About this house rental
Minimum Renter Age is 35 Years of age. No Prom Groups. No pets This spacious home sits on a private drive just four homes from an expansive beach with no storm damage. The home sleeps 16 in beds easily,and boasts six bedrooms two and a half baths. 17 on the trundle bed, 18 on the pull out couch sofa (1st floor) and on the futon chair in the Great Room on the second floor. First level deck(2nd floor) polywood dining table, and outdoor seating. Gas grill on this level. The upper level(3rd floor) includes an oversize living, and dining area, with a Master Bedroom en-suite, with separate tub and shower, and an additional bedroom. Upstairs also offers a sink, counter-top and refrigerator. Wrap around deck off the master and the living room with outdoor speakers. 2 HD Flat-panel TV's and Bluetooth capable music on Iphone/Ipad compatible, on upper floor. Chairs in upstairs deck. The first floor offers 4 bedrooms, a large living room, and a six-person lighted hot tub built into the second deck. Kitchen features Corian counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. Seating for 12 at the main kitchen table. Wrap around deck, with built in Weber BBQ, deck dining table and seating for at least 10. 50" HD TV in the main living area, and one more TV in each of the kids rooms, one with DVD/BlueRay players the other is a Smart TV-with Netflix. Laundry room is on both the upper and lower level. Beach access is at the end of the block, with one of the few lifeguard stands in Loveladies. Heated outdoor shower, and the Arts Center and multiple tennis courts within walking distance from the home. LBI shuttle bus/trolley at the corner. Linens and Towels Not included. Perks New Central air in 2019 2020 and 2022 New Polywood Patio Set not pictured New interior Sectional on First Floor 2019 seating for 8-10 people Check in 2pm, Check out 10 am Beautiful rose garden, organic mint out back, and hydrangea’s please feel free to trim some for the dinning table. Peach tree as well, the peaches are ripe and a nice treat after the beach. This is our family home so please treat it with care.

Spacious, comfortable, well-furnished house in excellent location--few houses in from guarded beach, across the street from tennis and pickleball! Plenty of beach toys, chairs, etc. New deck furniture and large indoor dining table, perfect for family dinners. Plenty of space to spread out with upstairs able to be a separate, quiet living area. Delightful renovated outdoor shower. Plenty of parking. Everyone in our multigenerational group had a fun and relaxing beach week at this house!

Ocean side, at last!
Our reunion has been held on LBI for 15+ years. A long time ago, we were bay side. It was a HUGE TREAT to get back to the ocean side. I have 2 sons, 4 grandkids ages 2 to 6. This property is PRIME for easy access to the ocean, and has ample parking for a few other family guests that stopped in from time to time.. Plenty of room for all ages.
Michael, owner, referred us to a linen service that supplied all sheets and towels by drop off and post check-out pickup. Add that to a DoorDash food delivery? Bam. Our stay started promptly at the 2pm Checkin.

Great beach vacation spot
Perfect location with easy walk to a quiet beach (lifeguarded). It was a great house for families with kids - safe decks, LOTS of beach toys and boogie boards. The hot tub is perfectly located in a private spot-the toddlers did not even know it was there! The two living areas were really appreciated, especially when looking for a quiet place to work, relax or read. Highly recommend this house!

Air conditioning broke just a couple of days into our trip, but the property manager arranged to have it fixed almost immediately. Would definitely stay in this house again!

Great property in LoveLadies
The house was very comfortable for our family of 15 from a 2 year old to a 79year old. The grounds are beautiful. The beach was awesome. We really enjoyed the decks as the weather was cooler, and we could sit outside. The upstairs was especially pleasant as we loved the view and space and quiet for the 2 year old’s naps. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Our only concern was the main kitchen. It was too small for this size house— not enough counter space and space in general. We were wishing the main kitchen was upstairs (just a thought).Otherwise we had a great time in this lovely house.

This duplex was perfect as two parts of the family were upstairs while another part slept downstairs. During m als the kids went upstairs while the adults ate on the lower floor. Nice outdoor shower and plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards etc.

Great spot near the beach
This was perfect for my family and I...we were 100ft from the beach, 10 min drive to LBI shops / restaurants and had enough beds for 10.

Very clean, great location, lots of ammenities
We had a great vacation on Long Beach Island in this house. Four families with adult children fit perfectly because of all the bedrooms and large bonus room upstairs. The distance to the beach was short and made for quick trips back and forth. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We loved the large and clean outside shower, the hot tub and all the decks. The elevator was especially helpful for our 87 year old Mother and my husband who just had bilateral knee replacement. It was handy for bringing in luggage and groceries too. The owners (Michael) were very helpful and responsive to every need.

Excellent stay
Very nice home in a great area of LBI. It's perfect for a big family or kid's with spouses and kids, as was our case. Very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped, nice grill on the deck. Very short walk to a nice wide beach and an excellent supply of beach equipment, games, and toys.
Overall, a very nice stay.

Loveladies Oceanside House
Wonderful place to stay with plenty of room for extended family and friends. We were attending a family wedding, and guests at the house ranged in age from 3 weeks to 81 years old. Elevator came in handy for unpacking items. House was immaculately clean, and so close to the beach. The hot tub was a big hit too . Owner is very responsive, and will touch base when you are there. Would definitely recommend this home, and hopefully rent again in the future.

Wonderful Ocean Side Beach Property!
This is the perfect place for a beach vacation! The home is modern, clean, and has plenty of beds. It was so nice to have two separate living areas. The downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen, family room, deck and bedrooms/bathrooms. And the upstairs has a smaller kitchen, family room, deck and bedrooms / bath. Both levels have their own laundry as well. It has every convenience and is Perfect for a family getaway! Thank you so much for accommodating us - we had a wonderful stay - and the home is lovely!

Beautiful house, it was a good time had by all
I brought my family (and extended) down there for Thanksgiving this year. In total we had 14 people and there was ample room for the adults and kids. The proximity to the beach enabled the older kids to walk up to the beach and fish whenever they wanted.
There is much more to do on the island than I expected for the off season. It seems every year more and more businesses are keeping their doors open year round.
Overall it was a wonderful experience for the entire family.

FUN at the Beach!
This is a great family home. I LOVE the huge kitchen table where we all gathered for meals.
This is a comfortable, roomy home. We had
children with us. The upstairs was a great place for them to play and watch tv. The beach
was so nice with a lifeguard.
The owner of the property is very nice and helpful. The house has everything you need to make vacation FUN....especially the hot tub.

The house was wonderful and the owner was a great communicator and very nice. The layout of the house is perfect for families and the closeness to the beach was very convenient. The house has everything you could want for a fun beach stay. We would definitely stay there again.

3 Coast Avenue Loveladies
Our multigenerational family of 12 stayed in this home to attend a wedding over Memorial Day weekend. The home was immaculately clean and the kitchen stocked with essentials that we did not have to bring along ourselves. We also appreciated the beach chairs, balls, toys and bikes as an added bonus. Our grandchildren had a blast in the hot tub. This home has two areas furnished comfortably with seating to accommodate a large group. The owner was very attentive as he answered all my questions prior to arrival and checked in with us during our stay to see if everything was satisfactory. Being steps from the beach was wonderful with small children in tow. Additionally, this home is situated across form a street which forms a small loop which worked beautifully for our grandchildren to ride their scooters without fear of many cars passing by. We enjoyed a fabulous weekend at this home.

Worth Every Penny!
My family and I rented this house as an alternative to staying at a Hotel for a Wedding . Since we are a big family, it only made sense . From day 1 , the owner has been a dream! He has stayed in contact , answered all of my questions and was on top of everything !!
The House was absolutely perfect. Not only did it fit our family , but the added amenities that were included in the house were totally a God sent . We had access to beach items , passes , recreational items, and with just a few houses in between us and the Beach , the House is in a GREAT location . Inside the house was beautiful ! All the rooms were a great size , the kitchen had a long table that was big enough to sit the family for dinner, the AC pumped some serious air and the hot tub was a nice touch , especially at night after a long day. The fact that this house had 2 kitchens ans 2 washer and dryers made it easy to store food and do laundry. We could have not asked for a better rental !!!!

My husband and I stayed at this property with 4 other couples and we had a great time.
The house was beautiful and had enough space for all 10 of us.
It was very clean and well furnished. Central AC works very well and ceiling fan was wonderful.
The kitchen had everything we needed.
It was very short walk to the beach... beach badges, beach umbrellas and beach chairs were all provided.
We had so much fun and want to visit again.

The property was a dream, it was clean, the beds were soft, the hot tub was clean and absolutely loved that part the best! The walk to the beach was short, and I was able to walk back and forth with the children for bathroom breaks, and to make sandwiches quickly. It was not advertised, but their is a view of the ocean, which was a nice bonus....the kitchen was fully stocked, with everything I needed, and the two washing machines were crucial with all of the children and adults... excellent addition. The outdoor shower was clean and HEATED! I could not get my children out of there...lol Loved the ocean breeze from the decks...enough beach badges, and the beach chairs and carts were a welcomed addition as well. All in all an excellent stay and am pushing my husband and the rest of my family to do it again next year.
