This charming 1-bedroom + den, 2-bathroom condo works perfectly for of up to six guests. The living area features large windows that bring in natural light (and great views of the ski area), a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating. You’ll also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with seating for four at the dining table and room for two more at the breakfast bar. Other amenities include a washer/dryer in in the condo, parking for one vehicle and complimentary Wi-Fi. Woods manor was a great stay for skiing Breckenridge. The third floor view of the mountains were incredible. The walk to the Maggie and ski lifts were very manageable. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed for 5 nights, June 2023. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Our accommodations were perfect...full kitchen, huge walk in closet and full washer/dryer. Nice fireplace and all very clean. We saw elk in the front yard, as well as wild turkey. The creek runs right along the property, which is very peaceful. The location is also very convenient to RMNP, and has its own beautiful view. We would definitely look to stay again on our next trip to Estes Park.

We came back to Breck for our honeymoon and this condo did not disappoint. It was equipped with everything we needed and the views were spectacular. Every morning drinking coffee on the balcony was just what we needed to start our day. The only downfall for us was the master bed was incredibly firm. We both had a rough time sleeping and we're sore each morning, I would suggest anyone renting this condo to bring a mattress topper of some sort. Otherwise everything else was perfect! We hope to come back to this condo in the future!

Beds - ok at best - Master bedroom bed is a rock, others adequate.
Proximity - Good - on the South side of downtown Breck. Bus line stop right out front! About a 3/4 mile walk to the middle of downtown Breck

Great location, clean and accurately described. Would have been nice had the management company provided a few extra toilet rolls and dishwashing liquid since we stayed 10 days. When they say they provide a “starter” kit that’s exactly what was provided!
Location is short walk to village, closest free shuttle is at end of driveway then a 5 minute bus ride to ski runs.
Check in was frustrating since we arrived early on a shuttle. The management office allowed us to drop our cases at their office but then we still had to wait until 4pm for the condo availability and the access codes to the unit. Have not had this experience before with other VRBOs. They did however accommodate us with a 12 noon checkout since that was our shuttle pickup time.
Overall the unit was nice and the location was great, I just feel the management company could do a little better.

The space is great, we comfortably slept 5. The location is great, easy to get oh the shuttle, walk to Peak 9 or even walk into town. Kitchen amenities were nice. The ceiling fan in the space with the Murphy bed was coming off the ceiling. The space could use some bigger TVs, they're maybe 27" screens. I understand it's a ski rental and most guest don't spend the day in the room, but we had one guest who couldn't ski so she did and those TVs are like what you bought 20urs ago because flat screens were too expensive. Foe what you pay a night, the management company or owner could splurge on a something a little bigger like a 45-55" TV. The pillows were a little old and flat, i think all 5 of us woke up with sore necks from using them. The only other real big complaint was the toilet paper. Whatever you provide is like 1 ply sand paper. We had to go get our own because we couldn't use it. I kid you not it made my butthole bleed the first time using it. Again for what you pay a night the management can up their toilet paper game. I'm not saying Charmin 6 ply, pillows for your butt. Maybe more like a solid Kirkland 2 ply that doesn't make you dread having to take a poop in the bathrooms at the condo and instead try to time your daily bowel movements on the mountain because it's easier to poop with all your ski gear then cause physical harm to yourself. This was a great condo! Very scenic and spacious for my young daughter and me. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances you needed. I loved the fact that the den had a Murphy bed as a second bed. Also, if you are looking to hit the slopes. This condo is within a 10 minute walk from a ski lift. I would definitely stay there again.

Be sure to be acclimate it to the high altitude or you may suffer. I need oxygen and in a hospital evaluation I need to leave early to get back to lower country.

Our group had a wonderful stay here. The property was clean, comfortable and so close to the mountain. Walking distance to ski/snowboard. Great communication and accommodation. Will definitely be staying here again. Thanks!

The property was in a great spot. About a ten minute walk to Quick Silver Lift. Bus stop was at the end of the driveway so if you wanted to catch the bus to Columbine or Beaver Run is was very easy. I would suggest Beaver Run as the Quick Silver lift was a long wait for us over Christmas to New Years week. The garage parking was great. The condo was very nice and and the view was perfect. Beds for the kiddos were a bit uncomfortable but they made do, I think you can expect a pull out and murphy not to be your bed at home. Ski in Ski out would be nice but for the price point and the location I think I would pass on the extra cost and stay here again. Downtown was awesome and had the best fish tacos at the Canteen. Hope to be back soon

Great floor plan, well stocked kitchen, quiet and well worth another stay at this condo. The management company was very helpful when there was a mix up in getting the code to get into the building and condo. Ashley was particularly helpful in working out the problem. October is a wonderful time to be in Breckenridge.

What a wonderful condo! Spacious and quiet. Beautiful upgraded fully stocked kitchen and spacious bathrooms. Close enough to walk but we drove. The study with the murphy bed was very nice. The only complaint is the King Bed in master was very uncomfortable. Luckily there is plenty of blankets, so we laid those down to add some padding.

This property is everything as advertised and more. The view of the mountains is nothing short of spectacular. The kitchen is very well stocked. Bathrooms (2 of them!!) are beautiful. Easy walk to town (we are in our late 50's). We felt the bed was a bit hard, but we put a few blankets on top and it was ok. (Many extra blankets are provided.)

My husband and I were looking for a one-bedroom King size bed condo with two bathrooms. (I need lots of space.) This condo did not disappoint.If you are into cooking or baking, there were plenty of pans to do so (a crockpot too). There was a beautiful view of the mountains plus an elevator instead of three flights of stairs. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great Place!
The place was easy to find and was walking distance to main street. They did have older lock style, so we had to stop at the office to pick up our keys and we had to drop the keys back off at the end of the trip. If they got one of the key pad locks it would probably make things easier. Other than that, the place was awesome!

We have skied several places in CO. but had not skied in Breckinridge and decided to go this spring break. Not knowing the lay of the land, we just rolled the dice to find lodging and came upon this unit at Woods Manor. Pictures looked great and location sounded good. It turned out even better than expected. Great unit with updated full kitchen and baths, heated underground parking and very short walk to free bus pick up to slopes. The walk to main street to hit the town was a little further but totally doable if you don't mind walking and avoiding looking for parking. The unit was very clean with everything you need and great views. Working with Summit Mountain Rentals was great. Check in check out uncomplicated and they were very good at keeping us up to date via text and e-mail on arrival instructions and unit reediness etc. I would definitely stay at this unit or complex again and would use Summit Mountain Rentals again to book any other location as well.

Overall the stay was nice. The location was great and the overall condition of the condo was good. The king bed was firm (not necessarily a bad thing) and the pullout couch mattress has seen better days. The kitchen has most needs, but unlike many other rental properties, plan on not having any condiments in the fridge. The check in and check out process was great! They did a wonderful job of accommodating all our needs or wants.
