Ocean View with unit with balcony • King sized bed with sofa pull out in full • Full kitchen and a washer/dryer • 1 full and 1 half bathroom • Access to entire Fontainebleau resort- 11 pools, beach with chairs, gym • Two daily spa passes included • No resort fee • Multiple restaurants on property from casual to Michelin rated dining • Shopping & boutiques located on property • World famous LIV night club on property • BleauLive events on property • 10mins to Lincoln Road Mall Housekeeping is not included in the price of the rental. Housekeeping will be paid directly to the resort during your stay. Housekeeping fees are mandatory and are as follows: Flat fee paid at checkout $205 plus tax If you request cleanings during your stay the fee is $95 plus tax each clean. If you receive cleanings during your stay the checkout housekeeping fee will still apply. BOOKING POLICIES Cancellations or requests for date changes made less than 60 days are not eligible for any refund, travel credits or date change. There are no exceptions. Please familiarize yourself with your own state/countries policy for travel and post travel quarantine. Due to our discounted booking rates we cannot offer flexibility in reservations. If you need more flexible booking options I suggest booking with the hotel directly on the Fontainebleau website. Deposit hold $1000!!! And valet parking is $58 a day. So an each $1500 is needed!!! On top of what I paid for the week stay. No laundry soap available. Had to go to CVS & also grocery store. Used same towels all week. If I called
For more there would be a housekeeping charge. Also had to buy dishwashing soap to clean dishes.
Not allowed to bring all your own food or drinks to pool area and will be harassed if your carrying it to take to beach. The offer chairs but umbrella $27 each. They sell food and drinks but you will pay $$$$$$$.
Went to club and paid $50 to enter and paid $21 for a mixed drink and $20 for a can beer.
Performer never showed up either… maybe after we left at 0300!? Very crowded young crowd. Must be wealthy to sit at tables… facility was beautiful but pools were like 80-90 degrees!!! Hot ocean and then you think going to pool to cool off it’s just as hot! Like a hot tub!
Room needs new carpet and couch… dirty.
Also two block away parking garage… just as pricey. I know it’s Miami your gonna pay for parking!
Cons: views and quite neighbors. Valet is awesome plp!!!

Always wanted to stay in the Fontainebleau where the Rat Pack gathered. I heard Sinatra used to retire to one of the penthouses in the Sorrento tower. This was a nice suite with huge balcony and kitchen. Didn't want to leave the hotel during my stay in Miami beach. Only problem was the bathroom had a pullback shutter above the tub which did not properly close. Would stay here again.

Process was easy as could be ... place exactly as pictured and promised. Beautiful room, view, and full size kitchen was so comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying. A++

This is just the perfect Miami vacation property. Roomy, clean, luxurious, great location, & all the amenities like a full kitchen & washing machine

Everything was as advertised. Easy check in process (although there can be a long line at 4PM check in on a busy weekend, which there was). Valet charges are included with the room which is a nice savings and the separate valet for the Sorrento tower apart from the rest of the hotel guests make in and out very easy. Very good stay.

The refrigerator and freezer in this unit needs replaced. Prior reviews stated it was broken and we assumed they’d fixed it by the time we came. It was not fixed. Unit was lovely other than that. Bed was very comfortable.

The host was very responsive and she made things happen even being off site. Thank you. The fountaine Blue is a staple to Miami Beach. It was nice. The view was nice. The big balcony off the living and the bedroom was amazing. She even accommodated my family that traveled with us. Thank you Miriam.

The refrigerator and freezer in this unit needs replaced. Prior reviews stated it was broken and we assumed they’d fixed it by the time we came. It was not fixed. Unit was lovely other than that. Bed was very comfortable.

Hotel is great but housekeeping is horrible. Checked in room and had no pillows or blanket for pull out, no dishwashing soap, water on floor from broken refrigerator. Worst I have ever encountered. I can only hope something can be done about housekeeping as it was beyond annoying for the money you spend at this property.

Great Location and Pool

Great time
Great time here for a bachlorette weekend. Only issue we had was that fridge did not get cold/work even with assisted maintenance from staff. Nice spacious place though

The Sorrento side is very beautiful, clean, and has a private pool and desk on the 5th floor across from the room which is great if you don't want to swim in the main pools with too many people. We did have issues with having the room clean while we were there and even after calling the front desk never received cleaning or more towels. We had to search for a cleaning person to ask for more towels when we ran out. That was very annoying. We also learning on our last day from the hotel that we were supposed to have been given free parking and free spa passes with the room stay. We were never told by the property manager nor the front desk upon check-in of these perks. This is very unfortunate. The listing should update this as it would've been great to receive. The hotel won't tell you. And they do nothing to honor any services offered by the manager. Overall, it was great stay, but hotel is very expensive and adds 18% service charge for everything you order. The beaches were clean and we were very fortunate with great weather.

Therefore we had to walk to the other building to get what we needed. The property we stayed in lists newly renovated. The place was very dirty. Stains all over the carpeting, requiring you to wear shoes in the property at all times. The kitchen was filthy. Old food around the garbage can area which had created a foul smell throughout the suite. OT what I was hoping for for a surprise birthday get away. :/
