Welcome to the Ross J. Lomas 1927 House! 5180 Old Lake Road, Geneva on the Lake, OH 44041 This home, built in 1927, is located on the east end of The Strip, in a neighborhood of full time residents. The location allows you the quiet enjoyment of a neighborhood, with a short walk to the bustle of Geneva on the Lake's entertainment strip. Two stories, with 3 bedrooms and full bath upstairs, a Dining room and living room with hardwood floors throughout. Large back yard with plenty of room for sunning, croquet, volleyball or bocce. Fenced back yard features a pergola and firepit; charcoal grill provided. Just 400 feet from Township park, which offers a pavillion for picnicing (think family reunion!), and plenty of room for softball or other sports. Beach access with charcoal grills in park. This house is in a great location. Lindsay is great and let us in early since the house was ready. The downfall is there is only one bathroom and that is bad when you have a house full. Recommend putting one in the basement it is big enough down there for one.

A wonderful spacious property with plenty of amenities! We have come to GOTL for the last 20 years and this has been our favorite place to stay. The large, fenced in backyard is great for one or multiple pups! Full sized kitchen allowed us to enjoy homemade family dinners! Great proximity to the strip, while also offering peace and quiet! We plan on making this property our annual rental!

The location was perfect! You were close enough to the strip, but not on it. The house was fully stocked with all the little extras such as paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and more! Thee we fenced in back yard was very spacious and very private!!! We played corn hole and sat under the pergola. Great place to stay!! We will go back! Highly recommend it!

Huge Yard, Easy To Walk
This was a fantastic house and a great experience. The backyard is huge and the house is an easy walk to all of the spots on the main strip. The house was perfect, and the experience was seamless.

Close enough to the strip that you can walk to it but still a really quiet location. House was clean and in good order. Someone clearly loves it!! Had towels,, well equipped kitchen, and soap. Be prepared to bring every thing else! House is within a short walking distance of a beautiful park right at the edge of the lake. Beautiful!BWe really enjoyed our stay, would recommend the house and would come back again. We were very pleased!

This place was just what we needed for some of our friends to get together after not seeing each other for almost 2 years! The home was lovely and very clean! The backyard was perfect for keeping the kids in and relaxing.

This house was the best of both worlds as it was located in a quieter part of town and close to the township park, but not too far of a walk to all of the shops on the strip. Our dog loved the fenced-in back yard and we loved sitting out front on the porch feeling the breeze from the lake. The owner was very responsive when the handle on the toilet broke and got it fixed right away. We would definitely stay here again.

My family (two adults, one child, and one dog) stayed at this lovely house for a week and loved it. This house was the best of both worlds as it was located in a quieter part of town and close to the township park, but not too far of a walk to all of the shops on the strip. Our dog loved the fenced-in back yard and we loved sitting out front on the porch feeling the breeze from the lake. The owner was very responsive when the handle on the toilet broke and got it fixed right away. We would definitely stay here again.

What we expected was not what we got.
We really had a great time,made lasting memories and enjoyed ourselves. The only disappointing thing was the fence, we were traveling with our 2 dogs and the property was listed as having a fenced in backyard. It was fenced in but failed to explain that the fence was half broken and laying in the yard. It was frustrating not being able to relax outside or enjoy the fire because we were worried about loosing the dogs. There was also no access to the water,but other than that we loved it and would do it again for sure.

Lomas House July 2018
The property looked very fresh as if recently redecorated. Everything was very clean and well kept iinside and out. The linen and towels from the service were of good quality. The location is perfect it off the main road through town but an easy 5-6 blocks to the downtown area. We loved walking to the township park and down to the beach every morning and most evenings. The fenced backyard was great for the dogs. The covered patio placed out in the yard away from the house (arbor or ramada) was perfect for a drink and a book on a hot afternoon.
Lindsay, our one person staff was very helpful before and during our stay (we locked ourselves out of the house on the first day).
We would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant, quiet and convienent.
This was our 5 th year vacationing at this property. It is the best. A huge fenced in yard for the dog and grand kids and visitors. Beautiful accommodations. Close to the park and strip.

Cute place! Perfect for our bachelorette weekend!
There was plenty of room. Everything was clean, cute, and cozy. All of us ladies had a great time and Lindsay was a great communicator. Instructions were clear and the house was in a great spot, a few houses from the park and few houses to the strip, not to mention you can see the water from the nice front porch.

Nice clean home. Has everything you need. Have stayed same weekend for 5-6 years.

Beautiful updated property that is walking distance to everything on the strip!
This past weekend we stayed at this property to celebrate my best friend's bachelorette party! We could not have been more pleased and impressed with the house and all of the amenities included! We were able to easily and quickly walk to any attraction on the strip as well as enjoy time just hanging out around the house! The homeowner was very accommodating. We loved how comfy the couches and beds were! The beach theme Decor was also a nice touch! The only issue we had was that our trip was too short! We will definitely be coming back for a girls weekend every year here on out and wouldn't stay at any other place!
