The new University Town Center Mall, a very short drive away, provides for a unique experience in shopping and dining. Nathan Benderson Park, home of the World Rowing Championships (2017) is just minutes away as well as Ed Smith Stadium, home of the Baltimore Orioles spring training. This condo is very nice and in a great location, quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, beach and golf courses! Owners were awesome and very responsive with any questions or issues we had.

Delightful location and good sized condo on lower level. Nicely furnished but a little dated. Bedding- comforter in master and sheets and towels could be updated. Older furniture might have caused a musty odor which went away with doors opened and great breeze. Friendly community, terrific owner, pool steps away from the unit. I was using a wheelchair which was a little tricky accessing kitchen and bathrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this area next year.

My husband and I spent the month of January at this property and we really enjoyed it. The location is perfect - close to everything yet in a quiet peaceful community. Loved that the pool was a few steps out the back door. We would love to come back again next year. Very nice stay away from home.

Very good location, close to good shopping, golf and restaurants, and in a beautifully landscaped community. On ground floor, steps from well-maintained, clean and heated pool. Unit comfortable and well-equipped. Owner friendly, easily reached, and quickly resolved minor issues. Will return.

Excellent, well maintained and well appointed unit. Steps to pool and short drive to tons of shopping. Beds very comfortable. Owner is extremely attentive to making sure unit is kept in tip top shape. Highly recommend

We recently rented this property to await the birth of our second grandchild. The condo is in great condition and well furnished. It is well located just off University which is a "main drag" for shopping, restaurants, and the Nathan Benderson Park. Located just off 75 its a quick hop to gain access to the expressway. Just a short 15 second walk to the pool. We would definitely stay here again. By the way, it's a boy!

I enjoyed my month's stay very much. Really liked sharp knives, new quiet dishwasher , and totally equipped kitchen. They bought an electric grill so we enjoyed steaks, seafood etc just outside our door. Condo was very clean, quiet ,near pool and walking trail. Locked myself out, and owner there promptly. I would recommend .

We stayed in this lovely condo for 3 months and we plan to stay for another 3 months next year. The condo is totally updated with high quality furniture and appliances and a fully equipped kitchen with Cuisinart cookware. Everything you need is here. The location within the building is also excellent - no a/c units near the lanai like so many others we saw. Walk out the back yard to the pool. We also enjoyed The Meadows community where the condo is located. You couldn't find a more convenient location! Five minutes to the mall, several restaurants, banks, grocery stores and only a 20 minute drive to the beach. Lots of places to walk and 2 public golf courses in the community. Public tennis courts nearby. The owners Sal and Joan are wonderful. Nice people that made us feel welcome and who appreciated our business. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely a beautiful condo, lovely furnishings, and fully equipped in the Meadows. Pool is only steps from the lanai, and many trails for walking and biking. Convenient to shopping and only 20 minute drive to the beaches. We thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed our 3 months in the condo and out of Ohio winter weather!
