You'll have a full kitchen, dining, living area and a study/work space (desk & LCD monitor) and a half bath downstairs. Upstairs is a bedroom with a King Bed, walk-in closet and an elegant bathroom with a huge, dual-head shower. Guests also have part of the back yard, outdoor seating and a fire pit/chimnea to use that is partitioned from the rest of the yard. You will also have a Smart TV with streaming apps and a full size washer & dryer. We are a very quick drive or a casual walk to Zilker Park, South Lamar and South Congress! We typically walk to our favorite places...like Lucky Robot Sushi, Torchy's, Lady Bird Lake Hike & Bike Trail, Thai Fresh, Auditorium Shores, Terry Black's BBQ, Summer Moon Coffee, Reina Pepiada, LeNoir, Fresa's and many, many food trucks & trailers!
