The hotel is nice and clean. Location is very safe but it can get confusing to get there when driving.
The front desk person/manager, Mr. Patel, at check-in was excellent. Very efficient and professional.
Breakfast was very typical hotel breakfast and American style. The lady in charge of breakfast was sitting and chatting with a friend/employee for the entire duration of the breakfast hours. The breakfast area was not very clean or timely restocked due to lack of attention by the caterer.

The location was good
The check in was a nightmare. Almost 2 hours. They said they didn’t have our reservation which was not true cause I got a message from them. I had to pay their rate and they didn’t honor booking.com rate. I have never had any problem in the years I have dealt with booking.com. It was definitely something on their end

They cleaned the mildew very fast and apologized. The breakfast was back to a full breakfast which is one of the reasons why I chose to stay there. The selection was typical- cereal, scrambled eggs, biscuits, waffles, coffee pastries, etc.
Overall the stay was comfortable. Beds are firm but comfy. Stylish room.
I LOVE that there's a NO PET policy!
My wishes for a top floor room were not considered. The air conditioner vents had mildew on them. The toilet had hair in it from the previous person that stayed there, which makes me wonder if they cleaned the bathroom at all. Wish they had a pork alternative for breakfast in the morning.
Walls are a bit thin as I could hear neighbors beside me talking and coughing.

This place appears brand new. Everything is clean and new. Our king size bed is comfortable. Pillows a little too firm for me. The room is large as is the bathroom. Refrigerator and microwave present. Hot hot water. OKC was just a midway stopping point on our road trip so this hotel was well located. Several restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast included some hot offerings. Overall exceptional value for the price.
The pillows. I would recommend offering a variety to accommodate for different likes and dislikes.

Clean rooms and common areas, friendly desk staff, exceptional housekeeping staff— our room was always well attended and restocked with everything we could need!
Had a brief issue with our room key, but it was resolved very quickly the very first time, and we had no further issues!

The cleanliness of the room. Also, the kindness of the front desk clerk was helpful. All stores were closed the day of my stay. So thirsty I was, she provided me with a bottle of water at no charge. Thanks! :)

We stayed here in 2020 and again in 2023. If I'm in the area I'll be staying again. The room was very comfortable and in a terrific location. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was plentiful.

Great location near many restaurants and right off the freeway. The room was large, well appointed and comfy. A great place for an overnight stay.

The manager was not willing to match the price I already paid on Booking.com, because the reservation never went through to them so I had to not only pay again but I had to pay more!! I spent almost $300 for one nights stay! Through no fault of my own. It was 1:30 in the morning before I was able to get things resolved! Not a good experience.

The check-in process was super easy and smooth. The hotel was located in an easy to find, safe location next to various different restaurants and shops. The room was clean, large, and comfortable.
Breakfast was included and provided great options. This was a great hotel experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel for your visit to the area.

Breakfast was good. Facilities were clean and in good repair for the most part.
The toilet would not shut off running after a flush. I was able to turn it off at the wall and that worked ok with little trouble.
