This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is decorated with a fun and relaxing tropical flair that will make for great vacation memories. Owners are super responsive and provide fully stocked kitchen, books, toys and other essentials to make you feel right at home! With 2 bedrooms and a full bath on 1st floor, and 2 bedrooms and full bath on second floor, a hot tub, and swimming pool, this property is great for 2 families or 1 big family, Walk out the back yard into the 60 acre Cox Nature Reserve to start your quiet mornings with a beautiful run or walk, and then in the evening, stroll two blocks to see the beautiful sunsets over the Delaware Bay. During the day, swim in Cape May (just a 10 - 15 min drive); we provide 6 beach tags for the Cape May beaches. Did we mention the screened in porch, outdoor grilling area, game room for the kids and fire pit? We also have 2 kayaks , bikes, beach supplies including toys, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. So pack your clothes and come on down to enjoy a truly unique and fun house! BEACH WALKER PRO TIP: The Fall is an especially great time to enjoy great weather and empty beaches! And don't forget winter in Cape May as the entire town is turned into a Victorian Christmas Village second to none! PLEASE NOTE: We are in a VERY VERY QUIET family/retiree neighborhood, so Key West in Cape May house is NOT THE PLACE for a loud beach party kind of week..!!! This year we needed to be together as a family to start some new traditions. This house felt like. Home away from home for us. Our family ranges in ages from 20 to 50+ and there was something for everyone. A hot tub soak in winter was delightful. The playroom was a competition of laughs. The rooms were spacious for all to have space S needed it was fully equipped to include various coffee pots - a must for a coffee family .
The hosts were amazing - very sensitive our special request . We would come back again and again!
I can not forget the amenities- the washed and dryer were perfect to return from away with clean clothes for our family this was a holiday get Away needed, appreciated and memorable. Thank you

This house is fantastic! It puts you in vacation mode the minute you walk in - all the vibrant colors, pool, hot tub, beautifully landscaped yard! The nature preserve and bay beach were great to walk the dog! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Cape May and Wildwood are not far - about 10-15 minutes. Great restaurants all around the area too. Thank you Jim and Patti for a great week!

Very nice, comfortable rental in a quiet neighborhood, and near everything Cape May. Easy walk to the Delaware Bay with such an enjoyable beach. Plenty of room for everyone and very clean. The hosts have thought of everything you might need while away from home.

Needed to getaway for a few days and this house was incredible. Great location to the beach, short ride into Cape May. Patty wa s great to interact with! Loved the Key West theme and especially the Ernest Hemingway nook! The hot tub was the daily highlight! Great Getaway!!

Property is described very well it is as it says. We were a girl's weekend getaway ages from 50 to mid 70's. This was 3rd year in the Villas in N.J. 1st time at this property it was nice due to the full bath and sleeping arrangements on 1st floor for our group who didn't do steps well. Check in was easy. There is enough to do you really didn't need to leave with hot tub, games and space to spread out. We definitely will return. The owner is in constant contact if we needed anything. The Siver Sister's from PA.

Patti and Jim were marvelous hosts. The home was absolutely perfect for our family celebrating my wife's 60th birthday. Even before our weekend getaway ended, our adult children were asking how soon before we could go back to Patti and Jim's amazing home. It was a great experience where wonderful memories were made.

We really enjoyed this home, in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood.. We walked to the beach each day and also drove to Cape May. All of us loved the hot tub too. The sunset is very pretty. Jim and Patti are very nice and great communicators. I heartily recommend staying here.

I loved the decor and homey vibe of this house. It was super spacious and cozy, hot tub was amazing and very relaxing ! Well stocked kitchen which is a huge plus. I loved the backyard access to the nature preserve, very beautiful place. I would definitely recommend this rental!

We spent a lovely New Years week at the Flamingo House. The set up was perfect for the 2 families in our group - one in the 2 downstairs bedrooms and the other in the two up, with lots of great common space downstairs. The decor is great and we were especially impressed with the effort put into beach appropriate holiday decorations. All very festive! Everything in the house was clean and worked well. It was an easy drive into downtown Cape May for sightseeing and shopping - though parking could be a challenge there even in December. Plenty of restaurant options near the house. We already miss our gorgeous sunset walks on the beach (surprisingly nice weather while we were there) and relaxing evenings in the hot tub! Put Flamingo House on the list as a place we would like to return to…..

We decided last minute to travel to Cape May amd enjoy the beach in the winter.. This rental was such a joy! The decor was perfect for Christmas and Jim was very responsive in helping us get things figured out around the property even with it being Christmas weekend.

My family enjoyed another wonderful and relaxing stay at this home in Cape May. The games were entertaining and the house is very cozy. We made a trip into town to enjoy the holiday sites, we walked around the preserve and enjoyed the bay beach. Can’t wait to return!

My friends, family and I stayed at the Flamingo house for the weekend of my daughter’s wedding. The bride and bridesmaids came over to get dressed for the wedding . So some of the wedding pictures were taken there. It was a beautiful setting for the pictures. Everything was perfect! The house had everything we needed. We are considering returning and renting again in the warmer weather so we can enjoy the pool, hot tub and fire pit. We were too busy to take advantage of the hot tub and fire pit this visit. We highly recommend this beautiful location!

This was our second stay at this lovely home. There is plenty of room for both fun and relaxation—game room, huge family room, screened porch and separate living room to name just a few. The access to the nature preserve out of the back gate is great—provides for a nice walk to a pond.
Everything is clean and comfortable and the decor is a treat! Aside from the flamingo fun, the autumn and Halloween decorations added to the feeling that this is a special rental property. We hope to return!
