Situated in Topsail Beach, this charming house for $825 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Ideally located on quiet Ocean Blvd. on the spectacular south end of Topsail Beach, one of the best beaches on the East Coast and as far from the public access as you can get. If the week you want is booked please check out my "twin sister" property "Captain Andy's Too" VRBO# 1034711 Freshly renovated and tasteful interior so your time inside will be as pleasant as your time on the beach. All 4 beachfront bedrooms have great beachfront/ocean views, 43 inch flat screen smart TVs & comfortable beds. Living room features 60 inch flat screen smart TV with sound bar & sub-woofer for great movie nights. On the top floor you will find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, comfortable living room, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen all with fabulous views. Downstairs are 3 more bedrooms: 2 with queen-sized beds and the third with a great new twin over full bunk bed with pullout twin trundle to sleep all the kids. The house features two levels of oceanfront decks, two porch swings, deck furniture and unparalleled 180 degree views.

House was in great condition and well-maintained. Kitchen was well-supplied and everything worked fine. Beach sand was the finest, cleanest and least shelly of most beaches I have been to in NC. Would absolutely stay there again.

Excellent views, on the beach, only a short walk to the water, wonderful deck, all rooms face the beach and open to the decks!! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including specialty tools for cooking seafood you can purchase fresh off the dock just two blocks away. We loved it!!

This property was super comfortable for my entire family. The location was excellent (beach front, close to kayak access to the marsh, walkable to seafood, food truck, and ice cream, uncrowded part of the island). Andy was easy to work with and communicative. The kitchen was really well stocked, there were multiple hoses and outdoor showers for sandy bodies, and great beach chairs/boogie boards for use. I highly recommend!

This house is a great location a couple blocks from downtown, the beach was great with hardly anybody out there. Had a great time and will be coming back next summer.

We had a wonderful time with easy access to the beach and a beautiful view every morning and evening. Andy made the check in process very easy and went above and beyond as I asked him to check that there were beach chairs for our group of four. When we arrived there were brand new Tommy Bahama chairs for us. An added bonus was we were able to bring our one year old golden retriever. We'll be back again, many thanks.

This is the third time my husband and I have had a fall getaway at Andy’s properties in Topsail. Each time is amazing and always exceeds our expectations - this time was no exception. Absolutely beautiful. The house is clean and well stocked and what can I say about the location other than breathtaking. We are already checking the calendar for fall 2023!!

Good amenities. My wife and I rented the property and our adult children and their spouses provided the meals. Our foodie kids liked the kitchen to include the nice sized refrigerator. We didn't need to bring much beyond sheets/towels (we also brought blankets/pillows but wasn't required) and food. Andy Law is a good property owner. I'd rent with him and this property again.

Wonderful week at the Beach!
Our week at Captain Andy's couldn't have been better! He is extremely responsive during the booking process and also getting all necessary information to you prior to your arrival. The check-in process was the easiest we have ever experienced! The home was clean and ready when we got there. The house is located on a beautiful stretch of beach that is so private. The beach is wide and the views are stunning! There is a pier within a few minutes walk which is a great place to take in the sunset and fish! There are not a lot of restaurants in the area, so cooking at home is a great option. The kitchen was so well stocked - there wasn't one thing we needed that we couldn't find! When we did go out, there are a few very nice restaurants about 20+ minutes away.
This house and beach is so family-friendly and a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beauty of the ocean! Thank you, Captain Andy!

Perfect winter getaway
Captain Andy’s was just what we were looking for. The house is large and a great layout. The location is perfect. You can see and hear the waves from every bedroom and living room. Highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in Topsail beach

Great oceanfront property. The house is very well maintained. I have been vacationing in Topsail for the past 25 years but always on North Topsail. So glad I experienced the south side. The house was exactly like the listing. Everything was in order when we arrived and we had no issues with anything during our stay. We will definitely check to see if Captain Andy's is available next time we head to Topsail!

We absolutely loved our stay at Captain Andy's Too! We have two small children and a dog and it was a perfect quiet location that made our week stay very relaxing. Andy was very easy to get ahold of for questions and everything was exactly what we expected! We are hopeful to stay again next year!
