Beautiful open floor plan with family room opening to large kitchen area and large separate dining room. Electric fireplace for a cooler summer night! Kitchen is equipped with high end amenities, from cooking to entertaining, large granite island, hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor and custom built cabinets. The large dining room is perfect for a large family gathering, seating 8 comfortably with additional seating at the granite island, or side table which can seat two. Upstairs family room perfect for a private get away for either adults or children. This room also can double as a separate sleeping area as well. All bedrooms equipped with flat screen high def televisions and VCR's. Apple TV in downstairs living room. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths Includes 2 private master suites, beautifully appointed baths with first day toiletries included. 2 king beds, each in master suites, plus their own private bath. A bunk room with 2 sets of bunks, upstairs media/family room, with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a 4th private bedroom, with a queen size bed. 3.5 baths. Approx. 2,500 sq.ft., 2 car attached garage, washer/dryer, outdoor patio, and gas grill. The upstairs family room doubles as an additional bedroom. The 4th bedroom is accessed through this room, making it a perfect place for parents with small children who need to be near, or teenagers who need their own space! Screened In Front Porch. Enjoyable days and evenings can be spent bug free! Canoe, paddle board and 2 beach bikes available. Lots of beach toys for the kids. All towels, high end linens are provided. Rental includes access to bay point resort, it's restaurants, pools, sandy beaches, guest marina. Owners club house with kitchen area, pool table, private heated pool, workout facility with private showers ,towels provided. There is also a playground, walking paths, basketball, volleyball. Private access for members only, with 24 hour gated security. You may also bring your own boat! Docking fees are extra and paid to Bay Point Resort. *THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOME* *6 Night Minimum Rental Period - * Sunday to Sunday - Although maybe able to accommodate Saturday to Saturday depending on certain weeks. No rentals will be granted to those UNDER 25 Years of age . !!! I cannot accommodate, meetings, organizations, private clubs. This is strictly a private residential home Only!

Bay Point was an excellent choice for our family. We really enjoyed the beach and pool. This particular unit had a beautiful, screened in front porch with a wonderful view of the Bay. The kitchen was the most well equipped and stocked of any place we have ever stayed in. The garage was also well equipped for beach activities. The owner was kind and helpful.

Karen’s home was beautiful and had everything for renters you could possibly think of or need. Neighborhood was gated, and felt very safe letting my kids ride bikes, or take walks by themselves. Karen was also very responsive and couldn’t ask for better house or host. 5 starts isn’t enough for this listing!

I have been renting villas at Bay Point for the last five years and this villa was the best. Beautifully decorated, very clean, great views of the lake and bay, and caring owner We loved our stay and have already rented this home again for our summer vacation in 2023. Home is as advertised. Highly recommed.

The house in Marblehead fit our needs perfectly. It was fantastic for our family of six adults and five kids (ages 3 to 13). We greatly enjoyed swimming in the lake (beach is a two minute drive) and at the clubhouse pool.

We stay at quite a few VRBO and this was the best experience we have had. The house was perfect and Karen does a perfect job of balancing a VRBO that is warm and has everything you need without the feeling you are staying in someone’s house. I cannot recommend this enough. We have 4 adults and 4 kids ages 2-6. It was perfect for all.

This is our second trip to Bay Point (we stayed at the house right next door last time) . The location of this house is extremely convenient to the private beach & pool. The configuration of the house with 2 master bedrooms allowed for privacy for both adult couples staying here & the upstairs family room gave the older kids a space to hang out. The multiple TV's throughout the house & bedrooms were nice for the variety of ages to be able to watch what they wanted in the evenings (or during the frequent rain storms we experienced). The kitchen was well stocked both with food staples and dishes/appliances. We also enjoyed the beach chairs, sand toys, bikes & paddleboard provided by the homeowners. The one slight hiccup we discovered is that the A/C zones are not working properly, so it took us a little while to figure out that the house was cooling to the lowest set thermostat (in one of the upstairs rooms), once we figured that out, we were able to set it to a temp that was comfortable for everyone. This house & resort has everything you could want for a low key relaxing vacation.

I have stayed in a number of VRBO properties. This was one of the best. SUPER well equipped. Quality built and furnished home. Bay Point has a number of beautiful homes. SUPER DISAPPOINTED in the amenities advertised. Store was almost bare. "treat shop" by the beach likely not open in 2 years. Shores restaurant not really open - just a place to sit and have a pizza delivered. Tiki bar only open weekends. You can tell they have NO STAFF. The COVID excuse is getting a little tired.

My fiance and I booked this property at the last minute for ourselves, our parents and his sister and her family for the week before our wedding after another property canceled on us at the last minute. We were so lucky this property was available. It was beautiful and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The home is very well appointed and had everything we needed for cooking for a large group, plus bonus games and beach bikes. There was enough space in the house that it didn't feel cramped even with 10 of us. It is located within a gated resort community but Karen gave very detailed instructions about how to arrive and check in and her pre-arrival paperwork meant that guest passes for everyone in our group was ready on arrival. Our 5 year old nephew loved being able to play on several play grounds and also choose between swimming in the pool or in the several beaches. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you Karen for saving our family wedding week!

We loved our time at Marblehead. The home was immaculate and amazingly stocked and equipped for all that we could have wanted or needed. Connecting with the owner was always easy and timely and we could not have enjoyed our time any more than we did! We cannot recommend this property high enough. It is FANTASTIC!

This was a fantastic property. It was nicely appointed with everything you could need, located in a great area with easy access to a beach and pool. The owner was very accommodating to our requests. We couldn't take full advantage of the amenities due to COVID-19, but all-in-all it was a fantastic choice and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This home couldn’t be more beautiful or well appointed. The owner has supplied every item you could need for fun at the lake. The decor is very elegant with a relaxed beach/lake vibe and everything is high quality. The resort is full amenity, we had no reason to leave Bay Point except for groceries. Our family ages 2-75 years old all felt very comfortable in this home and had a wonderful vacation.
