This beautiful new construction home is located directly on the white sandy beaches of Treasures Island. The house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors. The first floor consists of a large garage that can easily fit 2-3 cars. Step through the door and take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor. On the second floor you will walk into a large open living area with huge windows overlooking the beach. The living area also has a large sofa with flat screen TV. There is a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for 6 at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area. You can step out onto the balcony to BBQ or sit out and enjoy the breathtaking views. On this level there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds which will only accommodate children. These bedrooms share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom with shower. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area. The third floor consists of the remaining 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and an en suite tub/shower combination. This bedroom and the master share a large balcony with incredible views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The other two bedrooms on this floor share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV. The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use.
