Designed for great family fun at the beach, the home offers an outdoor gas grill, a private outdoor shower for coming off the beach, five TVs, and wireless internet access. *The home is setup with Youtube TV with smart tv's in all rooms to provide standard cable which included multiple sports channels. Apps are also available on all tvs to sign into your own personal streaming accounts to access more content. * Linens Included. No Smoking. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is right between all the new WD amenities and the Boardwalk Inn / Gazebo classics. Plenty of room for our multi-generational group of 7 and a very well-equipped kitchen for cooking most of our meals including Thanksgiving dinner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 28 Grand Pavilion was a great choice. We loved the location. It was a very short walk to the beach. The house was in excellent condition and very well maintained. Lovely house. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bath. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. I would highly recommend Island Realty. They were very helpful and professional. We had a great experience with the Realty company and was extremely pleased with the house. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was a quick 3-5 minute walk to the community pool as well as the beach which was great for our two toddlers. The area has a great walking/bike path that we frequented and you could rent bikes across the street which we did not do. We did go in off season, so stores like the ice cream shop were only open on Saturday/Sunday and some of the restaurants/markets closed by 5 or were not open for lunch. The house had everything we needed to cook meals every day, do laundry, and eat inside or outside in the screened in porch. We would definitely stay again!

The decorations for first rate and the screened porch, which is hard to see on the pictures, was a great place for all our meals. It is truly very close to the beach, which is fantastic. Island Realty was great to work with.

Otherwise, it was a great property.
