Windemere 301, built in 1985, is located in the very popular Ocean Dr section of North Myrtle Beach. Windermere 301 is 3rd floor end condo with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Spacious Balcony. New back splash in kitchen, decorative bar wall, remodeled bathrooms, new flooring in LR, DR, master bedroom and bath and more. All new appliances and LG 55" Smart TV added September 2022. Enjoy to third floor parking deck which allows you to park directly outside our condo door for easy access! This sunny condo is located in the popular area of North Myrtle Beach. The condo has all amenities for your vacation enjoyment. A broad beach, indoor pool, hot tub and charcoal grill area are all available on site.. The kitchen is fully furnished to allow home cooked meals including a Keurig coffee. Minimize your workload by taking advantage of the unit's dishwasher. There is ample room to sit and eat comfortably at either the breakfast bar or dining table. Elevator, washer and dryer within the condo and newly stocked kitchen are all to be enjoyed. The condo itself was beautiful and the view was amazing to watch the sunrise every morning from the balcony! The location was great as it is located close to a variety of shopping and eating places and there is parking right outside of the condo. We did have some issues upon arrival. The toilet was clogged in the one bathroom, there was a whistling sound when you use the hot water, the sliding glass door in the bedroom was open and it was very cold in the condo and the smoke alarm would not stop chirping all night. We got a hold of the property manager and he sent someone out the next day as he was on vacation. He offered to refund our money so that we could go somewhere else. The refund would take 3 to 5 days depending on when it would show back up on your credit card plus being that it was the week of Christmas when we and VRBO looked nothing was available. We had our elderly parents with us also. We suggested to him that he refund our first night since nobody slept and after driving 10 hours we were exhausted plus all the issues that we had and the property manager totally ignored that suggestion in the text message we sent. There were some other concerns that we brought to the property managers attention and he said that's considered normal were and tear. We brought them to his attention as we didn't want it being deducted from our security deposit. I feel for what they charge, they should have checked to make sure everything was in working condition before we arrived!

Very comfortable atmosphere. Excellent view of ocean. Indoor pool was a plus for the time of year of our stay (November). Everyone enjoyed themselves. This was overwall the best stay I've had in the Myrtle Beach area.

I loved this property! Spacious with 3 full bathrooms and a full kitchen AND I can roll over from the master bedroom and see the ocean when I first wake up. That is a win! North Myrtle which is where we love to be! I will definitely stay here again!

The condo was wonderful. It had great furnishings and a nice kitchen. We had our elderly mom with us and it was an easy walk from car to condo and a nice easy walkway to the beach. The teenagers loved how central it was to everything. The ocean view was amazing from inside and from the balcony. They even had little shampoo, conditioner and face soaps like at a hotel! Owners were great to deal with. We felt like we were at home. We highly recommend the unit and owners.

Beach less crowded than adjacent high rise properties with plenty of room to spread out…great views …easy loading and unloading as parking is right next to the unit…comfortable beds…well stocked kitchen with numerous cabinets and a pantry…perfect for our family beach vacation with 6 adults and 2 teens

We enjoyed staying at Windemere 301 for our family vacation. I wanted to stay somewhere that was steps from the beach, and that’s exactly what we got. The location and the views from the condo are perfect! Having the parking spaces right outside the door made unpacking and packing up the car so easy. The inside of the condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was also very convenient to have a washer/dryer unit in the condo. We fell in love with North Myrtle Beach and were sad to be leaving…until next time. Thank you for a great experience!

My first VRBO experience. Start to finish it was easy. Condo was as advertised. The location was great-on the beach with a great view. Security in the building was good. Keyless entry worked well. Satisfied with WI-FI and TV. Kitchen was equipped with necessities.

We travel to myrtle beach once a year and we definitely enjoyed this property. The property is in s good location and the parking is in a perfect spot. The walk to the beach couldn't be any shorter and the host was a pleasure to work with.

4 beds, 3 bathrooms- great family getaway- we had a 91 year great grandfather visiting his 7, 5 and 5 months old grand babies - the manager was very responsive- answered questions almost immediately- right on the beach and had a heated indoor pool for when it was too chilly - highly recommended

There were 6 of us and we all really enjoyed Windermere #301. We were pleasantly surprised that it was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, cups and even had a few extra cleaning supplies, including a tube of shampoo and conditioner. Beautiful view of the ocean. We sat on the patio a lot but wish it were a little bigger to fit 6 people. Great place for a get away!

We had a very nice stay in this condo. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is situated such that it is in the shade much of the day and provides a lovely view. The condo afforded us lots of space. The parking situation was perfect.

Great North Myrtle Beach Location
Property is well kept and has wonderful views. Beach access is easy or you can stay in the room and enjoy the ocean without the sand. Nice balcony with bar height chairs so the deck railing doesn't block your view of the Atlantic. Easy walk to shops in Main street. Close to too many restaurants to count. Groceries are close too. Wonderful spot to spend a week.

Great stay! Clean condo!
I have never booked with VRBO so this was my first time.
The property was as described with updates, (painted cabinets/ furniture), not included in the pics. That was a nice surprise.
There is a parking garage that is 3 stories. You can park right outside the condo & load/unload, which was awesome!
There were 9 of us, but plenty of space. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need. King bed was comfy. Queen was a little firm.
The view was fantastic.
The property is older, but very clean. That's what is most important for me.
We did have a few minor maintenance needs, but Scott was quick to reply, even though he was on vacation himself. He even let us know ahead of checking in about a minor repair to the washer.
The maintenance techs were also very friendly & addressed needs quickly.
Condo is in a great location.. Restaurants, gas stations, Wal Mart, grocery stores, & pretty much anything
you need.
The condo is located between 2 other larger properties. The beach was busy, but not overly crowded.
It is also located beside a public access, which is a plus because there are no public bathrooms on ground level with the pool.
Indoor pool was smaller, but was never too crowded. There's also a hot tub.
Our stay was great & we are sad to be on our way home.
So if you're still wondering whether or not to book this condo, do it! It's clean & I definitely recommend it!

Anytime I had to contact the owner or vebo I received immediate responses and all was taken care of immediately. So much easier than our rentals in the past through real estate agents at the beach.

Best view
We throughly enjoyed the location and the view from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. We were there during Easter vacation and the teens went in the ocean every day.

We walked in to find the condo completely as advertised. Everything was meticulously cleaned. Kitchen well stocked -very nice frying pans. Had a minor issue with the Keurig and a couple of other small items and found the owner / property manager extremely responsive. We always heard back within a matter of seconds. I think the longest wait time was maybe 2 minutes. He obviously cares about his property and the type of experience his clients should have. The view is absolutely unbeatable. You can't beat the setup. Having four bedrooms, three of which have their own private bathroom, makes for an ideal situation for multi family travel or sharing with friends. You also can't beat the walkability to restaurants and shops. The beach is not crowded. It is one of the cleanest beaches in the Myrtle Beach area if not the cleanest. Extremely safe area. The pool and jacuzzi are slightly small, however we never found them to be crowded during our week-long stay. Extremely clean facility. Not even so much as a footprint to be found. The ease of check-in/check out was awesome. Parking right outside the condo is a definite perk as loading/reloading was a breeze. Probably the fastest I've ever unpacked and repacked the car during a beach stay. This would be an ideal stay for someone with a physical handicap or elderly clientele who cannot handle stairs, especially given that you couldn't be any closer to the beach unless you were in the water, so it is a very short walk from the elevator. We also noticed that the place is extremely quiet even though there were other families with younger children and some with dogs. We never so much as heard a single dog bark. There's no smoking anywhere on the premises, so the air is always fresh and clean. Also a major perk for those of us who have asthma and other health issues. We have to give a shout out to Hoskins Seafood restaurant. We know we could never go back to Myrtle Beach without going to Hoskins. We also thoroughly enjoyed Melt ice cream shop. Several times. Best homemade ice cream I've ever had. We will definitely return. Once again, cannot say enough about the owner / property manager. Most of them don't seem to truly care about the type of experience they offer. However, Scott clearly does. He even sent me pictures of suggestions he implemented after our stay for the benefit of incoming clients. Who does that? Well done!

The condo is in the perfect location. Scott was great to work with. Kitchen needs a few more utensils and queen bed was a bit hard! Overall we had a fantastic time.

This location is excellent, overlooking the ocean from the balcony. The condo is spacious and convenient with an elevator and no stairs to access the beach. Parking outside the front door of the condo is wonderful, and the owner is responsive and great to work with. My 3 beach sisters and I had a great time!
