property is fixed/upgraded.

Was a great experience very clean..

Overall impression was this property is okay. Lots of potential and needs some work. First impression when you walk in is that you are overpowered with air fresheners. They are everywhere and over bearing. It made one of my daughters sick it was so over powering. The listing list towels included, but I booked this as a family of four, two adults and two kids, and there were two beach towels in the bathrooms. We ended up using the decorative swans as towels and there were no face clothes. Do not leave dishes in the sink or you will be greeted by a colony of ants and the giant insects that visited me in the shower and my husband in the kitchen were a not so wonderful surprise. The pool could use a good cleaning, but we were hear to visit family so we basically only slept here. This place is right near the airport, but you hear lots of planes all night flying overhead, but was worth being so close to the airport and where my family is located. We did not reach out to the property manager about any of our issues as we basically only slept there.

We were traveling for business and having a living room with comfortable couches was much better than sitting on a bed in a hotel every evening. The back yard was very nice for relaxing.

Beds are a little uncomfortable but besides that 5 stars all around.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was clean and clear. A wonderful addition to our stay. Central air was awesome. Place was cute! We would stay again!

We enjoyed this home. We had to travel for a family members wedding and it felt like home. It was tough to leave. Just perfect for our needs. Owner very responsive to our questions when we arrived.

This is our 2nd time in the rental house. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again next year. Thank you!

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and new towels. Close to theme parks and airport. Home and pool were very clean. Living room furniture was very comfortable as well.

Our stay here was lovely for a family trip to Orlando and the many surrounding attractions. We were close to the parks and conveniently located close to the airport. The pool was great for the kids at the end of the day as well.

Upon arrival we noticed the pool was very dirty and had debris in it. I contacted the owner who said someone would come clean it that day and they never did. They come the next day and only remove some debris but the pool was still dirty and kept in poor condition. There was no chlorine in the water at all. We also had to clean dirt out of the shower to use it while the other bathroom had hair all over the toilet and floor. There was also ants in the kitchen. We ended up leaving the next day 2 days earlier than we booked because of the conditions and requested a refund for those days

The house was very comfortable, the a/c worked great. New towels were appreciated. Pool needed to be shocked, there was black algae growing. The palm tree by the pool makes a mess with the kumquats dropping into the pool constantly. The grill is shot. Overall, the house is good and we would stay there again.

We vacation every year and never have I experienced such a dirty property like I did in this stay! Ants everywhere bottom of pool disgusting and shame on owner for not acknowledging our text and call til we complain with vrbo! Bad communication on them.. Worst experience and super disappointing. I had to leave that home almost midnight to go somewhere that had ac and clean!
