Gorgeous condo at Sand Castle is 3 Bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 5. Experience beautiful evening sunsets from the comfort of the private balcony up on the 8th floor. New tile floors throughout including the shower next to the master bedroom. Stay right on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy the clean white powder sand beaches. Facility includes heated swimming pool, outdoor hot tub and a rest area with barbeque amenities. Conveniently located less than 10 miles south of Clearwater, and minutes from the many attractions that Tampa, Orlando, St. Petersburg and Sarasota have to offer including Bush Gardens. We chose this property because of the reviews mentioning Maria’s care and attention to detail and our trip exceeded our expectations! This was our kids first time visiting a beach and seeing an ocean so emotions were running high. Nothing happened during our stay that dampened our spirits and the only thing damp was our eyes as we left. The access to the beach is so wonderful. The kids also loved the pool when they tired of the waves. Everything in the condo was as advertised and we had zero issues. We’re so thankful for such a wonderful experience and will look to return to Maria’s place in the future.

Great condo, very clean and fully stocked with all the necessities plus some. Amazing view of the beach, gulf, and icw. The pool and community were friendly and welcoming. The property needs minor tlc but for the most part was in great condition for its age.

It was such a laid back vacation. The condo was perfect for a family. Plenty of room, clean, and very well stocked. The owner was prompt and gracious.

I totally loved this condo. The decor was beachy and beautiful. The location was fantastic. On the beach. Great views from the balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Comfortable, nicely decorated, mostly updated and well furnished condo. Plenty of carts to help unload groceries or baggage. Quick elevators! Bring an extension cord if you want to charge phone iN living room while watching TV. More towels would be nice.

We had a great stay in Indian Shores. The apartment has an incredible view of the ocean, is clean, and has everything you need for a fun and relaxing visit.

Maria is wonderful! This property is perfect and the view is gorgeous. We rode out our first hurricane during our stay and if ya have to be stuck indoors due to weather it's the place to be. There was nothing we needed that the condo didn't provide. We look forward to booking future stays with Maria and her condo.

I would highly recommend this property. It was a quiet location. 20 min. up the road is Clearwater beach if you want more things to do.

Ideal location, charming low key beach town with wonderful dining options. Unit is right off the elevator balcony is comfortably furnished. Would return especially for the large saltwater pool!

After enjoying 15 years of our annual "girlfriends beach vacation" in Indian Shores, this condo is one of the best in Sand Castle 1. Maria was a joy to work with and the condo including the kitchen (because we like to cook) had everything we needed and was clean. Looking forward to more stays!!!

My party of 3 were very pleased with the property. It was very clean and laid out nicely. Very functional and fully equipped for an enjoyable stay. Building and grounds were nicely maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Maria was a great host and responded very quickly with the only issue we had which was only 1 TV that wasn't working properly. Ended up just needing a reboot. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This condo in Indian Shores is amazing!! The views from the 8th floor is picture perfect, the condo is well furnished and updated, and communication with the owner is timely and always helpful. Our kids enjoyed the large pool and hot tub.

We absolutely love this condo, so much so, it was our second time staying here. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable. We cooked in the room almost every night. Maria is very responsive for any questions. We will definitely book again! We loved our entire vacation!

Painless check in and out very clean, equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook like at home which saves alot of money for family of 5. Beach access and pool great. Owners was very helpful with any question that I had. Better than staying at a resort private own home feeling while you stay chairs for beach and umbrella very helpful.
