This was the best week!!! We had so much fun! This beautiful beach rental has EVERYTHING you need for your vacation week. We made family dinners each night in this fully equipped kitchen and ate together in the large dining room table. We played with the corn hole game out back. We used the grill and ate our lunches on the large picnic table under the deck. So nice to enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the deck watching the sunrise on the ocean. My favorite spot!! This location is nice from the crowds but still close enough to great restaurants and shopping. We went to Mulligans and Sam & Omies. Both in Nags Head. We also went across the bridge to Mateo and visited the NC Aquarium. Thank you for offering such a nice home for us to spend a week to relax and make great memories! We will be here again next year!

This is our second year renting Sunrise Splendor along with two other families. The home is sparkling clean with lots of room for a crowd and you can’t get a better location! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the owners have thought of everything. We look forward to renting again next year.

Sunrise Splendor is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is exceptionally well-appointed,allowing for maximum family enjoyment of the beautiful ocean, pool, grill and all that the Outer Banks has to offer. We would only comment on the wobbly deck railing on the upper deck.

Comfortable house with perks like dog crates provided, nutribullet and hot tub/pool. Beautiful view and just steps to beach but...was not very clean particularly inside cupboards and carpets. I realize a lot of the dirty carpets and cupboards can be attributed to previous guests but for an expensive rental I expected better.

This place was perfect, exactly as pictured! Plenty of room for 9 of us. Since April is a little chilly, we got plenty of use out of the hot tub! The kitchen was well stocked, we loved the fact that it had a slow cooker with a timer. It was very clean, for a property that allows dogs, there was no dog smell what so ever. I don't have one complaint, we all had a great stay!

Rented this for week in August/September with my family; everyone had a wonderful time. The walkway to the beach was just across the driveway, and pool available to the cul-de-sac just a few feet away. The house was extremely clean and there were many extras, such as an electric griddle. TVs all through the house. Excellent location--Short drive to any restaurants or shopping you would need.It was the end of summer and the beaches were not crowded. The house was big and would have accomodated a lot more people than the 4 of us. Would definitely rent again.

This home has everything you could ever want! It's spotless, very spacious, in an awesome location, with a kitchen that has everything you could ever need. The owners have put a lot of care and thought into the home and it shows. The kitchen even has a crock pot, blender, juicer, and egg poacher! We booked for next year before we even checked out!

We’ve stayed in another in same community which was also nice but Sunrise Splendor has it all- beautifully decorated, upgrades the owners put into the home were great. We loved all of the kitchen amenities that were all very well taken we b care of- not junk! The outdoor space was perfect for grilling on the working gas grill, while we playing corn hole or swung in the swing. All if the bedrooms were nicely decorated- we don’t use the comforters in homes when we rent but honestly the home felt so clean I may have considered it!!! We really loved this place and hope to come back again. You can tell the owners Jon and Terry put a lot of work and have pride in this home!!!

Three generations had a terrific time! Had wonderful views of the ocean, and it was within walking distance! The house was spotless and lovely and more than adequately equipped in the kitchen! We lacked for nothing!

Easy check in process, however the signage is poor so drove by it twice. Directions should include the name of the sign by the road. The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars for cleanliness is we had to sweep one of the bathrooms, it had sand on the floor. The kitchen sink drain on the right did not drain right. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced.

Need more protection when it comes to cancelling thing. My linen package was cancelled by some mysterious person. My refund took 2 weeks to get back on my card so I couldn't just have them charge it again because the money hadn't arrived yet.

A beautiful fully equipped kitchen was great for our family dinners. The amazing views of the ocean from the living room and deck was an added bonus.
