We really enjoyed our stay at Barefoot. The resort was clean, well maintained, and perfectly safe to walk around. It is also very large, so walking possibilities are endless. We didn't have bikes, but they would also be great there.
The condo was excellent. Clean, well decorated, and spacious. We actually enjoyed the third floor because the view from the balcony was great. The condo had way more amenities than we needed, but suffice to say, it was not lacking of anything. Location was good, as it was just a short drive to golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We recommend this place and hope to return.

This is our 6th visit to this property and always an amazing time. Close to everything and we love Barefoot and the entire neighborhood. We love all the updates to the property including amazing spa towels, furniture and infant/toddler friendly all you have to do is hop on the car and head down. The views are amazing and close to everything.

We had an amazing time. The condo was very clean, spacious and had very comfortable furniture…the bed and bedding was so comfy! Richard was a great host checking in on us throughout our stay. He has thought of everything from the nice little coffee bar with an expresso maker to the bathrooms stocked with shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! We enjoyed having coffee out on the balcony in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. The neighborhood/community was perfect and close to everything. We enjoyed the huge pool and the Marina bar and grill! We had a blast and would recommend booking this condo!l

Property was beautiful, everything that was described. Place had everything you need and more for your stay. Family had a great time and Rich was helpful and there if you needed anything just a text away. I would recommend staying at this property to anyone who wants to listen. Will get some exercise walking up to third floor, but knew that going in. Clean, beautiful and won’t disappoint .

Richard’s place was wonderful. This was our first time staying at a VRBO and it was a truly great experience. Condo was comfortable and very clean with everything you would need. Including streaming for Netflix, Hulu and Disney is a nice touch. Richard responded in a timely manner whenever I had questions. I definitely recommend staying there and I would love to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The furnishings were beautiful and the amenities were great. The location was excellent with a wonderful view of the golf course. The property owner pays attention to detail and it shows! We will return to this lovely condo!

Wow - what a wonderful stay in a prime location! First and foremost, Richard is a very responsive host. My husband and I had some questions about restaurants and shopping centers, and his recommendations were fantastic.
This unit is beautifully renovated, and was in pristine condition when we arrived. Everything from the bed linens, towels, and kitchen appliances were spotless. Everything was carefully thought out - from the new furniture (beds, couch, outdoor furniture, night stands, etc.) to the decor (flowers, artwork, etc.) is tastefully done. We were very comfortable staying here and have already booked our next stay at this property.
I would like to add that Broadway at the beach is a short drive and totally worth it. We very much enjoyed Richard’s recommendation of Yamato Hibachi. It was our favorite meal of the week. Can not forget to mention the beautiful view of the golf course from the balcony of the unit!

Almost everything as far as bedding and living room furniture had stains and wasn’t very clean. Had thick dust on ceiling fan in living room area, couch cushions where worn slap out. Not very comfortable to say the least.
Door locks worked fine, but key was a pain to get in and out of lock.
Carpet strip was exposed underneath carpet walking into the unit, stepped on it barefooted once and wore shoes inside unit the rest of the trip.
Televisions were out of date, dining room chairs were broken and in terrible shape.
No parking close to room as well

The homeowner Rich was really easy to deal with, answered all my questions in a timely manor. We were even able to get in a little earlier then expected. The only thing was that this is a third floor unit and no elevator. Lots of steps so if you have back or knee issues then this unit is not for you. Otherwise the complex is beauty easy getting to the beach, and plenty of pools to choose from. I highly recommend

Unit was nice - but ...........
Unit was nice...clean...dinged up a bit...missing parts of the blinds...but none of that was a problem. Overall nice unit, well stocked, etc.
However.... first trip to the pool...group of what appeared to be inner city gang members brought out a 2 foot boom box and began blasting music. No signs were evident with any pool rules. We left, called our host, and he called the condo assn mgr, who finally did get someone out there to tell them to turn it off. (took an hour...we had left by then)
on our last day, same issue at the pool. Not as loud...but NO music should be allowed.
Also, the family in the unit next to us was playing their boom box at 11:30 pm on their balcony. The next morning, we found their garbage on the ground below their balcony. (empty cigarette boxes, beer cans, etc)
Bottom line, while this unit is nice, and the owner was nice, I would never stay here again. There were NO rules posted anywhere to curb inconsiderate behavior by guests, and while most of the guests were behaved and civilized, there was a significant portion that were not. (It only takes a few.)
The association needs to crack down on this. But for now, cannot recommend staying here. Apparently, these units are mostly short term rentals, so not enough "owners" to change things.

Great Resort and Accommodations
We loved staying in this resort. The pools were amazing and the Marina Bar and Grill is a great place to eat and enjoy entertainment. Check in process was seamless. Condo was clean upon arrival and ready for my family to enjoy their time away.

Richard was very prompt at answering any questions I had due to our first time visiting the area. He had a great list of attractions to visit that were great as well.. place was very clean and perfect size for 4 adults, 1 child and a medium size dog.

Awesome place
We loved staying here would stay again. Great location right near Barefoot Landing. Very quiet place and clean. Mr Pecks place is very big and clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Even had beach chairs for the beach.

This was an overall fantastic stay very clean and the fact that I didn’t have to wash the sheets before I left was an added bonus! The only things that were a little troublesome is that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but I typically take the stairs anyway just would have been nice with the luggage transport and I did have to purchase a roku for the tv because even though there was cable some of the channels didn’t work as far as picture sound was fine but my o my recommendation would be to update that capability for guests

Dirty, not clean. couch was very uncomfortable, sinks in. mattress was filthy with stains.
Didn't feel comfortable sitting on any furniture. Hall bathroom was not cleaned,, toilet had blood, hair and not cleaned at all.. laundry was still in dryer..
carper was not clean or vacuumed. Not well maintained at all. Dirty!!!

Home at the Beach
My family and I loved staying here! It was wonderful to have our own washer/dryer, full kitchen and tons of linens and towels (which are super important when you have a family of 6 with 4 kids aged 9 and under) - it was surprisingly very quiet inside, we never heard anything from any neighbors, and I LOVED all of the natural sunlight with the windows.
The only disclaimer that I'd like to give is that this is a third floor property - and my 5 year old called the walk upwards the "stairs of death" haha. Also - I met the woman who cleans the property while we were leaving a bit late, and she was SOOOOO nice and friendly! Thanks guys for a great stay! We really felt at home away from home. Thank you so much!

We booked the vacation with the intention to look for property while we stayed, we brought oir son amd his friend who also loves Myrtle Beach. The condo is in a great locatation for golf lovers. Barefoot Landing is a cool little shopping village with a few different restaurants to choose from. We met friends at Chucks Steak house great food there, and Captain Georges Seafood Buffet is about 20 mins away at Boardwalk by the Beach with great food also. Great location, quiet, i love the North Myrtle Beach area and this was perfect. Check in was so easy, the condo was clean and ready for us! Check out was just as easy, i would highly recommend staying here!!!!
