I liked the room overall the stove didn't work good and there aren't any plans or silverware in most the rooms but can't expect everything the fact you can get a clean studio for that price is amazing

The lady that checked us in was very very nice.

As much money as the owner is making, he could update the rooms a little, but they were good. We asked for towels for our kitchen, and toilet paper, had to wait until the next day, by then we went and bought our own. The bath towels are wonderful if you are trying to exfoliate your skin while drying off. Walked to the office asked a Hispanic gentleman for toilet paper, he said they would bring it, never did, called the office after a few hours, the same gentleman hung up on me when I asked if they were brining it. We went to the office to get our $50.00 key deposit back the night before we left, because we had to leave so early the next morning. This same gentleman told me i had to walk at 5 am to the other hotel 2 blocks over to turn in the key, he then got right in my face when i said.. Really? at 5am? and he says, Yeah, that's what i said. The very worst thing about this exact same gentleman, that absolutely sickened me was... A black gentleman was checking in at the same time I was trying to turn in the key, and he placed his reservation through booking, his phone had died on his drive to the hotel, so he did not have his reservation number, this Hispanic man made him plug his phone in outside, to get the number, funny thing is, they looked mine up with my last name. I did not need my reservation number. Racism at its best. Then I wrote the hotel about it. they totally ignored me. This man should be fired, I would NEVER have someone working for me that treats my customers like that. The facility was nice, this man is an embarrassment to this facility, and to totally ignore my email was very unprofessional.

Maids were extremely noisy in the morning, talking to each other with loud voices that would echo within the building and they were completely oblivious that fellow guests were trying to sleep and relax. Sometimes you could hear them, literally, pounding on the doors of the rooms nearby, yelling, "house-keeping!!!" So very unprofessional. Fellow guests would smoke outside their rooms and talk loudly on their cell-phones at all hours of the night. Front desk clerk, while I was checking in late at night, was literally asleep at the front counter when I approached the little window off the parking lot to register, and dozed off a couple times in front of me while copying my driver's license, Management was unable to control or mitigate bad guests' behavior and smoking outside the rooms in the public walk-ways was an ongoing and repeat issue. I would come out of my room and be hit with second-hand smoke. Front desk clerk named Lisa, in another building owned by the same hotel owner, treated me like I was a criminal not to be trusted and was never cheery and accommodating like in a more upscale hotel The owner was very polite on the phone when notified about these different annoying issues but not miuch could be done after complaints were made about rude guests' behavior.
