About this villa rental
Master Bedroom with King Bed + Master Bath, large walk-in shower, free standing Jacuzzi, jetted Tub, Bedroom with King & 3rd Bedroom with 2 twin +Hall Bath with Lg shower. This 3 bedroom Cape Coral heated Pool home located in the South West Cape has intersecting canal views with lake access at the end of a cull-d-sack in a quiet neighborhood. This home is quite stylish with a casual and comfortable feel. The Lanai and heated pool face westerly with sunset opportunities and the front of the house offers lake views. The covered lanai, pool and dock offer all day entertainment possibilities. Fish from your dock or feed the turtles, swim in the pool, heated with Solar and/or Electric Heat Pump, bar-b-cue, or sun your self. All this without leaving the house. There are many golf courses near by. Sun Splash Water Park is a short ride away. Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Pine Island and Cape Coral beaches offer hours in the sun. The high vaulted ceilings and open floor plan create a sunny, light, bright atmosphere. A full kitchen is provided with everything needed to cook a meal, as well as flatware, napkins, place mats, wine glasses, crab pot and eating utensils. The large Kitchen has a counter top bar with 4 stools in the Great Room so the cook is never left out of the party. There are options for dining to suit your mood or style. The formal dining room seats 6. The Great Room has an informal dining area with a table seating 4 plus a large bar with 4 bar stools. The Lanai has a table seating 6 plus a smaller more casual table seating 4 both for dining alfresco. Sliding glass doors connect the Lanai to the Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom, Living Room and Great Room. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, an HDTV, and two spacious walk-in closets. Within the Master bath you will find a Jacuzzi jetted tub, a huge glass block shower, a private commode room, a double sink vanity, a ceiling fan and linen closet. A Pool bath, leads from the Lanai, where you will find a large block shower and a vanity sink. This bath services the King Guest Bedroom and the Twin Bedroom. Guest Bedrooms have walk in closets with linens and towels included. Laundry with washer and dryer are just off the Kitchen in comfortable Air Conditioning. Direct TV and Wireless Internet are included. HDTVs on Direct TV chanels are in the Great Room, Living Room and Master Bedroom, also a smaller TV with local channels in the King Guest Bedroom and Twin bedroom. We were not satisfied with the check in. We emailed the owner the same morning because they didn’t send us any check in routine and they didn’t answer the mail. When we came to the house no one was there and they didn’t answer the phone. After a while she answer the text message and we finally got into the house. They should change some chair cushions outside because they were very old and disgusting. The house is worn out and need a little upgrade.

We stayed in this property while our home was being repaired from the hurricane. Home was very spacious and clean. We would definity stay there again.

The property is well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The host is very responsive and pleasant. I would recommend a stay at this property at any time.

While the home was spotless and well appointed, we felt like the state of the home post Hurricane Ian was downplayed. The entire home was covered in blue tarp but we had no issues with water in the home. The main concern is that the pool cage is damaged and a metal pole was hanging down right in the pathway of the pool area. This is completly dangerous and a true safety hazard. Also, the person we were supposed to call, Paul, for ANYTHING that went wrong was not accurate. I called Paul. He told me that he would have nothing to do with the listing due to Hurricane Ian and that the homeowners were aware.
There was no tv working in the home. I am not sure if the cable was out or not. I called Paul, he could not help.
The last day, we could not get into the house because the battery lock on the front door went dead. There was glass all over the front porch from an overhead light that had fallen.
Again, I can see that it is a beautiful property but the pool was dirty and not cleaned at all. Some repairs need to be made before renting it out.

Following hurricane Ian temporary housing was in short supply. Even though the house suffered mild storm damage and sported a shiny new blue tarp on the roof ( it’s the current rage! Everyone has one) Cindy was able to make her home available to insurance adjusters in the area to assess damages. It’s a great place. So much living area. Perfect for families that like to spread out and make use of the many entertainment and dining areas

The house was very nice, a little far from the beaches, Host was very greedy and unappreciative, Hurricane Ian was coming thru, we had no place to go, the host said leave the house we will refund the rest of your funds, I told her we couldn’t get out, it was too late. We had to add an extra day because our flight was cancelled. So, no water, no electricity, no ice and the host charged us for the extra day, @ the weekend rate, within the hour I received a bill. So we had to leave Thursday AM because the house was uninhabitable. When I asked the host for that last nights money back, because we couldn’t stay there, she told me it was too late because she offered to refund a couple of days earlier, and we didn’t take advantage of it at the time( Hurricane and no place to go) it was too late. I had offered to the host to help the caretaker put the hurricane shutters up, and did help walk the shutters around to the garage when a few were taken down( caretaker said he was too busy to take the rest down) I am a cardiac patient recently going through a 5 vessel by pass, I use a by Pap machine to breath at night, but couldn’t use it due to no electricity, so the house was closed up like sardines in a can, the ice maker didn’t work from the time we got there, no electricity, no AC, no water, uninhabitable! But the host( Cindy) said that she didn’t owe us anything because she offered a couple of days earlier and we didn’t take advantage of it. So in conclusion, if everything goes perfect you might be okay, but if there’s a problem your on your own, We would highly recommend that you don’t book with these people. I met a lot of ppl in Fl after the hurricane, all were very nice, helpful, and what can we do to help, this host obviously doesn’t spend much time in Fl.

We come to Cindy and Rogers place every year now, we love it!!! The house has everything you need, it’s clean, spacious and so much fun! All the stores you need are close and it’s a great location. We loved feeding the turtles from the dock and they loved us!! We can’t wait to come back next summer. Check in is always easy, It’s in a quiet neighborhood and Cindy is always helpful if you have any questions. See you next summer!!

Our stay at this beautiful home on a very quite cul-de-sac with a wonderful pool right on the canal with a dock and turtles galore to feed. (Turtle food provided).
All communication was quick and very responsive with both Cindy the homeowner and Paul the property manager. So nice and helpful. Our stay was so relaxing and peaceful. Great place to just unplug and chill. If we are ever in Cape Coral, we will definitely book here again.

Property is a bit tired. Could use an update but it was clean. Master shower did not get warm to hot so all 4 of us used the other shower. Hot water in the sink though. Master fan was noisy so we brought a fan in there. The canal turtles were fun to watch and pool relaxing. Used a fan on patio as the ceiling fan didn't quit circulate. Overall a fine property.

Overall the house was very nice and large enough for our family. We had some friends over one day as well and the pool area was a perfect size for us all. The grill was a nice feature to have as well. There are 2 living areas which is nice if you want to be somewhat separated for a while too. 2 bathrooms are nice size (master is huge). Nice size rooms overall. Screened in pool area kept the bugs away and the little dock/deck area was nice as well.
If there was anything negative to say it would be that it is a little dated, the one bed in one room felt like it was going to fall apart, the pool apparently has a leak that we kept refilling, and it's anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour just to get to a beach. We knew that in advance though so it wasn't a surprise. Our sons had a tournament nearby and that is why we chose the location. There are restaurants and stores nearby, but this is a quiet location (which is nice). I would recommend getting kayaks for the place because it's on the water and that would be really nice to paddle around, but that didn't affect the overall stay. Cindy was very responsive to our questions (and even our request to pay an extra night earlier than we originally intended) and gave us the name and number of the "property manager" who was really a nice guy and very responsive to any questions we may have had and he was very personable. Overall it was a very nice place if you're going to be that area of Florida. The minor things i mentioned really didnt have an impact on our stay. I would recommend staying there. We had a very pleasant stay.

Love this Home!!
This is a beautiful home. You won't be disappointed. It is roomy. The rooms are decorated with detail. The lighting is incredible. Master bath is huge. Pretty pool and lanai, dock and canal. I fed ducks , and turtles. The kitchen has a nice island. Quiet neighborhood. A mockingbird sang to me each morning.. !!You will feel like a queen! I didn't want to leave.

Although the pool is cleaned/ serviced weekly, within a couple days (especially if windy) there was debris in the pool from 6 patio plants positioned at one edge of the pool. I was also concerned about additional costs that might be incurred from heating the pool since we were advised to turn on the heater about 24 hrs before we planned to use it. My past experiences with pools that had no solar heat as this one does, only required a couple of hrs to heat them. So, as a guide for others who plan to heat the pool, figure having about $10/day (per 24 hrs), added to what you have ready paid. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed to be very safe. Especially enjoyed watching the wild life and feeding turtles in the canal.

Our hosts were amazing during the time before our stay. The property was very clean and easy to find. It is close to a lot of attractions. There is a lot of Florida wild life in the area. Our family loved the turtles and you get to feed them too!!!

If you want to experience the area with the ability to stay out of the fray, this wonderful home is the place to go! Plenty of space for everyone to find a quiet spot as well as get everyone together for a good meal cooked in the spacious kitchen, including a covered gathering spot by the heated pool. If you enjoy nature and the outdoors, the seating area beside the canal is even more special due to the turtles, fish and birds that will hang out with you. Stores, restaurants very close with the beaches not much further!

Another Wonderful Stay!
We missed coming last year because of COVID, we were so excited to finally come back, this time we tried 10 days instead of 7 and it was amazing! We didn’t plan any excursions etc, all we wanted to do is relax, and we did just that. The home has everything you need for such an enjoyable stay. The property manager is always so kind. We didn’t need to meet him at the house because we’ve stayed before, he came by to check on us and do the lawn. We had a tropical storm during our stay which was awesome for my son who loves weather! We’re going to miss the turtles at the dock, we had many of the same turtles come nightly, we seen 1 red ear slider the others didn’t have that marking, we named him Bear 🥰. We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you Cindy, Rodger and Paul

Beautiful home on a canal with a pool. Lots of spaces to hang out and chat with family. . We will definitely consider renting this property again when we return to Cape Coral! Very clean and comfortable!
