Bus stop one block away. Direct bus route to UT is one block away. Uber and Lyft are very easy to get. Very close to UT, downtown, etc. Five minutes by car. Downtown is ten to fifteen minute walk through beautiful neighborhood, or five minute drive. UT is fifteen to twenty minute walk.
