About this condo rental
Nestled in Blue Gulf Beach, this attractive condo for $415 per night is a great option for your next trip. Enjoy Your Friend at the Beach's newly updated pool front condo in the luxury resort of Adagio with its view of the 8,000 square foot tri-level pool with fountain. Spacious living area with two couches, comfortable chairs, one with ottoman. Large flat screen TV above the fireplace. Dining area with seating for six plus three bar stools at the granite counter top. In Adagio G201, you will find three bedrooms, each with their own adjoining bathroom. YFAB provides 100% cotton sheets - and phone chargers by each bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. All of our bathrooms come equipped with 100% cotton towels (plenty of them!), shower soap, hand soaps, hair dryer and starter supplies of paper goods. The bedroom layout has been updated to include: Master bedroom with KING bed Second bedroom with KING bed Third bedroom with full size beds Bonus bunk room. The kitchen has everything you have come to expect from Your Friend at The Beach - plenty of dishes, pots and pan, blender, regular coffee maker plus a Keurig, crock pot and dish washing liquid and detergent - enough for the whole week! Stainless appliances as well as a stand alone ice maker - fill your cooler for the beach! Comfortable outdoor furniture - large outdoor table with seating for six plus two chaise lounges to watch the children play in the 8,000 square foot tri-level pool just beyond your balcony. Other amenities include: Convenient beach access to Adagio's private beach Beach chair service available but not included TWO bike rentals provided for your visit. Community gas grills for your use, one right outside G building Gated community with parking for TWO vehicles only. Extra sport available through the HOA for a fee. Community Hot Tub Onsite fitness facility High chair and pack and play provided Cribs available for rent - just ask us for promo code to save! Elevator and luggage carts. Your Friend at the Beach provides you with a digital guestbook with access codes and all of our favorite restaurants and events in the area! Per HOA rules, the condo is limited to eight guests. TWO vehicles only allowed. Must be 25 or older to rent, no chaperoned groups. Restrictions: No RV's, golf carts, boats or trailers allowed. Please note the fee charged by VRBO is on top of our rates. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to sixty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional cost.

We stayed in unit G201 at Adagio for our family vacation this year. The view from our balcony was stunning, overlooking the pool fountain. The beach was beautiful and we all loved the pool area too - so relaxing! The condo was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to lounge and relax. We loved the layout of the condo and enjoyed our week here! The ice maker in the kitchen was an added bonus! We had a minor issue with the clothes dryer, but it was promptly fixed. We can’t wait to return for a future vacation and would highly recommend Your Friend at the Beach and Adagio!

The condo itself was so comfortable and convenient- making our first visit to the Emerald Coast so memorable. It was stocked with everything you could need and more and very clean. The beds were comfortable and living space was spacious. The view of the resort pool was very enjoyable and the short walk to the heated pool and beach was so convenient. Not only does the YFAB team take great care of their guests, but the friendly staff at Adagio also ensure the grounds are well-kept and guests are comfortable.

We had a great time together as a family and the space we had at the condo was a big part of it. The trip down took us the entire day, so when we arrived and opened the door we all immediately felt at home. Our kids, ages 15-22, were running around checking out the space and loved the luxury and the homey feel of the condo. Each of us had bedroom space for privacy and the living room and kitchen area was fantastic for us to gather and be together. The beach was close and was beautiful! We spent a number of evenings in the jacuzzi area and even a couple of mornings working out in the gym! It was a great trip for our family and we are hoping to repeat it again in the near future. The management of the property was excellent. They were quick to answer our questions before arrival and the hospitality app was very useful. It had all the information we needed for settling into our condo and information on activities which were nearby.

The property and location was terrific. My major complaint was the beds were very uncomfortable.
If beds had been comfortable it would have been an awesome stay. Loved the ice machine! And the very roomy condo.

Only negative aspect of the week is that we could not bring our sweet puppy with us - not pet friendly.Highly recommend!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Your Friend At The Beach and this Adagio condo. This was our first time using this rental agency and staying at Adagio. Everything was so easy! We loved the app, the ease of booking, the welcome gift, free bikes and how well stocked the condo was. We have been coming to this area for years and this was the most well stocked place we have ever stayed in! The extra soaps, dishwasher tabs, towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, outlets/chargers by every bed...so appreciated. This condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable, great location, so convenient. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed on 30A! Thanks for everything!
