Stay in an amazing condo made our favorite vacation spot that much better! The condo was absolutely beautiful! And the owners provides everything you could possibly need. When an issue popped up, it was super easy to get in contact if needed! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Furniture on the balcony was great. All the furniture inside the condo was comfy! Only complaints I have about it was the elevator which definitely needs updating and the rail on the balcony, which seems like that would be up to the condo as well as the elevator. I would 100% stay here again!!

Condo was gorgeous! The views were amazing. Everything was perfect! Pool was located in perfect place. Didn’t want to leave! It was one of the best places we have been to.

We had a great time in Indian Shores! This is our first time staying in this area and we really enjoyed it. It felt much less commercialized than many places we have visited in the past which we loved. There was plenty of activities and restaurants to go to though. We visited other beaches, went to a nearby water park, went to putt putt across the street. It is a very family oriented place! The condo unit was very clean, beautiful, and very well stocked. We traveled with my parents, and our 2 children (4 and 2). There were so many items in the storage closet to use at the beach/pool for us and the kids. They loved the beach toys! The pool was a pleasant surprise with being heated. The kids always wanted to swim early and it was so nice that it was warm and they were able to do that! The grounds were very well maintained and everything was clean, including the bathrooms at the pool. We had an overall great experience and would definitely travel back there!

This is a delightful, spacious and well-appointed condo, with three bedrooms: a master that was a great size, a second big bedroom and a third room that is kind of tight. The kitchen, dining room and living room are very nice and the balcony is beautiful - what a view of the water! Condo is clean, nicely furnished and the owner was extremely easy to deal with. There is one parking spot and guest parking in case you have company. The best part is the location - it could not be any closer to the beautiful beach and includes some beach chairs and beach toys. Small negative: it’s on the 5th floor and the elevator is extremely slow so be prepared to do a little waiting or climb some stairs.

We went all over the area during the week and loved returning to share a bottle of wine on the balcony overlooking the beach each evening (we took some great sunset pictures/memories). Things we recommend doing: visit downtown Tampa, explore the aquariums at Clearwater and Tampa, spend a Friday or Saturday morning in downtown St. Petersburg...be sure to take in the street vendors and shopping. Spend a day at Ft. Desoto and ride the ferry to Egmont Key (pack a lunch). Go to all the different beaches along the coast...they each have something different to offer. A new restaurant we tried this trip and enjoyed greatly - Columbia Restaurant Sand Key. Finally, leave your electronics and work at home and enjoy the Best Escape Anyone Can Have (BEACH).

Honesty is the best policy, so here goes: Seagate was not like other condo complexes in the area, there wasn't ever any personnel (no main office) besides the maintenance crew and building painters (which our host warned us of, but it would have been ideal if they turned the beeper on the man lift off). There wasn't really a check in process, the condo keyless entry (pad) wasn't supposed to be activated until check in at 4pm, but worked before then, as we discovered when arrived early and were just carrying our stuff to the door. The condo itself was updated/put together really well/fully furnished, but had 2 major concerns: 1) The balcony railing was completely and totally unstable and SCARY (especially being on the top floor and having kids in our condo). 2) When the Master bathroom toilet is flushed, the Guest bathroom toilet gargles (causing toilet water and its contents to splash up - and on you, if you happen to be using the guest bathroom at the time the master is flushed)... EWWW! Other minor hiccups: 1) Elevator was slower than slow, so I used the stairs more often than not, but beware the door at the bottom - it bounces back at you kind of hard and there is a huge step onto the parking lot pavement you are not expecting. 2) Lack of bath towels and wash cloths for 8 occupants (had to do laundry every morning and evening to keep up with showers/face washing. 3) You must have some of the light switches ON (and just turn the lamps off manually) in order for some of the outlets to work (problematic in case of needing a charged phone). 4) I can't remember what they asked us to keep the thermostat at, but let me tell you... it was too HOT to sleep. On the flip side, there were lots of good things!! Clearwater/St Pete in October is BEAUTIFUL and amazing (weather wise)! The water was so clear, too. The condo was fully furnished (spices and such, as well). The condo had an entire closet of beach gear (BEACH TOWELS, umbrella, chairs, cooler, puddle jumpers, etc.). The view from the top was awesome! Indian Rocks is more quiet than Madeira (less shopping and eating close by). We did go to Salt Rock (nicer restaurant across the street from Seagate) and it was good, but definitely on the $ side. Also, there's a close bridge over to 694 where there's a Publix, Starbucks, and Chick-fil-a (all the necessities LOL) about a 6 minute drive. Since I am rather long-winded, conclusion - good location and updated condo, host was nice & simple!

The condo was just as shown. There is tons of towel and beach stuff. We loved everything about the condo. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. Our only problem we occurred was the Red Tide but that is no ones fault but sad to see! We found plenty of stuff around to do the area to keep us busy. They definitely have everything you need. Overall we had a fantastic time!!

This is our 4th time staying in 502. We love this condo and the location. We keep returning because we know we will enjoy our stay and our time at the beach.

Beautifully decorated condo, comfortable and fully equipped. Family setting, super beach view, easy access to pool and beach. This is a quieter location, not a lot of touristy attractions or restaurants to choose from. Perfect for a family with very young children. Complex residents are friendly and helpful.
