The views are breathtaking from our renovated, second-floor unit. - The Livingroom, bedroom, and bathroom were recently remodeled, along with brand new flooring throughout the entire unit. - Our master bedroom offers a spectacular ocean view, a luxurious king bed, and a 37" flat-screen TV. - The kitchen has been updated, and features granite counter-tops, high-quality appliances, and a new washer and dryer. - The living room has over-sized picture windows showcasing the breathtaking views of the ocean. There is also a queen sleeper sofa facing the 55” flat screen TV, as well as two swivel chairs for either watching TV, enjoying the ocean view, or doing a little of both. - The unit is equipped with free WI-FI and Comcast cable. Stunning ocean views can be enjoyed from throughout the unit, including a large balcony (accessible from the living room and bedroom) with comfortable seating. The Surf & Racquet Club is a gated complex with two swimming pools and four (4) clay tennis courts. It is located two doors down from the Ritz-Carlton and within biking distance to the Amelia Island Plantation. We came for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was wonderful. Gorgeous views from living room and patio. Easy check-in. Cute downtown historic district. We will definitely be back.

Simply awesome! Could not ask for a better stay. Condo was beautiful and extremely clean. Owner was very accommodating and was very helpful with what to expect over the 4th of July weekend. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay, the view was awesome and the condo was so easy to navigate. We loved being able to walk straight to the beach from the condo and the pool was great too! Our host was fantastic, answered all our questions, and even sent us a list of recommendations for activities, eateries, etc. Overall it was awesome vacation and we would definitely stay again!

Pros: Great location, bed was comfortable, good view of ocean, very clean. Cons: Right by the pool, so a little noisy in the evening. Musty smelling until we aired it out for a day.

Always enjoy staying in this complex. First time in this unit. Close to everything in the south end. Kevin’s communication was top notch. Bed was a little too tall for sitting to put on shoes so I moved a dining chair into the bedroom and problem solved. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was exceptional!!! The condo was a perfect getaway for my husband and I to enjoy our anniversary at beautiful Amelia Island. Everything was beautifully decorated, very clean and the layout with the balcony and large windows provides a view of the ocean. The king size bed was super comfy. Loved our stay and hope to visit again.

This condo has great view of the ocean and is conveniently located to everything. Bed was extremely comfortable and is perfect for 2 people. The time of year we stayed here, the building was not full so parking was easy and it was super quiet and we never heard anyone else. Highly recommend this property.

We couldn't have been more delighted with our week at this beautiful condo. Immaculately clean; bright and sunny interior spaces; beautifully furnished; amazing views. This was a perfect place to relax and enjoy some beach time! October brought crisp mornings and sunny days with uncrowded shorelines making for peaceful beach walks. A perfect stay!

Amelia Island is now our favorite destination. We come 4-5 times per year, and only stay at the Turf & Racquet. We have stayed in this unit 4+ times because of it's convenience and views. The upgraded flooring and furniture are a definite plus.

This place is amazing. For the price you can't beat it. Perfect location right on the beach. Amazing bike trails close by. Super comfortable bed! I will definitely be returning. If you are looking for a 1 bedroom place on the beach in Ameila Island this is the place to stay.

Very clean and wonderfully relaxing property! The unit was very well appointed with everything we needed. The view was beautiful and the walk to the beach was so convenient. Property owners provided great communication and were very pleasant to work with. I would love to rent this unit again and would not hesitate to recommend it!

This was my wife's and my 3rd time at Amelia Island, each time in a different rental property. This property was excellent in every aspect and was definitely the nicest of the three. The unit was in excellent shape, had very comfortable and attractive furnishings, had a tremendous view, and clearly is very well cared for and truly a pleasure to stay in. Future trips to Amelia Island will hopefully be able to back at this same unit.
